The chef & our waiter was the bomb. We even got the drums. If he's this rude on the Lord's day to customers, no wonder he can't open tomorrow because of staffing. Frances Meeks: We had reservations for a Birthday celebration at 6:30pm. We were there on time as reflected in a bar bill receipt that read 6:19. We did not leave until 8:45pm. We were sitted at 6:50. We waited 40 minutes before we got our salad. We were serviced our meat before our rice. The food order contained errors. When we complained to the management, they said our party was not there on time. The customer service went down hill from there.

Marjorie Moore: Walking in the ambiance was fantastic. while there they had a well oiled machine of servers, and cooks making sure that everything was coming out and to your table effeciently.Green tea was just standard ( they did not offer to refill my glass. I had to ask if it came with free refills, yes it does). Miso soup is one of the best ones I've had at a restaurant before, and the seaweed salad was on point. We tend to find that the seaweed salad is a little too sweet for our taste, but this was perfect, it also sat on a bed of cucumber which was a nice refresher after the seaweed.For our entrees we got 7 sushi rolls, that is a large amount for us, but we wanted to get a variety of rolls to try. If you decide to get the bagel roll, you'll want to eat it while it's warm. The fantastic role was literally fantastic, best roll on the plate by far. The cowboy roll with the mango was amazing. The sweet potato roll was exquisite, the potato was cooked just right with the amount of other toppings in the roll, it was my favorite simple roll that we had. We also got vegetable roll, cucumber eel roll, and Alaskan roll, they were great in the simplicity of the roll.Overall 10/10 would recommend, we will be going back. It did get busy right after we got there, and they did stay busy, but people were willing to wait if that tells you anything about the quality of the food and experience.We've gone 2 more times, just as good. Still amazing service, apparently Tuesday at 6 is a good time for a short wait to get a table.Parking: There was adequate parking as it was right next to a Hy-Vee.

Even my gripe, the guy that took my order was very friendly and sounded like he found a solution to what I was looking for.I used to order steak and veggies from here, all the time. It was my favorite comfort food where I didn't feel horrible for eating it. Now they started forcing the rice with it.I'll pay the price, because they've always put it in a separate container. Which I'm fine with.I asked for steak and veggies w/o the rice, but I'll pay for it if need be. The guy on the phone said he knows what he'll do, like he had some other idea. Right on!Unfortunately when I got home, my steak and veggie entre turned into a stake and veggie bowl with rice in the same container. He did forget our fried rice towards the end of our meal and the fried rice is just soy sauce and rice no veggies or anything kind of a ribeye for about four dollars. Rebekah Marsh: As you will see my husband had also left a review. A glowing one at that but I'm here to warn anyone with food sensitivities of any type to stay away. Tonight is the 2nd time they claimed my wife's meal was gluten free. The first time was a take out order that had tempura in the spicy roll. Tonight it was their smoked salmon sushi as they marinate that in non gf soy sauce and smoke it themselves. We knew this.... they apparently forgot. The only person there that understands is a female, do not trust the sushi bar staff as they apparently havent a clue. I am full blown Celiac and I can never risk eating here again. Am really regretting giving a 2nd chance, for at least the next 3-5 days.... possibly longer. Twice they have made me sick. Sad too because as you saw in hubby's review we loved the place.

gureysu One: Our favorite family owned Pho and sushi place. Food is tasty and reasonable. They offer varieties of Sushi, Chinese, and Vietnamese food. Staff gave excellent service and were very friendly. It's a 30 to 40 mins drive from us, but it's all worth it. Samuel Chargois: This has been one of my favorite shushi places for a long time, but the new owner is making changes and not for the better. When I cam in the table I received was sticky and the floor was sticky also, the soy sauce bottle had a small puddle of soy sauce underneath. The new owner is not taking the proper care cleaning wise. I was sad to see some things not be on the menu now also, which isn't much of a big deal. The thing that is a big deal is that they are cutting back on small stuff that ruin the experience like cutting the lettuce thoroughly for salads, the thickness of the house salad sauce, the quality of the ingredients. A whole bunch of small cut backs have been done that just ruin the mood and atmosphere. Though the food still tastes good for now, the new owner is planning to do the number one taboo of owning a shushi restaurant which is adding new menu items. The new menu item for consideration to be added is called the shushi burrito and is something no self respecting individual would sell at a sushi place. Overall the food is still good but the new owner is turning things around like a chicken with its head cut off. I would be very sad to see Mr le's close at the location it's at like so many other restaurants have.

L B: I used to like Mr. Hibachi, but the last few times I have been there I have not been impressed. On my most recent visit, one of the owners was coughing in to her hands and spitting into trash pales and I later found a fly in the Mongolian Beef I ordered. I won't be eating here again.

John Fattig: This place is not good. It's the worst chinese take out I've ever had. But when I lived in grain valley it was the only option for delivery. So I've had it about 4 times. This I will say; it's always consistent as far as not being very good. So I always knew what I was getting. It's not like it was ever good and then disappointing.

Candy McCommon: The food was really great! I’m a vegetarian and got the vegetable lo mein, teriyaki vegetables and white rice. It was was all delicious. My favorite was the white rice, it was fluffy and sticky and perfect. The workers were friendly and helpful as well!

Jill Arnold: We scheduled reservations for Saturday 2/25/23 for 6pm for 15 people, to celebrate my sons birthday. We were advised later that day, that the restaurant would not be able to accommodate that many people at that time, so they changed it to 8pm. My son and his family arrived at 7:50 pm. No one never acknowledged them, so they just went and found them a seat in the corner. I arrived at 8pm, found them in the corner sitting, still waiting to get acknowledged. By 9pm, the waitress finally came over to us, asking how many people were in our party. She finally got us seated, shortly after 9pm. She took our drink orders, and never came back. The cook came over to our table and lit the fire, then he went out the front door of the restaurant to smoke 2 cigarettes, while we were still at the table waiting to get served.Around 9:30 pm, we gathered our belongings and left out of the restaurant.I will never recommend this place to anyone! I don’t know what the food taste like, because we were never served!
