L L: There were several men who delivered my baby grand. They all introduced themselves. They put out blankets on the floors and a bumper pad on the doorways as to not dent them. The piano and every part to it was securely wrapped as well. They explained everything they were doing as they did it. All of them were very professional and it was obvious they had done this many times before. This isn’t your untrained group of men.

Michelle Beard: Move date 7/21/2022: I've waited months to write this review in hopes they would make things right, but sadly it never happened. I do not recommend Moving Kings. I hate hurting a business's future business, therefore, will not post the majority of the details other than to say it was horrible from beginning to end. Severe lateness, one mover appeared to be in withdrawal and possibly stole my husband's pain med after asking if he had any. This same person signed my signature on their app and way too much money came out of my account. Clearly fraud. Kourtney did her best to reduce the overcharges. Broken glass from my grandmother's 1960's antique table. They keep saying they were working on getting it replaced but never did. A one day job took 2 days with one day in between of no one coming. So sad and lots of frustration on our part making what should have been an exciting time for us moving to our new home a disaster. I pray things have improved for them and wish them the best of luck.

Quinn Braley: Move: 06/29/2022.Arrival, the 2 man crew showed up with a Ryder Rental truck, not a Professional Moving Company Truck. The small dollies appeared to be rental as well. After review of all of our items, the crew stated that it would take 2 trips, because they couldn’t stack stuff very high in the truck.They put our large 6 person dining room table completely upside down in the truck and started to put items on the inside underneath of the table. One of the crew members communicated that they were short several employees, as some of them had had heat strokes from the week before. He stated that he wasn’t even a mover, that he actually worked in the office. As the packing continued it was obvious there was no rhyme or reason to the packing. It was pretty much just all thrown in the truck.First load completed, time to head over to the other building. Once there, the team completely blocked the entire area with their truck. My neighbor came out at some point to ask if I could have them move, she’s a nurse and needed to leave. The employee stated that she could wait, as it wouldn’t take much longer. This was very unacceptable in my opinion.Second load. The loading just kept dragging on and on and on. I think they were exhausted. Once it was time to drive over to the building again, things seemed to change. Once there, they become erratic with our moving. When they pulled out the ramp, they didn’t even pull it out all the way and attach it as required for proper loading and unloading. I kept hearing noises, of course it was our items, they kept spilling off the truck and falling to the ground. I spoke up and informed them that the ramp was not in the correct position. They finally acknowledged that it wasn’t in the correct position. At this time, my neighbor had returned and needed to run inside for something and had to leave again. Once again, I asked the guys to move the truck, but they stated that they didn’t have time, as it would only take 15-20 more minutes. As they unloaded the second set of items, it was very hurried. They didn’t seem to care. Pushing stuff everywhere, not taking the time to ensure something was done correctly.Items were damaged, items were crushed, items were broken. This is the first time that I can say that we have had this many items damaged.For nearly 2 – 3 months I sent Moving Kings several emails. They claimed they never received them and blamed me for that. I have all the emails, with trackers included, with proof of delivery, including dates and times. They still blamed me for it. They finally agreed to send a repair person over to look at my items so they could be repaired. I agreed to have someone come out. The only problem is that no one ever showed up. There was 1 time that they contacted me and requested that I change the time. I informed them that I already had a commitment and I wouldn’t be home. The individual I spoke with become very hostile towards me, basically blaming me for having a prior commitment that I couldn’t cancel. It’s not my fault that I was given an appointment time, but no one ever showed up.Finally, after speaking with both Britney and Kourtney, they decided to just pay me out for damages. This was due to what they described as a means to resolve the issue because the repair person had cancelled so many times. For the next several months, it was nothing but emails back and forth, with nothing ever being resolved. The company blames me stating that it was my responsibility to get insurance. I believe that the company also has a responsibility to ensure that they have qualified staff that know how to pack and move items respectively. For example, you cannot blame the customer for something, when your employee stacks 10 -12 boxes on top of an ottoman. You should expect that no matter what, the ottoman was probably going to break. However, blaming the customer for this, is unacceptable. Moving Kings is responsible for operating appropriately and morally. I found that neither was the case in this situation.Do not use this company!

Adreeta Das: The movers weren't very careful with my furniture. Nothing was covered up in blankets when transferred as it was suggested in my initial call with them. They also forgot to get my bedframe and left it at the freight elevator. When told that all the stuff haven't arrived, the movers said they would want some kind of incentive to get the bedframe that they themselves forgot.

During this time, MANY of my furniture items were broken and not discovered until I unwrapped the items that the movers had packed up.Pictures are attached of SOME of the damage caused - my bed frame, antique speakers, antique/family heirloom cabinet/nightstand, even the underneath of my couch was ripped by the movers. My mattress arrived with dirt marks that could have been avoided had they wrapped my bed in plastic as I had requested The mattress was also deformed as the movers used moving straps, but failed to treat with care and caused permanent creasing/lumps in the mattress. I, also, specifically told movers of the fragile/ANTIQUE items and even let them inspect items for best tactic before they began moving furniture.Upon arrival at the drop off location - Instead of telling me about the damages, the movers placed my items in a corner of my new apartment to hide the damages that THEY caused.On top the careless recklessness that lead to the damage of over 70% of the items moved - the movers managed to break the freight elevator at the pick up location. This left a multitude of items still at my old address on the day of the move and an unfinished job. The movers were to call me back to come finish the job the following day (as this was their fault), but never called; now Moving Kings (as a company) will not answer calls about my damaged items or the unfinished move job. I left multiple calls for both Associate Managers, Kourtney and Jesse with no response. Kourtney responded by e-mail for a follow up call and never reached back out via phone as asked.I also have items missing from the move that the Movers placed in the truck - dog food bowl stand, shoe stands, screws from furniture (that Moving Kings removed), and large mirrors.Research your moving companies - I highly recommend All My Sons as they fixed the error caused by Moving Kings.

Jesse Cranmer: We have used Moving Kings for 3 moves, the last one taking place in April 2021. Moving Kings were referred to us by my in-laws who used them prior and had a good experience. However, April 2021, one of the movers stole some personal property of ours during the move and we were not aware of it until recently. The mover took an Xbox console out of the box, and replaced it with a weight, then stashed it in my basement in a back closet surrounded by other items to hide it. I had been searching for the Xbox for sometime and finally found the box, but the console obviously was missing. I called them and Kourtney said "we don't know who did that move, it's been too long and we changed computer systems...." and showed little to no care in the world. Finally after pushing the issue, I was told Jesse the owner would call me to discuss the situation, it's been over 2 weeks and shockingly, no phone call. I followed up with an email and Kourtney again said "he's been working on a truck and will call you" but obviously hasn't. DO NOT hire them unless you want your property stolen and ownership to do nothing about it. I'm still waiting for that phone call Kourtney.....
