He and his staff is very caring and experienced with the type of pain, my life style and age in how I could manage my life without so much pain. It worked! anne barnes: I was referred to Dr Hancock after a hospitalization for a back injury. He is a somewhat more serious physician, but I was impressed for his thoroughness reading the medical history I had filled out, and spending time reading my MRI and explaining the results. My epidural procedure was excellent, minimal pain, and so far,( after 24 hours) good results. He is not "warm and fuzzy", but that is not as important to me as skill level. He is a seasoned physician, and also as an RN, this is important to me. His office staff, was very kind and compassionate, especially Robin, and Theresa. Karin the receptionist also very patient and kind. If you have reservations from the other less stellar reviews, I would put them aside.

He was helpful in explaining what my prior x-ray and MRI showed, and also in explaining what to expect going forward, not only with my insurance company but also with my treatment. All in all I was very satisfied - if anything changes I'll be sure to update this!Update: after several appointments over the course of about 6 months I did finally see the rudeness others have experienced. He had put me on a different anti inflammatory and asked how it was working for me. I assumed he was referring to whether it was helping my back pain, since that's what I was there for, so I told him it wasn't really helping. His response, in a rather snooty tone, was, "Then why are you taking it?" Um, because you prescribed it?!? After several painful injections I decided the pain in my back wasn't nearly as bad as the injections (which weren't helping anyway) so I stopped seeing him. I can't seem to update the number of stars I've given him, but if I could I would change it from 4 to 2.

cindi Mills: I read the reviews on this Doctor (if you can even call him a "DOCTOR) They were mostly negative, however I try to give the benefit of the doubt. Boy was I wrong in this instance!! This Doctor is HIGHLY POMPOUS AND ARROGANT!!! He told me that I was not a candidate for surgery because I am too fat. He proceeded to tell me that No one gives cortisone shots like he does!!! Nancy Nichols-Tyler: Worst Dr EVER! Don’t waste your time, money or get your hopes up. I would never recommend anyone to him.He said to me: “ Corn Cob Up my saddle”. A doctor is supposed to be kind and caring and that is not the case. His staff was robotic and walking around on egg shells. Just find another Dr!

Jimmie Whitbey: Told me I was on too.many meds. Also all but said he doesn't like helping smokers. I went to him in hope of getting help, so I could get off pain meds.He told me to get an MRI in which I will, but I sure in not going back to this arrogant, conceited , condescending fellow. I don't even refer to him as a doctor. Guess I am off to see a neurologist. Should of went there in the first place.

Theresa Hieronymus: He was like talking to a robot, when I was going to him. When my daughter went to him, he talked down to her and her husband, and was very rude to them as well as his staff. Unfortunately, those aren't the only reason I rated him so low.Because of my insurance requirements, I have to return two weeks after an injection to have the results evaluated, before insurance will approve another injection. Following my last injection, I had to take my 3 year old and 8 year old granddaughters with me when I went for the evaluation. Both girls were silently watching videos on electronic devices, the 3 year old in a stroller, and were not making a sound or moving around in their seats. He refused to allow me to bring them into the consult room, even though there was no exam involved, only a question and answer consult, and there are no signs posted anywhere in that practice that stayes children are not allowed in the office. I was told I would have to reschedule.My mother had a stroke the day before the rescheduled appointment. I called and cancelled and explained I would call back to reschedule after my mother's condition stabilized.The weeks later I receive a bill in the mail. Both appointments werevlisted as "no show". I called to have the charges removed, but the receptionist would have to ask the doctor to approve it, because he makes that decision personally. Apparently I only gave 20 hours cancellation notice, not a full 24, and he is allowed to say who can and cannot come into the room. I had the option of leaving the children in the waiting room alone. (Are you kidding me????)The charges were never removed, and I have since switched pain centers.He is an egotistical bully with no bedside manner or personality.

Kasey Wiley: I was referred to Dr. Hancock and was worried based on the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised at how informative and knowledgeable he was. He assisted me with managing my pain, described why i was having so much pain and then referred me to a surgeon for further evaluation. His bedside manner isn't as warm as other physicians I have seen but he definitely knew his stuff and I would for sure see him again.

Adelei Wade: Pleaded with the doctor to offer some kind of relief when my back pain made it so I could no longer stand at work. His response was "get a different job". Refused to fill out paperwork for FMLA even though the discharge paperwork stated that I could not be on my feet or sitting up for 48 hours after receiving injections. I'm going to a different doc ASAP.

This man doesn't even know what he is doing. I sat in my room listening to him yell at older confused patients. Today he accused me of lying and would not refill a medication he gave me that was for 1 month that I made stretch 9 weeks. He told me he is the dr and he gets to decide to refill or not refill and he decided not to refill mine and he owed me no explanation. I left in tears. This man needs to be out of business!!!

Freedom Healthcare: I have been coming to Freedom Healthcare since October 26, 2018. I saw a commercial, called the office and they took my insurance. It has been a game changer for me-a real CHANGE to my life!! In my case, I did Physical Therapy first, then I started with my procedure. I am a BBW, and was 330 lbs when I first went to Freedom. Since I have been going to Freedom, I have lost over 90 lbs. I am saying this because the journey from then to now has been totally worth it. I am so excited every day I come to Freedom Healthcare. The nurses and staff have been so worth the visit. If I could advise anyone to continue with the procedure - the results are going to be rewarding!!! Try out Freedom, they results speak for themselves.

They are very untruthful just to get you in the door.

Darryl Duncan: They are guaranteed to make money because their free consultation turns into a $410 bill. The Stem procedure that was presented for my diagnosis would run about $500-$600 per injection. I filed a grievance with BCBS on the fact that Freedom Healthcare's commercial states a free consultation. Also, unless you have zero deductible insurance the procedure will come out of pocket because most policies have around $2000 deductibles. Not happy!

Suzanne Harris: When I called to make an appointment, I was assured that Medicare covered the procedure. When I got there, I was almost immediately informed that Medicare was not covering it because I have Humana as well as primary. I did not spend more than 5 minutes there. They billed Medicare 255.00 for the office visit and I had to pay 50.00 in co-pay for absolutely nothing. The office was disorganized, cluttered, and appeared to be unclean. Not a good experience for me; especially given that I was given misinformation. I was very kind when I spoke with Terry, and she promised to take care of the bill, but I got another bill with a note that if I didn't pay the 50, I would be turned over to collections.

Vince Calandra: Good treatments. The billing stinks, made a payment to pay current in the office and billed me 31 to 60 days late. It has been three weeks trying to deal with this and todate still trying to have them credit my account. So frastrating and they need an office manager that will listen to their patients dealing with a payment. Will think twice about using this facility.

George Michaud: This is my first visit to this Chiropractor and he seems like he knows what he is doing. After nearly 70 years I should know if they do or not. I'm looking forward to a wonderful journey with Dr. Doty for the next 12 visits. Supposed to help correct the painful condition known as "Scoliosis"...Time will tell. Well, this is now several months later and I'm changing my four-star rating to a two-star. Dr. Doty is a personable man and surely he is successful with a number of his clients. Every visit for myself the office was busy with people waiting. My personal treatments did not yield any results whatsoever. I'm not trying to make him look bad but he does that himself. Each of my visits lasted no longer than three to five minutes, at most. My first visit, x-rays were taken and it showed the curvature of my spine and how scoliosis has affected me. Making the trip there and only spending a minute or two with him and what how he treated me yielded no results. My biggest frustration was the fact that he didn't discuss my case with me at all. He didn't explain any kind of a plan he had in mind for me, nor what type of treatment I would be receiving. It would have been nice to know that. If he would have just told me what the outcome might be with what he was doing would have made me feel so much better. We never had that conversation. He had folks going in and out so fast that it was shocking to me that each person had so little time for their treatment as I did. One to four or maybe five minutes. I believe that Dr. Doty has the education and the experience needed to treat many patients with various needs. However, I'm not at all informed of his experience with scoliosis. Maybe I'll get a note in the mail explaining something to me or a call to reinforce why I should continue treatments with Dr. Doty. He's a pro, without a doubt, however, he needs to spend more time with some of his clients. I wish him all the best as well as the girls who work so hard out at the front desk.

Lisa Banks: Went in as a last case resort as I didn't think anyone would be able to help with my chronic back and migraines as I've been treated for 15 years without relief. Dr Doty was AMAZING. His staff is fun and professional. Service is quick and thorough. I haven't had even the slightest headache, let alone migraine since my first adjustment. He diagnosed things that nobody saw during other treatments. My daughter goes to him as well and we are both so happy with every aspect of this healthcare provider.

Amelia Olson: Contacted Dr. Baker after a bad experience at a previous chiropractic clinic. The previous clinic had me do x-rays and wanted me to visit a few times a week which is next to impossible for anyone working a full time job, and tried to sell me extra things that were not necessary. Very gimmicky and didn't focus on the actual problem. Dr. Baker eased my concerns about this, telling me it was a sales tactic (I figured it was, but it was nice to confirm) and explained his approach in an understandable manner. He didn't try to get me to book any unnecessary appointments or sell me anything I didn't need, and is very flexible with scheduling. He is kind, gentle, and best of all I woke up this morning with no neck pain for the first time in a year! Will absolutely be recommending him to everyone and will be back.

jesper Rouviere: You walk up to the place. Door is locked and you push a ring camera. Gave me weird vibes. The actual inside of the place doesn’t look like the photos. It’s pretty run down. It also shares a wall with the kennel room of the adjacent vet clinic, so you constantly hear dogs barking. Not off to a good start one bit. I took my girlfriend with me because I had never been to a chiropractor and she had(not this one). the whole time the chiropractor was making us super uncomfortable. I tell him I have an issue with my back and I’d like him to take a look at it before we do anything. He Never did that and Instead just stared at my girlfriend. Any time I would try and tell “dr” creepy something about my back issues he would interrupt me to tell me that he worked with orthopedic doctors and brain surgeons but long story short doesn’t know really how to help me. I was in there for an hour, 10 mins of paperwork/waiting to be seen, 10 minutes of “help”, and 40 minutes of needless ego rant about his profession. I would only recommend this place to people I hate. My back was hurting so bad I was just hoping after putting up with all his rude creepiness I’d get some relief in my back but no. I came in hurt and I left angry, uncomfortable, and still hurt.

Anthony Pandino: I saw Dr. Baker for the first time today and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know. I have seen others chiropractors, and he is better than all others I have seen. He take time to listen, understand, and explain his process and what is happening. He does all this while seeming to genuinely care about improving his patient's well being, and with out coming off as condescending. His pricing is extremely fair and upfront. You know what you are paying each visit ($40) regardless of the type of treatments provided. Nichole Coffel: Dr. Baker is my hero. I was in so much pain I couldn't get out of my pjs or hardly walk. After my shoulder, neck, hip and back adjustments I was almost completely pain free and walking. I highly recommend him.

Diane Austin: I have gone to several chiropractors out here, however, Dr. Brian Baker is by far the best one I have found! Please do not hesitate to see him! The drive is well worth it. He zeros in on your issues which may take time, but well worth it. He explains everything in a matter you will understand. To top it off he's available on weekends! Which for me is a huge help considering my work schedule! I cannot stress enough how much he is literally the best!!

Tara Bray: Best chiropractor EVER! I went in to see Dr. Baker having gone to another chiropractor for 3 months without any relief. Dr. Baker spent so much time with me explaining everything and why he was doing what he was. I left there feeling better than I have since January when I injured my neck. I can finally turn my head without having pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Baker, as he is very thorough and really knows chiropractic medicine.
