J H: I used to use a different Plumbing company. About 10 years ago that company could not figure out or correct what was going on. They told me to call around to other plumbers. When I called Blue Mills Plumbing and explain what was going on, they sent someone out that same day. Fixed the issue that the other plumbing company couldn't. Since then I've used no one but blue Mills Plumbing. They have done several things for me over the last 10 years, gas line extended, put in a new water heater. Installed a garbage disposal, flushed my main line, installed several faucets, swapped out the turnoff valves on all the toilets, unclogged a couple of drains. I'm so thankful that I have found a plumbing company that I can absolutely rely on. Always reasonably priced and done right.

Shanna Pennington: We have used All-n-One Plumbing several times now for blockages and deteriorating pipes in a house from 1960s. Cory has always been out as soon as possible and corrected the issue. For a pipe under the basement floor and concrete garage that was backing up due to pipe failing, he came up with a creative tie in idea instead of jack hammering up the basement and garage floor to replace it. Laurinda Armer: We've actually used this business in times past, but twice in the past month. Frankly, we were unhappy with the first job. They priced it at $750 to change a drain pipe under the kitchen sink. We could not be there for the job and assumed they had changed the entire pipe, but they didn't, they just put in new pipe under sink and tied in to the existing pipe. They did remove the garbage disposal (didn't put it back) and run augar. $750 is over the top for maybe $30 in materials. Today we had them out to change a leaking spiced in the basement. First they said $450, my husband said no, so the guy said ok $295, but then he had a small part break and had to replace that, so upped the price to $310. I'm sorry, we get inflation etc, but this is over the top expensive, and we won't be using them again. Don't get me wrong the work seems to be quality, but prices are to high.

I had high hopes for All-n-One Plumbing :) until one excuse after another was presented. 3 RED FLAGS:1.The day our plumber was to begin we received a phone call saying the plumber is having issues with his van and can't make it and need to reschedule. (totally understandable, things happen, no worries, we rescheduled)2. Next time our plumber was scheduled to come out we receive a phone from Kathy, our plumber has a family emergency to tend to and need to reschedule yet again. (things come up all the time, totally understandable, sure, lets reschedule)3. 3rd time has to be the charm right? sadly..no :( (we're officially on 2.5 weeks of no services being provided to our home. This time, Kathy (correct spelling of her name may be wrong) asked if we can reschedule yet again.. and mentioned they haven't had the manpower due to covid-19 and that HOPEFULLY they will have someone available on another day.Three different excuses + loss time on our home :(. To say I'm highly disappointed would be an understatement. The beautiful thing about my experience with them is the fact I was able to locate another plumber to do the job the same day I reached out to them + they saved me money :)Although we won't use them for any project moving forward, I sincerely hope nothing but good things for All-n-One Plumbing.My experience may not be your experience! Jaci Williams: Hired them to possibly fix and repair issues with my shower, some of which that a previous plumber did incorrectly.They literally charged me $600 for basically having the guy barely do anything but sit in his truck most of the time for several hours and claim not much was wrong the shower and he was only responsible for doing a couple things to the shower line and slightly enlarging the hole to get in there.They also failed to unclog my drain and give me a definitive answer as to why that was, despite leading me to believe they could do so after snaking it.Basically feel like it was vastly overpriced and a waste of money and unhelpful and like I picked badly again, despite them having decent reviews.Would not recommend.

kevin bower: I used this company a couple of years ago and they did a great job. I had pipes relined out to the street. BUT, this last summer I had them out to fix a leaky outdoor and indoor faucet. They came out and told me that they would have to find a part and would be back to fix it. Never heard from them after several days. I called and ask to have Cory call me back and nothing. I called again after a couple of weeks on Saturday morning and was told they were off work and a lady told me that they were too busy. I said maybe I should call someone else and she said "do that". I don't know what I did to piss them off but I did just that. Sorry but I thought I found a great Plumping company.

Alex Fleischman: DuoPro is great! I was in a pinch when my water heater was leaking and couldn’t schedule my regular plumber. I called around but nobody was able to give me a confident answer in what they would have to do to fix without charging me to come out. Brandon asked me to text a few pictures, knew exactly what the problem was immediately, looked up my hot water heater tank’s serial number and found it was still under warranty. He then was able to get someone out with the new warranty replacement tank and have it installed the same day. Everything was back to normal in record timing thanks to Brandon and his crew. We had a ton of issues all of a sudden come up that required us to replace our basement piping, unclog the main sewer line and then replace our main sewer line. They came out replaced a valve and I still had low water pressure. After another call to my warranty company they said their plumber determined it was a clog in my hot water line and was not covered. I called and texted a few different companies and Kyle was the first to respond. He set up an appointment and showed up as promised. He determined there was a broken piece stuck in the valve the previous plumber had installed. The faucet put up a good fight but Kyle was victorious! The hot water is flowing once again! I also had him look at a problem under my sink and his assistant did a great job resolving that problem. Both Kyle and his assistant were so professional and knew what they were doing. Shane Miller: Beware of this company if you plan to use them. I set up an appointment for water pipe inspection, kitchen sink drain repair, and disposal replacement quote 2 WEEKS in advanced. I was NOT given a timeframe in which the plumbers would arrive and was told I would receive a message 30 minutes prior to their arrival when they would show up (whenever that would be cause I sure was not given any idea.) So the day of my appointment comes and I spent all day waiting to hear from the plumbers and nothing. Aboute 3:30 pm I received a text saying that they "may be running behind schedule". I understand having a full schedule and delays I'm jobs which puts appointments behind. However, when a customer schedules 2 weeks in advanced and it's a minimum $99 charge just to come out PLUS gas tax, I expected much better from this business and expected a better experience. I hope they can offer better service in the future and I'm glad they have enough work to disregard some customers, but that's never an excuse for terrible service.

Ross Rinehart: I'm giving two stars because my mom has had a great experience in the past. She currently pays for VIP service and requested a friday evening emergency service to snake the pipes. So they arrived Saturday morning, we believe his name was Chris this was only his 3rd sat working as this is just a second job for him is what he told us. I want to restate he came out to snake the pipes, this is important because the "plumber" said he would not open the main drain because he did not want to get sewage on him and if he had to do it he would charge my mom 400 to 1000 dollars. So my mother opened the main drain so the plumber could do his job. As a Soldier I would love to say I perfer not to get IED explosion on me Army and if I do I was 400 to 1000 extra. Or the medic in the ambulance not wanting to pull that person our of the car crash because he might get blood on him so he is going to charge an extra 400 to 1000 dollars. I know I've made my point but this guy chose this career and refused to do his job unless a customer paid an amount that any normal person would refuse because it was too much. He did also mention to her while she was opening the main drain that "he only had 30 minutes " as if she wasn't working fast enough for him.

Francesca Elgin: They will charge you fuel cost, even if you live less just a 1,000 feet from the building, which is 50 bucks. They are not the nicest and make sure to make you feel less than adequate even when you ask a question. L B: My family has used this company several times. While initially, a few of the repairs seemed good, after a short time problems developed with most. Just this week, they did work on my parent's air conditioner. Despite the fact that only the wiring harness on the outside unit was broken, a salesman convinced my elderly father to replace a cooling coil. However, there was reason to replace this cooling coil, because it was working fine and they had just replaced it in April 2021 for $2500ish dollars. Casey Traders: I used Morton man over the summer time to help get my AC going the tech was great. so yesterday when we switched our heat on and it didn't work they were our first call, they said they were busy and would fit us in today completely understandable on short notice, the tech called today to tell my fiance he would be to our house shortly, my fiance left work and headed home to meet the tech, instead of showing up tech called and said he wasn't sure if he even had the the part to fix our air-conditioning, and would call back.2 hours went by waiting to hear from the tech, finally got a hold of him and he said nothing they can do till Friday. so instead of fixing my problem or telling us they couldn't fix our problem they wasted our time all day and now we can't even have someone to came look at it till tom. The owner/plumber, Mike, had helped us in the past to diagnose a second floor leak that could have been a major problem, but with his honest assessment and guidance the leak was identified immediately and with minimum cost. I was impressed with Mikes professionalism so I set up an appointment to replace our faucets & lines that were appropriately 30 years old. We had corrosion and leakage issues.
