the shoe: I went in asking about ham radio mounting options. I figured I'd be shown some options. I was asked a question regarding a ground plane antenna. My response was that the car acts as ground plane so didn't necessarily need an antenna with radials. The guy agreed and we just kind of stood looking at each other. I told him I was going to leave and research a bit more. He said ok. I went to a different business and was assisted in getting the antenna and cables needed. In all fairness I was checking to see if this was a radio supply store, that it isn't. Its more of a radio install shop. 3 stars given because I'm pretty certain they could've helped me and possibly installed it for me.

Andrew Rupnow: Wow, my experience identical to what Lee has reported. This company bore thru my sewer line also at my expense. Several messages to their claims department and VP Scott Niemeyer have led to no response. It appears this company likely gets contract work for companies at cheap rate without any consequences on their work.

Lee Caruthers: Im a Independence, Mo. resident and Lan -Tel bore drilled into my sewer line and caused my sewer waste to backup and flood my basement.To sum it up they wouldn’t repair damages or claim responsibility when it was obvious after I had too fix myself and costing several $ thousands . Only because they’re solution was to not respond via phone or certified mail for my insurance company . What a horrible experience .
