Sincee Farris: I was in there this morning (3/4/23) at 10:25 AM to have my battery replace on my iPhone due to it not holding a charge. Battery was replaced and you returned it to me 5% charged. As soon as I left your store I plugged the phone into my car charger and then at home, it's been plugged in for 3hrs and it is completely dead and will not charge. NO my charging cords are perfectly fine. Here I am on a Saturday night without a working phone and you are not open on Sunday. I can't come in Monday because you will be closed before I can get to your store. So I am left to go to another store to find out what you did to mess it up, luckily there are stores open on a Sunday. When I do get my phone fixed I will bring you the bill. Not sure why or what you did, but I am not happy.Are you going to be open tomorrow (Sunday 3/5/23)? As I stated in my post you will be closed by the time I get off work! I can’t go without my phone for that long. Ask the guy who replaced my battery what he did wrong!Why do you require my phones passcode to change a battery?Update- went to Apple to find out what the problem is. They will put a new battery in and see if it will charge, if not then it’s going to cost me over $500 to repair it. Next update soon 😒Update- it was the Battery (Thank God!!!), unfortunately Apply would not return the battery so I could take it back to PC Cellular Repair for a refund. Hopefully the owner will do the right thing and reimburses me for the faulty battery, we’ll see. I’ve been communicating to them via FB Messenger.Final update - Chris said to bring my receipt in, showed up Saturday and he refunded me the full amount. I appreciate his integrity.

I was the only other person there, was taken care of immediately, had my service done in 10 minutes and was out the door happy with a new-to-me device! Working perfectly and couldnt be happier, was so satisfied I came back a second time to get a couple other necessities and am happy with those as well. Highly recommend!

Melissa Garland: Brought my phone in for a battery repair, which they did well, however there was a new crack in the screen so I paid to have a new screen installed. The next day I noticed the new screen wasn’t fully set in the proper spot so I took it back. Every interaction was positive with those working. He set the screen but it REALLY cracked it and I didn’t notice till I was almost home. I called and I was a little hot but Cody was super cool and just said bring it back as soon as you can. I brought it back and got a David or Daniel or something. He is NOT good with customer service but somehow thinks he’s amazing. Acted like I was a pain, they didn’t have the part and was going to have to drive to liberty to get the screen, ranted about how it would be so much harder to get their cause he drove a “truck” and over all threw a hissy fit. I said he was being rude and I got heated myself as I feel like maybe MY time as the customer for having to make soooo many trips was maybe something he should have been a little empathetic to. Told me that it was going to take till like 5 pm (this was 10:45am) to fix this. I said I would take it. He was hateful and rude and I will say I hate that I matched it but man every other person in there seemed decent. I drove my SUV that was bigger than his “truck” up to liberty and they did an amazing job of fixing it in 15 minutes. Also should be noted that the screws had not been put back properly so that is why the screen wouldn’t set and then was broken when it was forced. So their fault (which happens) but acting like a jerk was just unbelievable.
