Barbara Frank: Rod at Zone Zero did our house inspection. This is one of the most detailed home inspections I have ever seen. We are now buying this house knowing every little detail of things that should be fixed for the house to be 100% perfect. There were a few big issues that we hadn't realized and these were negotiated with the owners. We knew it was an older home and there would be some things we would need to do after we bought the house and we accepted that. So hubby now has a nice detailed "to do" list of things that he needs to fix (along with detailed images). These are things that definitely would not stop us from buying the house but need to be done and can be done over a period of time. I am impressed with the amount of detail and how extremely professional this inspection report is. Not planning on buying another house in my lifetime but if I did I would definitely use Rod at Zone Zero Home Inspections.
