Vincent Zaleski: Chromo lights no longer work, had replace the battery pack after only two years, and customers service follow up has been frustrating to say the least.
Hector Adames: I love my sauna for the most part, but I do have my concerns. When you pay for a 2 person infrared sauna you hope the manufacturer doesn’t go on the cheap and unfortunately that’s what they did with the sound system. It’s basically a 90s face out stereo with the 80s quality antenna. Other than Bluetooth technology it’s basically the same type of stereo I had in my 1990 Cutlass. With that being said I still enjoy having a sauna in my house and in the future I probably would suggest doing a little bit more research and compare it with similarly priced models. I did call customer service which really took longer than it should and now I’m waiting for a response back to help me figure out what can be done about not being able to use the Bluetooth because the radio signal in my basement is pretty bad especially with this cheap antenna. I don’t regret this purchase at all, but I wouldn’t say I am completely satisfied with my sauna nor with the customer service. I absolutely love my sauna time, but I am basically just sitting in total silence unless I’m wearing headphones. As far as the rating goes, I dropped it by one star because at $5000 you will find better Saunas for around the same price and I dropped it another star because the customer service left a lot to be desired and the stereo receiver, that comes with the sauna is garbage.
Fred Daniels: This is my second Sunlighten Sauna, kept my first one for years and loved everyday with it. I moved and passed it on to the buyer, could not wait to get it replaced. Spending time in my sunlighten is the highlight of my day!
Hugh Bartlett: I've been using my Amplify sauna for a month now and getting temp up to 130 F 4-5 days/week. Tolerating this well (with a cushion to sit on). Not yet convinced about efficacy of the colored light therapy but we'll see. Well pleased so far.

Ryan Woodruff: The sauna itself is good as was everything on the front end in terms of a salesperson answering questions all the way through delivery. After that things went downhill. Not all of our accessories were shipped and we weren't notified they were backordered, they just didn't show up. Lots of issues with the tablet in the sauna not working correctly, apps that were installed from the factory (Hulu and Netflix) didn't work and the Sunlighten app for Android and iPhone is completely worthless, it literally does nothing. We were then told the "new" app was 30 days out by sales, later Customer Service said it's more like 90 days out. Customer service is terribly hard to get a hold of but they were somewhat helpful when they eventually called you back. Overall it felt like we were promised something that the company couldn't deliver in terms of technology for their product and sales sort of dumps the problem on the customer service people who eventually give you the truth. Maybe in 6 months they'll have it all figured out and we'll be thrilled but right now it's pretty frustrating.
Csmusix: We ordered ours more than a month ago. It's still not put together because it is a pain and heavy. You need help. I felt deceived by the sales lady on ease of assembly. Buy local. ... It is assembled now and working. I think you need a strong handyman if you are not a diy person. If your old, get help.
Mike Pittore: I have a 2 year old sunlighten product and the heaters just stopped working for no reason. Had an electrician come look at it and found out the transformer in the top was totally mis wired. This is clearly a low quality company making low quality products. I asked sunlighten about it and in addition to taking forever to respond and figure out how to replace the parts, they are charging me full price of $500 plus shipping for the replacements. I would not buy from them again, find another manufacturer that actually takes quality seriously.

He was so adamant about trying to tell me how bad the competition's saunas are and why theirs are the best, yet most expensive. That is how you are going to convince me to proceed with you? No Thanks. p.s. Your competition was very professional and gave me the information I requested, was kind and will get my business.

Melissa Hawtof: For years I wanted an infrared sauna and had heard that Sunlighten saunas were one of the best. When I received some unexpected money I decided to pull the trigger. My salesperson, David, was very informative and friendly. I think it’s important to mention that Sunlighten’s pricing is not transparent which to me is never a positive… Your salesperson will work to get you the “best deal” while also trying to up sell you on extras like acoustic resonance therapy, seat backs, bamboo towels/wraps/pillows, cleaning supplies and sweat cream. I went all in! I am finding that I don’t use much of the extras.The first unit I order was lost in shipping so it took about 2 months to receive another unit. I learned later through technical support that I received an older model which now bums me out because I the amount I paid…over 6K for the mPulse.Since receiving my mPulse there have been many issues. The power box was replaced, the tablet was replaced, and a heater was replaced. Mostly this was a fairly easy process to get help with but now I have another heater out and apparently these are on back order with no expected date for delivery. It’s been months. Very frustrating! I’m not using my sauna much now because it doesn’t reach the desired temperature and I have to warm it up for over an hour, usually 2 hours which seems to be a waste of energy.The tablet comes loaded with Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, HBO, Amazon Video and Hulu. I can only reliably watch Netflix and HBO.As I write this I am feeling regret for purchasing this unit.

I didn’t just want to buy a sauna on Amazon and be left to figure things out on my own. The most important factor to me was finding an infrared sauna company that had actual people I could talk to if I had questions. THIS is the reason I went with Sunlighten. From the beginning of the purchase process, the quality of communication and customer service from Sunlighten was amazing. Kate was my representative and working with her is how I knew this was the right move to make. Kate was patient and responsive. She answered all of my thousands of questions before, during, and even AFTER I made the purchase. I love that the consistency of the communication did not change or stop once we purchased! Aside from the pleasant purchase process and excellent customer service, the sauna itself is incredible. It’s very well made and it’s BEAUTIFUL. We have the amplify 2 and we love the chromotherapy lighting and built in speakers that came with this sauna. The sauna was relatively easy to assemble but I do recommend watching a few YouTube videos before you start assembling. The written paper instructions that come with the Sauna were okay but the videos were more helpful and easier to understand. Also, the assembly is a two person job.I highly recommend going with Sunlighten for your Sauna! I am so happy with this purchase!

Based on that experience alone I would not buy a sauna from Sunlighten. The representative that called me "Tom" was also rude when I said what you guys do is harassment. I paid $2,726 for the unit and was told (see email below from Sunlighten) I would only received a refund of $1448 because half of the items that come with the unit are deemed as an "accessory" which are not returnable. Not a very honest or good way to run a business."You cover the remaining shipping cost for the sauna to arrive ($149) and also the return shipping cast as well ($249).Accessories are non-returnable even if not opened so The Solo System Pad ($650) is deemed as an accessory, The Solo System Package accessories ($149) We cannot except those.Last is a 3% restocking fee of ($81)Total Charge for Return is $1278Your Refund would be $1448"

Person: They did a good job. My only issue was he said they would have to charge me to put on the springs. I timed them it took 10 seconds to put the spring on a strap. There was 41 straps. They charged me $85.00 extra for that. So it took around 7 minutes to put on all of the springs all of the straps. Plus they didn’t hook one of the strap to the stud in the concrete.
Jim Perryman: I’ve owned a 16,000 marquis spa for a little over 5 years. It’s leaking. Micro silk control doesn’t work. Main control panel doesn’t work. Another side control doesn’t work. All marquis says is sorry out of warranty

I had done research and knew what they cost and that we could afford it.We stopped in here for information and the guy at the counter was not interested in helping us but there was no one else in the store. He gestured to the wall and said there were the brochures. Didn’t even come from behind the counter to talk, he pointed to the floor told us the 2 brands they carry and then walked off until we left. The girl at the register said she only knew how to run the register.It was an incredibly uncomfortable and awkward experience. Hopefully it was just an off day and something else was happening? I can’t help but think it was because we didn’t present ourselves like we had money. I hope that wasn’t the reason.

We used 22 pounds and store would not refund for unused sand (2bags unused and unopened). Said it's not his fault( manager) and that basically I'm stuck with 2 bags of sand. 16 bucks a bag but still. Not right. I will go to peppers or any other pool store after this. At least they realize their mistakes and make it right. Just wat h what you buy here. You get a less than 1 star. ( not my fault) .customservice should be #1
