The best part in my opinion though is the gal who answers the emails, Bree. Customer service is so important and Kc co-op has it down pat with her. She is speedy to reply, and gets it done! She has the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness and even took requests for items they didn’t have and looked into similar products for me. Above and beyond. The woman deserves a raise!! Co-op itself is straight forward and simple and a huge plus for small communities to get specific kosher needs anywhere! They are great about warning (I mean reminding!) you about order deadlines and overall I would totally recommend using them, because I’d totally rather give business to someone who deserves it. And I save while doing it too! Happy shopping.

Maureen Krantz: Since we live in an area where it is a challenge to procure kosher food, it has been a blessing to order from KC Kosher Coop! This year the Coop opened their services to smaller communities and we were able to coordinate a local delivery spot. What a relief! The Coop staff is extremely responsive to issues, communicates clearly and has been a partner to us in setting up our delivery site. The prices are reasonable and they make it simple to split cases by listing split requests on their website. We are very happy customers!
972 T: I purchased a box of chicken wings wrapped in individaul bags before Pesach. One of the bags was open. I contacted them for a partial credit and never got a response. When it comes to customer service issues you get silence on their end. Very displeased right now.

Boo Boo: Don't go to this store. They have super long self checkout lines and need to open more self checkouts. Also, their main aisle is too crowded with bakery tables. It's too exhausting shopping there anymore. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else, but keep going there if you love super long self checkout lanes and a crowded main aisle to even get to the long checkout lines. Some rude employees too. This store isn't worth it. Also higher prices than other stores, even with the cost of goods and inflation. Go buy your grocery list at another store this week and you will see the difference in your grocery bill. Hyvee is called Hy (high) vee for a reason!!

Stephanie Smith: I had a large delivery order misdelivered. Received someone else's large order, they received mine I am assuming. I asked the employee over the phone if they delivered the order that was sitting on my porch for near an hour to the other customer, and she told me Don't worry, they checked through the order and replaced anything that felt warm. I talked to a manager about this, and was completely disregarded. This is unsafe food handling, and is very concerning. Both orders should have been reshopped. I don't trust food that has been in another customers care. And I don't want my groceries sitting out that long.Called corporate, they said they would find out what happened and get back to me with a solution in 24 to 48 hours. It has been almost a week and I have heard nothing. This was a $170 order, and the other customers order was even larger.This entire situation is very disappointing. I will not shop there again.

HOPE MICHELLE: I used to enjoy shopping at this location but it's gone downhill like the other locations around the city. Either they don't have enough product to restock or don't have employees doing the restocking on sale items. They are running a Fri-Sun sale, went shopping at 6:30 this morning and majority of sale items were out of stock! Should just call it a Friday half day sale! The quality of their produce has been declining while their prices are going up. Just not seeing the benefits of shopping here much anymore. And I don't see the point in having several self checkout lanes if only one out of 5 or 6 is available. Either put more than one cashier at the registers or make more than one self checkout available.

She said that would be no problem. Today, I got the picture as promised. I am so happy with not only the arrangement but with the customer service that I received. Drop your prices and watch the average middle class families struggling to get by spend their food dollars at your stores instead of SkyHyVee.I like Mckeever's Price Chopper but I think you need to sharpen the edge of that Chopper before those prices get out of hand.

I didn’t know which soggy bag of lettuce I wanted so he decided to sigh and tap his fingers on the boxes he was stocking, until I moved out of his way. Even though his entire cart was taking up a majority of the space to which I had to move around twice just to see the selections.I decided from the pressure of his tapping to just leave the store. Hire more emotionally stable people. He made it seem like I inconvenienced his space while I just entered the store to grab two items.
