L L: There were several men who delivered my baby grand. They all introduced themselves. They put out blankets on the floors and a bumper pad on the doorways as to not dent them. The piano and every part to it was securely wrapped as well. They explained everything they were doing as they did it. All of them were very professional and it was obvious they had done this many times before. This isn’t your untrained group of men.
DAR Strategies: Positive:Professionalism,QualityZach, Jake and Brandon are a three man wrecking crew! We have insanely heavy furniture and they made it look like child's play. On time, advance call with eta, wrapped up a large move for us 30 minutes early. Highly recommend these guys.

Quick, efficient, and they have a great sense of humor. We moved from a third floor apartment and they carried heavy furniture down like it weighed nothing. DJ even carried a very large, heavy wooden table top above his head! I would highly recommend Moving Pros LLC and will definitely use them again! They are absolutely worth every penny!Edit: Two years later and the third time was not the charm for me. Why? Because I called Moving Proz in error. I incorrectly assumed the quoting process was the same, as I did not realize I wasn't speaking with the same company. I gave the same information I've given in the past and when the movers arrived, 45 minutes late, I was told they would not move any more than the 10 boxes quoted. We were left with a half completed move and a deadline to move out. I called Cole from Moving Pros, and he offered to send a crew the next day! Cole's crew completed our move for us quickly, efficiently, and most of all, he listened. I cannot say enough good things about this company!
Theresa Kelsay: I was relieved as soon as Adam and Gary arrived. They were courteous, professional, and got started right away. It was hot out and they worked hard but efficiently to get everything done. Whenever I had a question, Adam always had an answer, and I quickly realized he had probably dealt with every kind of moving situation. Gary was very accommodating, making sure things were where I wanted them at my new home. I would highly recommend these guys.
Beth Curts: Today we had Brady, Justin, Adrian and Mark as our movers! This is our third move with Moving Pros- but this is definitely the best one so far because of these four! From the get go they were on time, friendly, took charge and were AMAZING! They all worked together in perfect sync and we couldn’t be happier with the result! Dustin Webber: Overall good experience. This was my first time hiring moving help so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Ali and BLH helped us and did a great job. They called 30 minutes before arriving and were very prompt and on time. They loaded and packed our furniture very well. They did accidentally bump the wall and scrape the floor once while unloading some heavy items but in their defense it was a tight area going down our stairs.

You know a company is milking you when they call you everyday to"help you book a load" My other companies never call drivers, they just post loads and we drivers rush to call bcs the rates are worth it. It was a learning experience though. At least I learned to STAY AWAY.

Doug Bergman: Just walked out of this place. They have no respect for seniority and promote people without even conducting internal interview. Needs to be unionized so bad. Owners are extremely unethical and shady and I had had it. Stay away both as a customer and an employee. Place needs to be boarded up and the owners sent to the unemployment offices.
Virginia Lucus: I am posting this review for our company. We had to reach out to them for any and every update. Also they provided estimated dates, which was fine. How ever when I reached after not receiving the last truck, she said that the driver had broken down on another delivery and she was working on getting ours scheduled again. During this time, the truck was moved to a different lot (over a month waiting for pickup). They offered a refund of $291 since there had been issues with time.Then they said that since the driver was down overnight they charged us $150 for "no start" and $103.30 for motel, leaving our refund $37.70. When we reached out asking about it, they refused to answer emails or voicemails left. It was not our fault that it took them so long to pick up the truck, the auction moved the truck due to the length of time in the pickup lot. Will not use this company again.

Jon Miller: We had a move with Let’s Get Moving on 5/24/23. We have moved 10 times in the last 10 years, don’t ask :-) this is our first time using let’s get moving. Without question or pause, this was the best moving experience we’ve ever had, the crew that we had were exceptional, courteous, took great care of our belongings, and also great care getting them out of and into the homes. We had no damage, and often times damage is unavoidable when you’re moving big things, but our crew went out of their way to examine potential issues or damage opportunities before they moved things, they made plans, and it went off without a hitch. I hope we never move again, but if we do, we will be using let’s get moving again. I cannot recommend them any more highly .

uhhhkris: Called these folks in a panic a week before my move because I had originally planned on moving myself but got injured. They got me quoted right then and there. The fellas who showed up were professional, careful, and courteous. There was a little mix-up as I wasn't told by the person I spoke with over the phone that providing your own truck means that the movers don't unload but I was happy to pay the additional cost because it still ended up being cheaper than what I had planned on spending and what their quote was. They got my stuff out and into the new place within 2 hours. Cannot recommend LGM enough.
