Scott Robison: The food is great. The service is great. The atmosphere isn't so wondrous. I mean inside the bar it's pretty standard and no great shakes. The area outside is where you go to smoke or you may instead enjoy the vroom vroom vroom of Hwy. 291 as thousands of cars go by nonstop buteither way its near enough to be a nuisance. If they can't get 291 moved further away then I guess we will have to live with the noise, quit smoking or just stay inside and enjoy the food , drinks, pool tables, gambling machines, and the company of some very nice and interesting fellow customers.

Alex: If I could rate zero stars I would. Bartender charged me for 3 extra drinks and then tried to kick me out because I said I was overcharged. I would not go here unless you enjoy theft. Seriously, the bartender "Anna" will actually rob you, be wary.
Localfocal KC: This has become my favorite Independence bar. The crowd is more youthful than most Independence bars. They have 2 billiards tables ; a jukebox with a wide range of music ; large backyard patio.

Valla High: Don't go here if you're younger or want a beer on draft, wanted something fruity and was suggested a margarita, they didn't even have sugar for the rim and it tasted like gasoline. They literally had white claws and that was never mentioned or suggested, same with their specialty shots. Everyone here was much older and stared the whole time. Very uncomfortable and supposedly and a bar and grill but never even told us what they had for food and there's no menu anywhere in the place.

Paul Cernech: Independence 40 hwy location is one of the original. Maybe the last of the them. The pizza is always great. The decor is quaint and benefits from having not been a densely smoky room for several years now. Chris Sneed: I live nearby this hole in the wall bar, I really wanted to like it, it certainly has some ingredients that are well thought out they have a decent table set up and a stage for live music. They don't have (I couldn't tell anyway) any beers on tap and only serve the macrobrews, this kills it for me.

Pandora Earths: Never went inside just picked up two drunks you were so intoxicated they could barely walk and I then had to call the police on
Joshua “Blurry_Regatta” Farley: Love it there always such a good vibes there and everyone is hella good at pool there it seems like. Oh and when a fight bout to go down the ladies are good about the deescalate the situation
Kyle Owens: They have very rude bartenders and staff places extremely small. They use monster from an open canned for all their mixed drinks and honestly just have a poor atmosphere.
Shane Leibold: Great place to have a drink shoot some pool

Courtney Hunt: Perfect little dive bar. Play a little music, interact with other patrons, and enjoy the many beverage selections made by a very attentive staff. The beer is served in ice cold glasses and the prices are very reasonable. The bartenders make me feel at home every time I walk in!
Matt Trainor: Love this Drs office. No co-pay. A pay as you go kinda place. A feel at home comfortable neighborhood type bar. I highly recommend go on in for a beer and a shot.
