One drawer, that’s it… keep that in mind as you read on. 👍- Got me on the schedule ridiculously fast. As you can see from the pics here and on their website people do large and incredibly intricate and beautiful jobs… in the grand scheme of the business world my job was a minor, low dollar opportunity, but they scheduled it like it was a priority without me asking them to.- Showed up for the appointment early, and with all the parts and tools needed to do the job. May seem like a minor thing on the surface but if you stop and think about it… when was the last time a home repair contractor did that for you?- Diagnosed the problem in about five seconds flat, had the repair taken care of in about ten minutes flat, and when they finished it was PERFECT. Not sufficient… not good… PERFECT!- It gets better - “Mr. S., as part of our service we check all your cabinets free of charge, and we noticed the same problem on one of your other drawers.” (They were right; that one has been acting up too.) “Would you like us to take care of it while we’re here, so we don’t have to charge another mobilization if it breaks and we have to come back?”Eliminate another problem AND save me money doing it? Why yes, yes I would. 👍Again, the repair was done in minutes and perfect upon completion.- IT. GETS. BETTER! - Two person crew. While one was taking care of the additional repair, was the second standing around with his hands in his pockets? Kim V: They were amazing. The owners genuinely care. They worked with us to design the kitchen of our dreams. They were incredibly personable and professional. They made practical suggestions that certainly improved the design and were accommodating during the changes. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding. They came to the house and measured the kitchen (ours is not square as it is an older home). They asked for all of our appliances specs. They made a custom cabinet for the drawer microwave which turned out amazing, allowing us to maximize our storage and not waste any space unnecessarily. Of course they made custom cabinets for the dishwasher, refrigerator and our built in oven according to their measurements. They used premium hardware on the drawers and doors. My previous drawers would not open all the way leaving a lot of space unused. I can't believe how much more I can fit in my drawers now that I can open them the whole way. The hinges on the cabinets are soft close and adjustable. They taught us how to adjust so in the future we can if necessary. I was able to add specialty cabinets. I have a spice rack cabinet next to my stove. A trash can cabinet which holds two cans one for recycling and another for garbage. I have another cabinet next to the sink that holds chemicals and has a towel holder. They were ahead of schedule and the installation was a breeze. They installed our handles for us and ensured we were happy with everything. They use quality wood and the cabinets are beautiful. Aaron Breeze: Our 24" gas oven died no more to be resuscitated by the repair guy. Alas. The relic from the 90's finally gave up the ghost. R.I.P.The good news - we get to upgrade to a modern, 30" oven...with a built-in air fryer. Squeeee! The bad news - the old oven had been built into custom cabinetry and a 24" hole wasn't gonna make a happy home for a shiny, new, modern oven.The box stores (Lowe's, Home Depot) offer cabinetry but their selections didn't match our kitchen at all and the supply problems plaguing the world right now meant it would be 9-12 weeks' delivery time. Ugh. "So we're going to have to have a custom cabinet built, aren't we?" "Yep."I looked at Houzz and found a list of local cabinetry shops. Not many could make a single piece - it was full kitchens/baths or nothing. Double ugh. I kept dialing. Until I called Complete Custom Cabinets.I was thrilled that they not only confirmed they can do a single piece but Kylee dove right into their many capabilities for matching existing cabinetry's wood species, door profiles, stain, trim, etc. Glorious to hear after a string of sorry-I-can't-help-yous. Game. On.She worked up a couple of different designs based on our floor space, oven dimensions and doors/drawers ideas. We wanted it to match the island, which was a newer addition and stained a darker color than the original cabinets, while simultaneously blending in naturally with the style of the older originals. A few pro tips later she helped us settle on exactly what we wanted. They stopped by our house to take formal measurements and got busy building. The thing that took the most time was getting the custom stain made so it matched the finish on the island. Even at that it only took 6 weeks from order to pick up.I've got to say, this was the single most pleasant experience I think I've ever had with a business. The design process was professional and interactive. The options were flexible so we could keep it in budget - choice of materials, they could stain it or we could, delivery or we could pick up, they could install or we could. We had them stain and polyurethane it then we picked it up and installed it. Spot on budget. And oh, yes, it is a beautiful cabinet. Excellent carpentry, quality materials, perfectly fits the space and looks like it was made at the same time as our island - it matches perfectly.I started this undertaking rather irked that I'd have to spend a bunch of money and time to replace a stupid oven. But finding Complete Custom Cabinetry and working with Kylee made it honestly fun and exciting to be getting exactly what we want. No hassles, no problems. We could not be happier with the process and product. Our kitchen is looking sexy, the new oven has a happy home and - bonus - we have more space to store things. Ray Connor: The Oleksy’s and their staff nailed every portion of this custom kitchen remodel from the day they measured and quoted until the day it was perfectly installed. This was a challenging build that I had many people quote. The basement stairs travel along side of the counter and turn and actually walk under the cabinets. Most all of the “custom” cabinet people wanted to leave this void unusable space. Shawn easily measured and engineered a tiered set of tapered drawers that shrink as it goes to the floor for head clearance under steps. This was just one of the many things that they made seem day to day for them but impressive to those who aren’t in this business.I usually try to tackle most remodel projects myself but this one I knew was out of my scope and it was hard for my to write that check and admit, but once I saw the finished product I knew it was WELL WORTH THE MONEY! Denise Steinberg: We contacted Complete Custom Cabinets with quite a cabinet problem we needed to be solved. Our new custom cabinets by another fabricator were poorly designed, constructed and finished. We called on Complete Custom Cabinets to either replace or fix our entire new kitchen. Based upon our consultation we chose to fix our cabinets which entailed remaking most of the drawers and doors, retrofitting the new ones and making it all look like a million bucks. The newly fitted cabinets are indeed everything we could hope for. They enlarged most of the drawer openings, made new drawers and doors and upgraded every soft close slides. We could not be happier. Everything was done meticulously, on time, and installed perfectly. We gave them such a challenging order and they delivered for us. We were also impressed by the team that came to our home, very respectful, polite, clean and helpful. Expensive one!!! 2 DIFFERENT repair companies and the brand spanking new washing machine still takes ALL DAY to wash one simple load. It’s unbelievable that Menards/Whirlpool refuse to exchange this for something that works! Customer service has been a nightmare with the 2 companies. The one star is only so I could warn you all to do your research carefully because they will not back their washer.

It is cleaner better organized than the other stores as wellI recently did a special order on interior stone and tile and was helped out by the manager. I have also returned a number of items and am impressed with how quickly they process it. Checkouts... again, are done properly and quickly, and call me crazy, almost cheerfully. Hard to imagine, but true. (they seem to have a younger and not so jaded crew)One quirk of the store to just look out for is the guards at the special order and bulk delivery gate entrance are very good at their job. When you exit, it feels like you are getting out on bond from a jail.

Both of them went above and beyond, if you want to keep them working for you, I'd be giving them raises. I don't work for your company, I don't know what you can do, but PLEASE do the best you can for those girls. Their kindness and help made a world of difference to me, and I hope you use it as grounds to make a difference for them.

We would stay home to accept the delivery and NO ONE showed up or called. Each time, we made multiple attempts to speak with someone at the store only to be endlessly transferred, put on hold, and quite frequently hung up on. It was almost impossible to get in touch with someone willing to help.

I would get put on hold until the phone stopped ringing. I will never shop at your lowes again and will tell everyone I can to not shop there as well. Your customer is non existent in store and over the phone.
