Deborah Koepke: Ott purchased 4 new walkie-talkies from KC Wireless. We discovered after a week of using them that they wouldn't communicate with our older radio of the same brand. William made 3 house calls to Ott to determine that all of the old radios needed a hardware upgrade. He came out after we dismissed and upgraded all of them. He definitely went above and beyond. Thank you.
the shoe: I went in asking about ham radio mounting options. I figured I'd be shown some options. I was asked a question regarding a ground plane antenna. My response was that the car acts as ground plane so didn't necessarily need an antenna with radials. The guy agreed and we just kind of stood looking at each other. I told him I was going to leave and research a bit more. He said ok. I went to a different business and was assisted in getting the antenna and cables needed. In all fairness I was checking to see if this was a radio supply store, that it isn't. Its more of a radio install shop. 3 stars given because I'm pretty certain they could've helped me and possibly installed it for me.

Pella Windows: Experience from a Pella Products of Kansas City employee this week: "I was having issues with my email “moving to a temporary server” and not being able to see old emails or send new ones. Of course this happened at 4:48, and after restarting twice I called Allegiant to see if they had a quick fix so I could help my builder tonight. Haley answered the phone and called TWO different people to see if they could fix it tonight instead of tomorrow late afternoon. She got me to Zach (Schwermer) who stayed a little late to help get it resolved. He got it fixed AND was super friendly and had a really great attitude (especially for having to stay late)...yet another outstanding Allegiant experience."
