Austin: I called and asked what they had in stock for pull-behind sprayers designed to work with an ATV. Ryan, who answered the phone, said, “We’re short staffed and it’s really hard to tell because you’re being ambiguous.” I’m not sure what’s difficult to understand about the above question. Ryan is a very pathetic, condescending individual who is emblematic of the cancer in society. If I were his supervisor, I’d fire him immediately. What a scumbag.

Customer service beats HD and so do there prices.Kevin and Mike and a third guy that works at this location really got me invested in making sure my purchases are made at northern tool. HD has gone down hill, Lowe’s has been and always be the yuppy HD. This hits the spot, feels like you got a place only the smart ones know about.

Nancy J. Kerr: Yes I just left Northern tool and equipment, overall I like the store but the employees not so much. They're typically rude and unhelpful And I've been here many times. I was just told by the cashier quote "why would I know where that item is, I'm the cashier! I have no clue about any of these items in this place!" Several items that I was purchasing didn't have tags on them but they were only 10 ft away so he threw himself a little tantrum because he had to walk over and get the price off of the stand. The whole time he was shaking and mumbling to himself! Because he was so discombobulated. I asked him to go through the items with me to make sure that he rang them up properly and found that he had run up one item three times the item was a $15.99 item. He was very put out that I had him do that but had I not I would have gotten home and realized that I paid triple for one of the items! Of course then he had to remove the items and pitched himself a little verbal fit about that.Better employees that's really the secret to having more successful business.

John A.: The store was the same as most other Harbor freight stores, it's an evil candy store for people who like working on things.The really negative of this store, don't stand around insulting previous customers where everyone can hear you. Some old guy was checking out before me and was mistaken on a price so he went back to the shelf himself real fast to check because the clerk wouldn't check when he thought the item was priced wrong on the shelf. He was mistaken and still bought the thing in the end without any fuss. When he walked out the clerk insulted him to another clerk 30 feet away while I was still checking out. The second clerk then insulted the one helping me because he went to the back himself to help look for an item. That behavior is exceptionally rude, I get it sometimes you might have a bad day, and retail can be tough, but seriously that was two separate staff members openly insulting both customers and other staff right in front of other customers.

gilberto linares: Left my chainsaw to get fix, they told me 2/3 months I said okay now going close to 5 months. I called and ask when it'll be done and told them it's been there for a long time. All the said is you can come pick it up if you'd like. What for real? After I've waited so long just to pick it up not fixed.(after review was posted got called back just to let me know it hasn't been 5 months only 4 😳. I did say close to 5 months we're about to go into May soon. Now they told me to pick up my saw in a rude way.
Ralee O'Dell: Shop here if you want an overwhelmingly positive experience. The epitome of a hardware store. You get a welcoming feeling coming in through the doors and you’ll always be greeted by Ken or one of his colleagues. The fact that Ken always takes the time to help you find what you need and even gives you ideas to help is exactly why I continue and always will continue to bring them my business as well as recommend as many people to their business as I can. Dakota Smith: They always have what I needed at reasonable prices and idk if it was the manager or the owner, all I remember about him was his iPhone had twitter notifications like every 5 seconds which was kinda funny lol. He was extremely helpful though. He stands at the front door and helps people as soon as they come in the door. A huge 180 from big box hardware stores where I can never find an employee.

Olivia: This menards has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! The lady straight lied and couldn't be bothered to move away from what she was doing. I suggest shopping else where if you want to be treated like a human being instead of an inconvenience. If I could give zero stars I would! This store brings menards down!

So even if they look up the stock and claim they have plenty of what you need, after you pay and go out back to get it, you'll find out they don't have it. And BEWARE when going back in for a refund because they'll try to refund you for only 1 of the item instead of the 100 you paid for and didn't get.

Janet Moore: I’m super disappointed in the quality of washing machines that Menards is not backing and just putting it off on the manufacturer. Expensive one!!! 2 DIFFERENT repair companies and the brand spanking new washing machine still takes ALL DAY to wash one simple load. It’s unbelievable that Menards/Whirlpool refuse to exchange this for something that works! Customer service has been a nightmare with the 2 companies. The one star is only so I could warn you all to do your research carefully because they will not back their washer.

Christi Hodill: I like shopping here whether I know what I'm after or poking around, I like the prices, and the staff are much more eager to help than the other big box stores. It is cleaner better organized than the other stores as wellI recently did a special order on interior stone and tile and was helped out by the manager. I have also returned a number of items and am impressed with how quickly they process it. Checkouts... again, are done properly and quickly, and call me crazy, almost cheerfully. Hard to imagine, but true. (they seem to have a younger and not so jaded crew)One quirk of the store to just look out for is the guards at the special order and bulk delivery gate entrance are very good at their job. When you exit, it feels like you are getting out on bond from a jail.
