Went and got it fixed & although the touch was back on the left side the screen jumping was still horrible. I called up there and they advised me to bring it back up, I took it back today , they replaced the screen & it hasn’t jumped screens or glitched at all. Super Fast service & affordable.

kynisha r: Do not use this service!Had my daughter screen replaced 1st week screen went out, paid extra $10 to have the 2nd screen replaced. 2nd week screen went out again took the phone to the service provider they looked at it. The guy took all the water indicators out. They also started he used an adhesive (glue) which is making the phone itself over heat !!!!! Causing the screen to turn blank. The only thing we was looking for was a cracked screen replacement, not more problems!!!!

Daniel Sutton: Really rude staff! Was in town needing my cellphone fixed because I was heading out to California on my job and I called this place to inquire on prices to fix my phone. I told him my cellphone needed a new iPhone 8 Plus back glass, new charging port and a battery. I was gonna try to get it all fixed today and when I asked how much it would all be together he just rambled off different prices for each thing instead of giving me the total. I asked him again politely if he could tell me the total price for everything and he said and I quote, “I don’t know, you will just have to just add it all up.” Anyways I just found that very rude because he had a attitude when he said it and just sounded like he really hated his job. Anyways they lost a customer today because I had all intentions of going to them since my iPhone back glass is so hard to find. If your not in a rush I would definitely recommend looking around going somewhere else!

I’ve had the warranty for 2 years and they suddenly wouldn’t honor it saying that I went to t-mobile to get a screen protector last time? Which is false. Be warned, they do not like to honor their warranties and will make up BS to get out of it!!!!

Sincee Farris: I was in there this morning (3/4/23) at 10:25 AM to have my battery replace on my iPhone due to it not holding a charge. Battery was replaced and you returned it to me 5% charged. As soon as I left your store I plugged the phone into my car charger and then at home, it's been plugged in for 3hrs and it is completely dead and will not charge. NO my charging cords are perfectly fine. Here I am on a Saturday night without a working phone and you are not open on Sunday. I can't come in Monday because you will be closed before I can get to your store. So I am left to go to another store to find out what you did to mess it up, luckily there are stores open on a Sunday. When I do get my phone fixed I will bring you the bill. Not sure why or what you did, but I am not happy.Are you going to be open tomorrow (Sunday 3/5/23)? As I stated in my post you will be closed by the time I get off work! I can’t go without my phone for that long. Ask the guy who replaced my battery what he did wrong!Why do you require my phones passcode to change a battery?Update- went to Apple to find out what the problem is. They will put a new battery in and see if it will charge, if not then it’s going to cost me over $500 to repair it. Next update soon 😒Update- it was the Battery (Thank God!!!), unfortunately Apply would not return the battery so I could take it back to PC Cellular Repair for a refund. Hopefully the owner will do the right thing and reimburses me for the faulty battery, we’ll see. I’ve been communicating to them via FB Messenger.Final update - Chris said to bring my receipt in, showed up Saturday and he refunded me the full amount. I appreciate his integrity.
