And I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Window World within 2 months after signing a contract saying that my windows were in and that I could call to arrange an installation date. My original installation date was scheduled for Monday, 1/30. Due to extreme cold, the installation date was rescheduled to Saturday, 2/4. While I was happy that the rescheduled date was soon, I think it should have been better communicated upfront that due to the forecasted cold weather it was likely my original appointment would be rescheduled. The original appointment was cancelled last minute and it was too late for me to cancel my day off work. My windows were installed on 2/4 and it was a very pleasant experience. Tim and the guys who helped him were all nice, fast, and left virtually no mess. They installed 15 windows in less than 3 ½ hours. It is cleaner better organized than the other stores as wellI recently did a special order on interior stone and tile and was helped out by the manager. I have also returned a number of items and am impressed with how quickly they process it. Checkouts... again, are done properly and quickly, and call me crazy, almost cheerfully. Hard to imagine, but true. (they seem to have a younger and not so jaded crew)One quirk of the store to just look out for is the guards at the special order and bulk delivery gate entrance are very good at their job. When you exit, it feels like you are getting out on bond from a jail.

I don't work for your company, I don't know what you can do, but PLEASE do the best you can for those girls. Their kindness and help made a world of difference to me, and I hope you use it as grounds to make a difference for them.

They will not fix anything under warranty as soon as they leave your property. I have been trying to get them to fix things for YEARS. They always put you on hold and try to get you to give up. They tell you it will be months before a repair can be made and then never actually schedule it. An absolutely terrible company with no desire for customer service once they have secured their money. Beware. They advertise that you will have a lifetime guarantee on the exorbitant amount of money you pay them for whatever service they are providing for you, but it is a lie. They will take your money and never fix anything under warranty again.

Jason Rader: I called yesterday asking if I could bring up a belt that was too big that I had the receipt for. They said "yes no problem as long as I had reciept." Today I went there to be told it was past 30 days so it was too late. I asked Matt if he could just override the computer if he chose. He said "I am the manager, I can do whatever I want". I could tell it made his day better to make my day worst. I feel absolutely disgusted.

Brandon Shumaker: I'm doing this review because I feel like Multiple employees were called to the front door immediately like some organized move assuming someone was gonna steal and run out with stuff. I'm the type of shopper that comes in and out for a handful of things and always fast..maybe I scared someone? Because the vibes I got were negative and the old lady cashier acted like she didn't want to talk to me I had to tell her I have a membership! and she was still very nasty. Next time I will be more alert and listen in but I never concern myself but the vibes impacted me enough to write all this even though they probably could've been watching a real thief it still made me very uncomfortable!On top of all that fearing the safety of the stock boys that would be ordered by management to act as security if such incident was to actually happen should be reprimanded.
