Jason Ballou: I brought my car in for an oil change. When they finished, for no apparent reason, they turned on my headligit's and left them on for several hours draining and damaging the battery. As a result of the damage, the battery would no longer take a charge or even allow you to jump it. They refused to acknowledge any responsibility, insisted that the battery must have been damaged before I brought it in and that they could not have possibly damaged it by fully draining the battery. I pointed out that the manufacturer's website specifically says that fully draining the battery will damage it. They still refused to acknowledge any fault and said that all they could do was show me another battery. This took an hour and a 1/2 from the time that I arrived to pick up my car and resulted in me not being able to pick up the dinner than I ordered for my family and myself. Not only did they screw me over on the battery that they damaged, but they also screwed me over on the meal that I could not get a refund for because the restaurant closed while I was waiting for them to get this fixed.

Andrew Hack: I actually enjoy this Walmart better than the one in blue springs the one in blue springs makes you feel like you're there too help them if you can get any of them to help you at all. And another thing how is it the same thing at a different location is 10 dollars higher at the one in blue springs ? These are the things that make you wonder same vendor Walmart is not individually owned but prices are different . But anyhow you get to be yourself here you don't have to act better then anyone else here .
Adrian Klein: Entire store smelled like body odor. Used the self check and the bags REEKED of BO. We had to hand wash everything we bought after coming home because it caused our entire purchase to smell. We're literally wondering if someone died on the truck that had the bags or maybe a super smelly person napped on the shipment of bags?? Either way, something's horribly stinky.

cynthia swift: I don't shop much any more, so I was amazed there were 0 cashiers. All scan and go. I got through the process with some anxiety fine. I am usually some what slower, but I just happened to get a check out next to an associate, just incase I froze up. She said it was due to people saying they want a job, but don't show up for work.Maybe Biden should give them more money for their being handycapped; laziness. 😪
Jakob Groom: Gotta love it when employees are paid to stand around and watch you do the job they should be doing. I used to be a bagger, self checkout as an only option is a bold move.

Prices are reasonable and stock is good.If you don't need , they have it. And more than likely you will find it on sale for a awesome price.

Jen: This was my first time at this store location.I've seen police officers standing guard at jewelry stores, but never at a grocery store. And a Walmart at that.That's a big put off, I'll not be shopping at this location again. If there's an officer standing guard, it's obviously not a safe place to shop.

Jaz: Annoying lane 10 or 11 is the only register you can go to for tobacco and alcohol yet you have people bringing full carts and taking forever. Why not just make a lane ONLY for those products no one wants to wait 10+ minutes in line because there no limit and people don’t care about others needs!
Laurie howerton: I go there a lot. Everyone is very helpful. As far as how employees are treated I think they make them work to long of hours for not enough pay, God bless them.
Rebecca Hurst: Clean. Busy as usual for a Saturday only thing was people being rude, swinging their baskets around, no respect for others. The employee did help when I couldn't reach an item up high.

I contacted them within the 24 hours after I got them and was promised that they would be replaced. Ha ha nothing was ever done on their parts to refullfill what was broken. This made everything way to expensive to buy ever again. I'd only give a half star with customer service.
Lisa Jerman: I am here in Cleveland Ohio and we LOVE the Chiefs so we HAD to purchase the Chiefs Griller 6 pack from Spicin Foods after seeing the store featured in an interview on You Tube. We were so excited to see the package on our doorstep this morning, a few days after ordering on line! The packaging was done so well, that nothing was damaged in transport! Kevin Bosworth: I always like going there. However the retail store is now only open Fridays and Saturdays. They usually have cheap trial run sauces. This time they hardly had any. They had some good name brand sauces, which I got some of, but I like trying other things.

Kadee Kinnidy: Amazing people, managers, and completely fun to learn new objectives while gaining new skills and meeting new people.Their hot sauce is carefully made to perfection and if it's not it's put in a crate to be donated to the workers who strive sometimes 8 hours to 12 to make sure the projects are finished.

Entropydemic: Probably the sloppier of the Wal Mart stores I've ever been to, but to be fair the amount of people constantly roving mindlessly about and the nearby poor district must make it hard for the workers. Also this might be the reason the people that work here are short with you.

I asked her if she could get someone to help us out as his OTC card was his form of payment and she wouldn't call anyone to help us. She discriminated against the elder and then stopped bagging our product to take a 30 second pause to text someone on her cell phone. She obviously hates her job and I would never want someone like her at the face of my company. Ghetto.
