Melinda Honeychild: Non existent customer service. None whatsoever. There were 2 clerks in there when I went in and no other customers in the whole store. Neither one of them looked up from whatever it was they were doing. And I had to ask one of them (who still wasn't doing anything) to ring me up.I bought a couple pair of Skechers Arch Fit. Now that I know my correct size, I'll just order online if I want more of them. Never going back to that store.
J - Hunny: From my wearing experience, Sketcher shoes are light, comfortable and not expensive,so I have choice them many times.However, the price has changed a lot over the years.This time I visit an outlet store, I didn't find more stuffand they didn't have many goods in the clothes section either.AnywayThis time I bought shoes for going out that some anti slipping one

L Davis: Called this store to ask a question about returning something but they failed to tell me that they were closing/closed. Also the employees that I have dealt with especially in the evening are unfriendly and rude. This place is nothing like the Columbia Mall location.
Anthony Foreman: Both times we went there to get shoes for our kids. Both times we got 2 of the same foot. I had to spend more money in gas to drive back and exchange them. We requested a refund to our card and they refused.

Was promised 20-25 hours of a part time position, went through the application process, then the older manager Vada continued to dodge calls and appointments to fill out the rest of the paperwork. Then I was told that I wasn't going to get the job a week after being promised a set schedule. Not fit for management and a liar.

Richard Harkins WØFH: The store was clean and well organized. I wear a 12 wide, and was excited to see two aisles dedicated to wide shoes. I was disappointed that many styles were completely missing size 12, while having lots of those shoes in smaller sizes. I did find two pair that I liked, and the promotion got me both pair for well under $100 total.
