John Kilkenny: We were treated with the highest sense of urgency and compassion not only during the time of my step father's passing, but afterwards as well. They took their time and helped step my mom through the entire process to ensure no stress was being added to her at a time of grieving. Very professional and compassionate employees.

M Shavon Travis: March 2, 2023 changed my life forever. I lost my precious 6 year old grandson to an asthma attacked.We chose Speaks to handle his arrangements and memorial service. During the most difficult time of our lives, they relieved a lot of the stress off of our family. Jamie was very compaasionate and caring, as well as the rest of the staff.The day of his memorial, they were more than willing to do whatever we needed or ask to make sure the service was as perfect as possible....and it was beautiful. I can't thank them enough for helping our family and friends celebrate his life in a way that I know he would have loved.

The shock of losing Emy was devastating and thru the hospital staff we were directed to Speaks. Due to the nature of the loss they were able to provide through donation all preparations required to include donating the casket. They also assisted in getting our Angel moved to the other side of the state where she was placed to rest with her grandmother. Speaks truly eased the burden during a very emotional and tragic event. Thank you to the entire staff of Speaks for your kind and endearing support.

Sharon Fusco: My family’s experience with Nicole at the Noland Chapel was a nightmare. At the service she did not introduce herself. She was unprofessional and disrespectful to me and my family. I could not believe such behavior from a funeral director. She ruined my mother’s service. Rating 1 star is much too generous.
Mike Thompson: Never explained charges. No service. And just cremation $2200 . .UPDATE : THEY JUST INFORMED ME THAT BECAUSE OF THIS NEGATIVE REVIEW THEY WONT BE HOLDING A SERVICE FOR. MY MOM AND TO COME PICK UP HER REMAINS AND. THEY WILL CALL IT EVEN ON THE 400.00 BALANCE I WAS MAKING PAYMENTS ON !!! SO $1900 DALLORS LATER AND MY MOM NO LONGER GETS A FUNERAL. THIS PLACE IS SO WRONG IN every aspect . Also was charged 175.00 for a card board box for her ashes when I in fact took my own urn/ and mini urns in to be placed in . I'm calling fox 4 and. Getting this story aired. . . They robbed me of my $ and idk how to give mom a funeral now . Rude , not compassionate , over thumbs 👎
Bree Sanders: Jason Gentzell was extremely helpful and attentive to my family’s needs. He made my grandmother feel very at ease and very comforted after she had just lost her husband of 71 years. Highly recommend using Jason or any of his lovely staff for your needs.

Jerry Roth: Very friendly and answered all questions and advised me as to what I needed to do. They prepared the death certificate for filing with the state and send me a copy to review for correct information. I found an error in the birth date and returned the corrected copy the same day. They had already sent the incorrect copy to the state and had to file a corrected copy. This delayed me in getting copies of the death certificate. It has been 22 days and I still do not have a certified certificate. Unacceptable.

Mark Boothe: The funeral directors at Newcomers Noland Road Chapel have been great. Don made us feel comfortable, from our very first meeting all the way through to completion. And, his partner, Nicole, in addition to being very friendly, was super organized and efficient. She was always on top of paperwork, pictures, and videos. With the exception of a miscommunication, regarding memory cards at the visitation, the entire process went off without any problems. I would definitely recommend Newcomers for anyone's funeral needs.

B C: Today I was behind one of your trucks. I thought that maybe it was broken because the driver was going very slow. Like 25mph in a 55mph zone. Traffic was piling up behind us. Then out of nowhere he speeds up like he wasn't paying attention. He then started flying through corners so quickly that I thought he was going off the road at one point! The most annoying part was how slow he was going for so long. It was 1 star slow. I wasn't even in a hurry but it was THAT annoying. I'm all for going 5-10moh under the speed limit in a big truck but 25mph on a state highway is just dangerous! I'll be buying a casket elsewhere. If your driver keeps driving like that he may be a customer of yours very soon!

ANDRE YOUNG: We used the Passantino's for a re-interment of our baby sister. They treated her as if she was their baby sister. Everything was done with such professionalism and care. This was done more than 2 years ago; but there treatment of her remains and the interment was memorable.
Darren Tharp: I have done HUNDREDS of funerals as a Pastor but never have I seen a place like this.It was dirty...the water fountain didn't work. The bathroom was filthy.They was no organization for the service. The"director" was non existent. It was a terrible place to have a funeral and I will steer people from this place. Tragic.

Tina Omenski: Niecole was the one who helped with our moms service. I would recommend that you talk to Niecole she is very friendly and a people person. She was a joy to talk to.
Michael Gatewood: there's much to be said.the employees here don't communicate internally. it would be a much more pleasant experience if the living customers could speak to anyone there. and get a prompt and knowledgeable response.I'm the financially responsible party. when I asked how much do I owe you? I don't know let me write your debit card number down.when can I pick up my father's ashes?. oh I don't know somebody else does and they're not here.I realize that you probably have a lot of customers but if it's so overwhelming that everything has to be compartmentalised maybe you should rethink company policy.I don't think it is unreasonable that I should be able to ask everyone there a question get a response from them.

huscher: It was the best experience in such a difficult time. The staff did a A++ job in every aspect of the service for our mother. They were there in the planning and the day of service someone was right there if we needed anything. They were always accommodating and compassionate. We used a Pastor from their staff and he did an outstanding job, we told him about our mother and his message was spot on almost like he had known her. We followed up with a luncheon that again was a wonderful meal and we had an excellent catering team. Guest commented that it was one of the most beautiful service they had been to. I'm sure my mother was very pleased with everything.
