Chris Daily: Called the number I have for Apple bus a few weeks ago come to find out they no longer have that phone number they are now part of our student and they supposedly no longer have the independence lot only called because I had a problem with a bus didn't know they had merged with first student

cracker_jacq_kc85: This is the worst bus company I’ve ever had to deal with, the buses are never on time, the staff is rude (that’s if you can ever even get ahold of anyone), & the app they use doesn’t even track the buses. I would not recommend this bus company to anyone or any school or any business. Just an absolute nightmare to deal with.If you love waiting around for something that may or may not show and you love not being told that someone’s running late then this is the bus company for you!If you like to be informed of where your ride is and like a company you can speak with when you call them, I would not recommend this company at all!

They are never on time don’t answer the phone, done clear the voicemail, offered stopfinder and the bus is never on the map.. I really hope CrossRoads firing them and find a new company!!!!!

Nichole Heavenly: this co left my kids on the bus stop for over 45 mins in 32 degree weather and had an attitude with me for wanting to speak to a supervisor. Diane at the front desk didnt have the time to pick up my kids or get me to a manager but she did find time to call the school and tell them they wont be going to pick up my kids from out of the cold. for this company to be contracted to work the children is a disgrace
linda ramirez: The driver of bus number 26 was speeding down 23rd street, which is there is road construction going on. He didn’t have enough space to get in front of me. He actually cut me off. I wouldn’t want my children I on a bus where the driver doesn’t pay attention and is that careless. He should be fired today. He was just rushing to turn his bus in. Lives matter!
Mark Lyon: It's a busy place and can be fun to work. I went in part time only and that's the way I like it. Have always been treated fairly by management and look forward to positive working environment in the future. The pay is great and is always on time. Fun staff.

Darin Pickelheimer: My wife and I worked for this company for about seven months. The owners of the company truly treated us like family. We could call them any time no matter what and they would help make things happen. They are a committed team to their industry. Very professional company that pushed us to give the highest service to customers while doing everything to keep up their employees morale (they are BIG on morale). My wife and I did not want to leave this company, but we wanted to go to college and start a new chapter in our lives. If trucking is your career, I highly recommend this company. I drove a truck for 2 years before landing this job, this was the best company.
