Josue rios: Horrible experience with Terry EldredI purchased some items to close my pool along with 12 blue water tubes to hold my pool cover in place.Before purchasing them I ask Corbin if I could open them to inspect them. He was nice about it but said no do to company policy.Once I get home and begin to fill them with water I realize that half of them are defective (cut to short along the welded seams)Some would not even close but I made them work.One of them had a leak so I drove back to Leslie’s (20 min drive)And I ask Corbin if he would let me keep the defective one so I could repair it since I had been inconvenienced due to not being able to inspect them when I asked.He said that he could not.I asked him to call his manager “Terry Eldred”He calls him and he tells him no that there is nothing they can do but exchange it.So I call Terry back and let him know how much I’ve been inconvenienced and ask him if he could let me keep it or give me an extra because I have a feeling I’m going to be driving back to the store if the other bags leak. I also let him know that I tried to inspect them before Purchasing them but due to their policy I was not able to. His fake customer service voice went away and he began to argue that “you don’t go into stores and ask to open the packages before you buy them do you?”I let him know that my point was that due to their policy I have been inconvenienced and I would like my time and business to be taken into consideration.He said there was nothing he could do but maybe give me 20%off on my next purchase....I spent 8.50 plus tax per bagI asked to keep 1 defective bag so that i could repair it and have a backup Incase the other cheap bags leakedOne defective bag worth less than 8% of my total purchase. Not to mention I’ve been a customer since 2006I work in customer service and would never treat my customers this way.If your sales and reviews have been declining I think I know why.

Kim King: My husband and I was finally ready to get a hot tub but had no idea where to start, first we went to family leisure to learn about what kind there is, cost, and how to care for them but ended up feeling like we was talking to car salesman’s and wasn’t liking the prices. So we decided on our way home to stop by a place my husband kept hearing about “THE HOT TUB MAN” in blue springs, of course I said sure…..I am so glad we stopped by!!!! Andy, that owns the business had so much knowledge better than anyone at family leisure, was so much more down to earth and just a real honest guy and everyone that works for him is the exact same as well. I showed him pictures of the hot tub that we were wanting, which he didn’t have any in stock and that was totally fine. We found one on social media that he was even willing to go pick up for us in Oklahoma, until all the sudden he gets an email and it’s the hot tub we were wanting, pretty much in brand new condition that someone was selling very nearby, he called me immediately that next morning. He thought to himself how crazy this was with the timing and he got it to us later that day. His electrician Nate from Ditty’s LLC that he uses, then came out 3 days later and got it all hooked up for us.Again, totally professional, down to earth, and just such a pleasure to be around. We went from just looking and learning about hot tub’s to now owning our dream one. Thankyou so much for everything Andy and Nate, you guys made it happen for us!!!This company is the only one we will be doing business with. Totally professional, knowledgeable and so down to earth which is hard to find nowadays!!!
Teresa Barclay: First off Andy is great to work with and what a great personality. Andy was able to help fix my hot tub and in the process discovered how heavy my lid was. I was far past due for a new lid and he was so gracious to give me a used lid he had stored away. That in itself is huge and saved me some money for a while. I’m just grateful for everything. I took a chance based on the reviews as I knew nothing about the company. Going forward he is the guy!!! Super happy!!

While he was there, he gave me an idea of how much it would cost to order the part and how long it might take to arrive, then verified the info when he got back to his store.However, he had the part I needed on hand (at his store) and was able to fix my hot tub that day due to an unexpected opening. He emptied out my hot tub, refilled it, and even went the extra mile and leveled out my hot tub - the concrete slab I had poured years ago cracked and started sinking. The water was several inches higher on one side as a result.He also had a fellow with him learning - he was great too.

All free of charge because he respected his warranty which came free with the purchase. An absolute wonderful experience with a wonderful family owned blue springs company.

Holli Naylor: Our family will always be loyal customers! We have used Peppers for all our pool and hot tub needs since they opened. After taking good care of us last year and getting a new liner installed on our pool, it popped a seam just before closing for the winter. Peppers promptly responded by getting us on the list for spring installation and came out and staked our pool for the winter.This spring, they quickly got us taken care of once again with another new liner. Johnny took the time to talk to us about the extra landscaping work we need to do and He, Alex and the rest of the team worked hard to get us taken care of in a timely manner.This company will take good care of you.

Terry Emerson: We love to give our patronage to local businesses. Peppers being on North Oak is very convenient and has been a Northland staple for years. When buying a spa or any large purchase you can expect a few issues to arise until everything’s stable. So far our experience has been no different. Although we’ve had a frustrating experience with our touch screen control panel Peppers has reached out to the Spa Vendor and is working on another replacement control panel. They even gave us free items for our trouble. Remains to be seen how this all plays out with the control panel, but it’s great to know they are working to make an unfortunate situation right. Thank you Peppers for standing behind your products and service, that’s the kind of place that deserves everyone’s business.

Person: They did a good job. My only issue was he said they would have to charge me to put on the springs. I timed them it took 10 seconds to put the spring on a strap. There was 41 straps. They charged me $85.00 extra for that. So it took around 7 minutes to put on all of the springs all of the straps. Plus they didn’t hook one of the strap to the stud in the concrete.
Jim Perryman: I’ve owned a 16,000 marquis spa for a little over 5 years. It’s leaking. Micro silk control doesn’t work. Main control panel doesn’t work. Another side control doesn’t work. All marquis says is sorry out of warranty

I had done research and knew what they cost and that we could afford it.We stopped in here for information and the guy at the counter was not interested in helping us but there was no one else in the store. He gestured to the wall and said there were the brochures. Didn’t even come from behind the counter to talk, he pointed to the floor told us the 2 brands they carry and then walked off until we left. The girl at the register said she only knew how to run the register.It was an incredibly uncomfortable and awkward experience. Hopefully it was just an off day and something else was happening? I can’t help but think it was because we didn’t present ourselves like we had money. I hope that wasn’t the reason.

We used 22 pounds and store would not refund for unused sand (2bags unused and unopened). Said it's not his fault( manager) and that basically I'm stuck with 2 bags of sand. 16 bucks a bag but still. Not right. I will go to peppers or any other pool store after this. At least they realize their mistakes and make it right. Just wat h what you buy here. You get a less than 1 star.
