Laurinda Armer: We've actually used this business in times past, but twice in the past month. Frankly, we were unhappy with the first job. They priced it at $750 to change a drain pipe under the kitchen sink. We could not be there for the job and assumed they had changed the entire pipe, but they didn't, they just put in new pipe under sink and tied in to the existing pipe. They did remove the garbage disposal (didn't put it back) and run augar. $750 is over the top for maybe $30 in materials. Today we had them out to change a leaking spiced in the basement. First they said $450, my husband said no, so the guy said ok $295, but then he had a small part break and had to replace that, so upped the price to $310. I'm sorry, we get inflation etc, but this is over the top expensive, and we won't be using them again. Don't get me wrong the work seems to be quality, but prices are to high.

I had high hopes for All-n-One Plumbing :) until one excuse after another was presented. 3 RED FLAGS:1.The day our plumber was to begin we received a phone call saying the plumber is having issues with his van and can't make it and need to reschedule. (totally understandable, things happen, no worries, we rescheduled)2. Next time our plumber was scheduled to come out we receive a phone from Kathy, our plumber has a family emergency to tend to and need to reschedule yet again. (things come up all the time, totally understandable, sure, lets reschedule)3. 3rd time has to be the charm right? sadly..no :( (we're officially on 2.5 weeks of no services being provided to our home. This time, Kathy (correct spelling of her name may be wrong) asked if we can reschedule yet again.. and mentioned they haven't had the manpower due to covid-19 and that HOPEFULLY they will have someone available on another day.Three different excuses + loss time on our home :(. To say I'm highly disappointed would be an understatement. The beautiful thing about my experience with them is the fact I was able to locate another plumber to do the job the same day I reached out to them + they saved me money :)Although we won't use them for any project moving forward, I sincerely hope nothing but good things for All-n-One Plumbing.My experience may not be your experience! Jaci Williams: Hired them to possibly fix and repair issues with my shower, some of which that a previous plumber did incorrectly.They literally charged me $600 for basically having the guy barely do anything but sit in his truck most of the time for several hours and claim not much was wrong the shower and he was only responsible for doing a couple things to the shower line and slightly enlarging the hole to get in there.They also failed to unclog my drain and give me a definitive answer as to why that was, despite leading me to believe they could do so after snaking it.Basically feel like it was vastly overpriced and a waste of money and unhelpful and like I picked badly again, despite them having decent reviews.Would not recommend.

kevin bower: I used this company a couple of years ago and they did a great job. I had pipes relined out to the street. BUT, this last summer I had them out to fix a leaky outdoor and indoor faucet. They came out and told me that they would have to find a part and would be back to fix it. Never heard from them after several days. I called and ask to have Cory call me back and nothing. I called again after a couple of weeks on Saturday morning and was told they were off work and a lady told me that they were too busy. I said maybe I should call someone else and she said "do that". I don't know what I did to piss them off but I did just that. Sorry but I thought I found a great Plumping company.

J H: I used to use a different Plumbing company. About 10 years ago that company could not figure out or correct what was going on. They told me to call around to other plumbers. When I called Blue Mills Plumbing and explain what was going on, they sent someone out that same day. Fixed the issue that the other plumbing company couldn't. Since then I've used no one but blue Mills Plumbing. They have done several things for me over the last 10 years, gas line extended, put in a new water heater. Installed a garbage disposal, flushed my main line, installed several faucets, swapped out the turnoff valves on all the toilets, unclogged a couple of drains. I'm so thankful that I have found a plumbing company that I can absolutely rely on. Always reasonably priced and done right.

Casey Traders: I used Morton man over the summer time to help get my AC going the tech was great. so yesterday when we switched our heat on and it didn't work they were our first call, they said they were busy and would fit us in today completely understandable on short notice, the tech called today to tell my fiance he would be to our house shortly, my fiance left work and headed home to meet the tech, instead of showing up tech called and said he wasn't sure if he even had the the part to fix our air-conditioning, and would call back.2 hours went by waiting to hear from the tech, finally got a hold of him and he said nothing they can do till Friday. so instead of fixing my problem or telling us they couldn't fix our problem they wasted our time all day and now we can't even have someone to came look at it till tom. I would not recommend this company at all.

It’s now 5:30pm and I haven’t heard a word from them. How many days do I continue to be held hostage in my home waiting for them to show up? The owner/plumber, Mike, had helped us in the past to diagnose a second floor leak that could have been a major problem, but with his honest assessment and guidance the leak was identified immediately and with minimum cost. I was impressed with Mikes professionalism so I set up an appointment to replace our faucets & lines that were appropriately 30 years old. We had corrosion and leakage issues. When we set up the appointment our questions were well explained. Mike is experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Golden's Plumming is locally owned and services are reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Jayde Ash: I have been having problems with my kitchen sink backing up .It had given me problems in the past several months .I had a couple other companies come out and run the snake down the drain to clear it and each time their snake came back with mud on it so It stood to reason i had a break under my basement floor.Well enough was enough .So i called WIlliams Plumbling to come out and told them my issue .they said the could be out the next morning and repair it within about 3 hours.They were prompt with the appointment I had set and got to it right away,Sure enough a part of the cast under the basement had rotted away they cut it out and put pvc from my sink to where they had cut out ,They were done in about 2 1/2 hours. Very friendly and showed me what they had found and the old cast pipe they had to cut out ,I would not hesitate to call them for any of my plumbing needs in the future

Jackie Braman: We had an appointment at 9am Thursday. When I hadn't heard from him at 9:30 I called him and he said he would be out around 12:30. At 1:40 he called to say he would be another hour. When he finally showed up he did a best guess repair and charged $139. He didn't fix our leak. Called him to come back Saturday at 8 to try again. Saturday after 10 we called and left him a voicemail to just forget it. What a waste. He didnt have time to answer our call or show up to fix our problem but sure as hell had plenty of time to cash our $139 check from Thursday. I feel he screwed us out of our $139 on Thursday. Use at your own risk and only if you have hard earned money to blow and get nothing in return.

Sandra Kluge: The hardest working man in the business! We had a sewer problem that he helped us with from beginning to end. He is the only honest plumber I know and I would recommend him to anyone. He does not overcharge for his services. We will always use Williams Plumbing for any future issues. Very happy customers!

Penny Parrish: My basement flooded today due to bad drainage, and an old washing machine. I called Williams Plumbing after hours, and they called me right back with an excellent quote! Now that is good service!
