Community Of Christ Temple: what do users think?
Rand Irons: I love to always visit the Temple when I'm in Independence. It's a really unique building architecturally with lots of symbolism and meaning particularly for members of Community of Christ. Highly recommend booking a tour when they are available to see inside and learn more about the history and purpose of this place of worship, teaching and administration.
Crystal Mireles: Went to a High School graduation
Kathy Rennie Gaddy: A place and symbol of spiritual peace, reflected inward and outward.
Myles Awaye: Formerly the RLDS church, they have had their share of scandals dating back earlier than the 1970's. They have gone too great lengths to rebrand themselves from the damage down by Legg and others. But those of us who were there for the scandals know the truth. There is no hiding the past. You cannot rewrite your history... and this church has a history misconduct, nepotism, and coverups. I won't go into details, but those who attended the church in the 1980's know what I am talking about.
Straton Treseder: Too great and spacious for me personally
Ryan Lindgren: Not open much right now. Was hoping for a place to learn the sects perspective on its history. Cool design on the outside.
Hayden Bennett: Looks like a sea shell
Lillian Bean: Shout out to Joey for giving us a tour! We arrived and were disappointed to see that they only did tours on Tuesdays and Thursdays AND that you had to book two weeks in advance. Luckily another tour was finishing up and we were invited in! Definitely an interesting and artistic building, although if you’re expecting it to be like an LDS temple you might be let down. Nevertheless, our tour guide was fun to talk to and I appreciated getting an insight into a different religion. If you’re from out of town, I’d recommend at least driving by!
jeff cady: Spiritually uplifting. Pursuit of peace is primary as long as there is justice.
Jessica Castribrightma: Recieving My confirmation and babtisumal recordes amen
Rees W Bandley: It's worth a look from an architectural perspective. Not sure why it would be called a Temple!? Just offices, nothing like any biblical temples.
Silivia Suluka: This was very pretty to look at.
Michael: I have to admit it looks impressive from the outside. But we toured the grounds and the labyrinth, but there just wasn’t anything warm and fuzzy here than the LDS temples. I felt no calmness and it just looked like a US monument instead of a place of God.
Ben Buchmiller: This is a must see building in Independence, Missouri. Definitely a one of a kind building, known as the Community of Christ temple. The design, conceptual architecture reminds me of soft serve ice cream as it spirals towards the heavens.
Josh Janzen: Amazing word and delivery. Building is top notch!
T. M. H.: I went here to go see what this place was all about. Only one person in the family didn't want to to go in and see inside. They missed out on how this place was built and how it became. It was through an individual that turned everything in a direction that I won't say. But honestly my opinions don't matter right here anyway. The sculpture is very cool. Although it was different how I saw they ran the church. It's enough to probably... Well it's was different from my church entirely. But it was fun to learn about another building from another faith. I give my respect to the building and how it looks. Other than that I probably won't be back to see it again. I will stick with what I believe.
Jacob Jamison: Cool building. If only there were missionaries there to give tours...
Jeremy Devries: It's such amazing architecture.
Justin Clark: cult
Tommy Chen: Here for the architecture only and it's really stunning to see in person. It feels very out of place in Independence. You can see the inside during service all year round but they only give tours during the summer months.
Laurie Decker: Peaceful place to be, serene

Leopold Gallery + Art Consulting: what do users think?
Bill Toth: I purchased a Lyman Whitaker wind sculpture from Leopold Gallery. Josh and Hillary provided exceptional advice, coordination, and updates so the wind sculpture was a total surprise for my wife. Their expert advice and consultation match the artistry of the sculpture.
Chuck Sweetman: We loved Leopold Gallery when we lived in KC. Now in Denver, we still keep in touch and order. The wind sculptures got us started, but we came back for artists like Louis Copt. A very dynamic gallery--always something fresh on offer.
Robert Murphy: I live in New Jersey and have purchased two Lyman sculptures from Leopold gallery working first with Paul and then with Josh, both times the transactions were seamless. I plan on acquiring additional sculptures and highly recommend this gallery. They are phenomenal to work with!!! Love the sculptures.
Mary Ballinger: Josh delivered our sixth Whitaker sculpture, each purchased from Leopold Gallery. Friendly, professional, and personal service every time.
Oystera6: Our experience with Paul and Hilary at Leopold was outstanding. We commissioned a piece of artwork that is beautiful and that will become a treasured part of our family's heritage.
Yesteryear Acres: Super responsive and very helpful in picking out the perfect art for your home or business. Thoughtful and kind. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy and have everything you need for your art installation.
Ranelle Lang: Our experience with Leopold Gallery has been stellar. We have purchased a number of pieces from the gallery, and we were always treated kindly and professionally. The artists represented by the gallery are all extremely talented - the pieces are stunningly beautiful. I highly recommend Leopold (and Paul and his team) for any art needs you may have. You will not be disappointed.
Robin F: I have 2 pieces that I purchased from Josh at the Leopold Gallery. We love them both. Josh is a pleasure to deal with and I look forward to doing business again in the future.
Charles Lyon: Incredible inventory, beautiful selection, and a good value. Service was impeccable, and the staff was both knowledgeable and understanding of the art they sold. A special gallery for sure.
Thilo Hessler: I bought a beautiful piece from them but was very impressed with the thought that went into packaging it. Thank You.
Clint Evans: Having worked with Leopold for purchasing multiple pieces and having visited the Gallery many times over the years I can say each purchase is such an enjoyable experience. The team is highly knowledgeable of each artist they represent and strive to make sure you procure just the right piece even offering to deliver and pick up. The talent displayed with the various artists as well as the notoriety the Gallery has received over its years in operation just lend that much more cache to the experience. i would highly recommend Leopold to those seeking a personalized experience of purchasing beautiful works of art.
Michael Vernon: I have purchased two piece from Hilary at Leopold in the couple of years. Her knowledge of the artists and attentiveness to my needs align perfectly. Highly recommend.
Tony Thurman: There display of wind sculptures out front caught my attention, so I took a look around. They were friendly and helpful.
J Miller: I bought a 6’ Mirinda II in stainless steel for my mother, knowing she had wanted a wind sculpture for years. I purchased the sculpture over the web, jus as one does with all sorts of purchases these days. I was pleasantly surprised however at the incredible relationship building the Leopold Gallery does. After my purchase I received a personalized purchase update. And I continued to receive personalized notices throughout the entire stage of my purchase, including a final thank you note once the sculpture had been delivered. The personal notes, vs your typical form letters, was so surprising and thoughtful. Incredible customer service!Beyond that, I love the sculpture. I didn’t think I would care as much, since I bought it as a gift, but every time I see it, I smile. Plus, super easy to assemble. Thank you Leopold Gallery, keep up the great art!
Sarah Jane Moomau: Always great to work with!
Kathy Stover: Congenial, knowledgeable staff who worked hard to accommodate my search. Inventory varies from paintings to sculpture to glass pieces. Owner also supports community projects that benefit youth. I highly recommend this gallery!
Ken Marvald: I've had an all-around terrific experience with the Leopold Gallery. Hilary & Paul were particularly helpful and responsive, so much so that I am now a repeat customer.
Matthew Peddie: Staff is great! Diverse selection of art, enjoy stopping in whenever in Brookside.
Jeff Redhage: We have used Leopold Gallery on all of our Senior Living Projects with great success. Their design input has really helped us to make sure the place the right artwork in the right places to make the most dramatic statements.
David R.: The Leopold Gallery is an excellent place to view and purchase art created by local and national artists without pressured sales tactics. Knowledgeable staff provide insight to the artists and the works, and the gallery is always arranged to showcase great art. Additionally, the gallery does a lot to support the arts in KC area schools including significant donations as well as arranging field trips with art students.
Kent Bridges: I have never dealt with someone so rude. I just called to ask a question regarding some pieces that I have. The gentleman told me that my pieces were reproductions without even seeing them and hung up on me.

Walmart Supercenter: what do users think?
Andrew Hack: I actually enjoy this Walmart better than the one in blue springs the one in blue springs makes you feel like you're there too help them if you can get any of them to help you at all. And another thing how is it the same thing at a different location is 10 dollars higher at the one in blue springs ? These are the things that make you wonder same vendor Walmart is not individually owned but prices are different . But anyhow you get to be yourself here you don't have to act better then anyone else here .
Adrian Klein: Entire store smelled like body odor. Used the self check and the bags REEKED of BO. We had to hand wash everything we bought after coming home because it caused our entire purchase to smell. We're literally wondering if someone died on the truck that had the bags or maybe a super smelly person napped on the shipment of bags?? Either way, something's horribly stinky.
Ndue Sokoli: I love it my favorite place to shop
cynthia swift: I don't shop much any more, so I was amazed there were 0 cashiers. All scan and go. I got through the process with some anxiety fine. I am usually some what slower, but I just happened to get a check out next to an associate, just incase I froze up. She said it was due to people saying they want a job, but don't show up for work.Maybe Biden should give them more money for their being handycapped; laziness. 😪
Jakob Groom: Gotta love it when employees are paid to stand around and watch you do the job they should be doing. I used to be a bagger, self checkout as an only option is a bold move.
James Carneal: Great
Denise Kennison: Walmart is always the best place to shop because of their EVERY DAY low prices. I work at Hyvee but shop at Walmart!
Frank Galvan: Best place ever to find stuff I didn't know I ever needed. Plenty of stuff to look at and buy. If you want to find something , this is the place to go. Prices are reasonable and stock is good.If you don't need , they have it. And more than likely you will find it on sale for a awesome price.
Concerned Dave: This store was one of the cleanest stores I've been too. Found everything I needed right away. Thanks guys . I definitely will be back for sure 👍
Daryl Silkwood: It's Walmart what more can you say . 🤔
Jen: This was my first time at this store location.I've seen police officers standing guard at jewelry stores, but never at a grocery store. And a Walmart at that. That's a big put off, I'll not be shopping at this location again. If there's an officer standing guard, it's obviously not a safe place to shop.
Wheels Holland: An average Walmart nothing more nothing less employees were all right and the store was decent
Jaz: Annoying lane 10 or 11 is the only register you can go to for tobacco and alcohol yet you have people bringing full carts and taking forever. Why not just make a lane ONLY for those products no one wants to wait 10+ minutes in line because there no limit and people don’t care about others needs!
Laurie howerton: I go there a lot. Everyone is very helpful. As far as how employees are treated I think they make them work to long of hours for not enough pay, God bless them.
Rebecca Hurst: Clean. Busy as usual for a Saturday only thing was people being rude, swinging their baskets around, no respect for others. The employee did help when I couldn't reach an item up high.
Juanita Gamino: My friendly Walmart Supercenter.
Anthony Cole: Didn't have 2 minutes I my truck before being asked to leave... don't use a sun visor or the security will attack you
Anthony: Pulled into the middle of the parking lot to park My new 2022 ram 5500. Put my window visor in was about to go shopping. Within one minute of me putting my truck into park I had a security guard at my window telling me to leave and I can't be hanging out.... well now walmarts a uncomfortable shopping environment..
William Mark: It's walmart, if you need explanation let me just say Welcome to America. Lol
Jacque Dickey: It's WakMart what can you add
Lakenya Griffith: Great Shopping

KC Studio: what do users think?
Raymont` White: Nice place. Nice people. Go in and inquire about the business.
Robert Dorsey: KC Studio is a very significant part of the Greater KCMO community and is a significant part of helping bring about knowledge of all art aspects including black art. This must be a part of all Counties of the midwest as well as the entire United States of America. I actually didn't know this place existed, but since I went to this place and talked with people who have been affiliated and associated with KC Studio,I have found a different appreciation for the different arts that surrounds our entire community and it should not be ignored. I knew about music as well as knowing some very talented musicians but I also have found out that KCMO is rich with all sorts of different arts, styles and should be appreciated as well as enjoyed.
