lapiz Gamba: Honestly I wasn't aware of this company at all and no one ever recommended me to it but as I looked around for a fair/ cheaper price with good customer care across this on the web and I called them immediately and they picked up my call and they have been transporting my dear grandparents to and back from appointments. They are nice, professional and very courteous when it comes to their clients I will highly recommend anyone to A1. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

BBear: The website directed me to a third party website to reserve a ride, but I didn’t receive a confirmation as the appointment date approached. I called the number on the website and got a voice mail. Again, no response. I ended up calling another company which has a human operator and booked a ride to the appointment.There are many 5-star reviews, last one was 6 months ago. It’s not my experience now. Is this company still in business?

The other CDL Driveaway I run for now on 2 runs so far card has $1450. What a joke. I let my "dispatcher" know this so she can know that I KNOW they are rip offs . They appro ee my settlement but have not deposited my lil $260 . I won't even call them since it's been 2 days and they are EXPECTING me to. I won't.....my peace is more expensive. You know a company is milking you when they call you everyday to"help you book a load" My other companies never call drivers, they just post loads and we drivers rush to call bcs the rates are worth it. It was a learning experience though. At least I learned to STAY AWAY.

Doug Bergman: Just walked out of this place. They have no respect for seniority and promote people without even conducting internal interview. Needs to be unionized so bad. Owners are extremely unethical and shady and I had had it. Stay away both as a customer and an employee. Place needs to be boarded up and the owners sent to the unemployment offices.

Virginia Lucus: I am posting this review for our company. We had to reach out to them for any and every update. Also they provided estimated dates, which was fine. How ever when I reached after not receiving the last truck, she said that the driver had broken down on another delivery and she was working on getting ours scheduled again. During this time, the truck was moved to a different lot (over a month waiting for pickup). They offered a refund of $291 since there had been issues with time.Then they said that since the driver was down overnight they charged us $150 for "no start" and $103.30 for motel, leaving our refund $37.70. When we reached out asking about it, they refused to answer emails or voicemails left. It was not our fault that it took them so long to pick up the truck, the auction moved the truck due to the length of time in the pickup lot. Will not use this company again.

I met a fellow driver that was contemplating paying one the the dispatchers a visit because of the nasty attitude.Plenty of other companies to do business with.Do yourself a favor and AVOID the negative energy and hassle.
