gilberto linares: Left my chainsaw to get fix, they told me 2/3 months I said okay now going close to 5 months. I called and ask when it'll be done and told them it's been there for a long time. All the said is you can come pick it up if you'd like. What for real? After I've waited so long just to pick it up not fixed.(after review was posted got called back just to let me know it hasn't been 5 months only 4 😳. I did say close to 5 months we're about to go into May soon. Now they told me to pick up my saw in a rude way.
Ralee O'Dell: Shop here if you want an overwhelmingly positive experience. The epitome of a hardware store. You get a welcoming feeling coming in through the doors and you’ll always be greeted by Ken or one of his colleagues. The fact that Ken always takes the time to help you find what you need and even gives you ideas to help is exactly why I continue and always will continue to bring them my business as well as recommend as many people to their business as I can. Dakota Smith: They always have what I needed at reasonable prices and idk if it was the manager or the owner, all I remember about him was his iPhone had twitter notifications like every 5 seconds which was kinda funny lol. He was extremely helpful though. He stands at the front door and helps people as soon as they come in the door. A huge 180 from big box hardware stores where I can never find an employee.

Shelley Just Me: Never have problems here. Everyone is cheerful and happy to help in any way possible. If there is anything you need or searching for something you're just not sure where to find, they will help you with it.They have popcorn 🍿 if you have the munchies.They are always well stocked. Clear, clean shelves with great labeling make it easy to find what you are looking for.They seem to have just about everything. If you've never been, you would be surprised at what you may find.Overall, Very Clean store. Fast, Friendly and Courteous Staff. Shelves Clean, Labeled and Stocked. Parking Lot Clean as well.
BigPapa: Very friendly and courteous staff. Met me at the door took me straight to the item I needed. In and out with a smile all the way through. Every time I need an odd but simple item and they are out at other hardware stores, I can count on Sladeks to have what I need in stock and comparable prices. Great Great service. Don’t know why I ever go elsewhere.
ArchDemonTV: Called to ask if a product was in stock and a lady staff member was pretty rude to me over the phone. Won't be going there for my business 🤷♂️

Tracy Shoate: I love the different variety of items that this store ;has, however, I have a problem when I am just browsing and every 5 minutes a staff member is following me and asking me if they can help. Ask me one time and I will let you know if I need help. It makes me uncomfortable and I won't go back. This has happened every time I go to this store.

Spencer Morgan: Questionable integrity in terms of how they treat employees.
Bro's Tow L.L.C: These people are crooks they over charge for fuel their tanks are garbage just like their customer service they have a bunch of people that don’t wanna work there just showing up so u could imagine!!! we’ve taken legal action! And contacting attorney general! Note: when they placed tank on site they put it at an angle so about 200 gallon we couldn’t even use then they wanted to charge use 500 to reset tank!

Tangy Gleets: It's expensive and sorta weird, because most of the people working there will help you. it's nice to have one in your neighborhood.
