Jason Pike: Installed our fence back at the end of December in 2021, I was going to wait a year before leaving a review, see how the fence was after a year and such. Well, the fence is “okay”, but, it’s been nearly a year since they installed it and I’m STILL finding nails in my gravel driveway. I’ve emailed multiple times in the past month, but no reply from anyone. They got their money so I guess they don’t care about leaving nails in customers driveway. Be sure to get them to agree to replace tires and or pay for tire repairs because they WILL leave your driveway full of nails and they WILL NOT CARE about that!Service:Privacy fence installation

Jeff Koontz: I reached out to several fence companies online to bid my project of removing several old wood fences (shared by me and 3 other neighbors) and installing new 4ft wood fences. Brad Smith from Guier Fence won my business by being prompt, communicative and knowledgeable. From the first conversation, he showed me he understood the scope of our project and the need to coordinate with 4 total customers for replacement of shared fence lines, as well as additional gate replacements for 1 customer. Brad was able to clearly split out the costs for each neighbor and clearly communicate how the replacement process would play out. Brad was always available when we had questions, came out to our project site to measure and confirm exact details for each neighbor and collected a much smaller deposit than other fence companies that had quoted us. When it came time for work to begin, Brad's team was onsite on time and worked to remove the old fences and posts in 1 day. We had rain the next day, which delayed the crew, but they were back the next day to start installing new posts. By day end, they had all new posts up and one run of shared fence already completed. The following day, the crew size increased by 2 or 3 installers and they were able to complete all the new fencing, cleaned up any materials left, and fixing a couple existing gate issues (at no charge) to make sure the project was up to their spec. They even came back the following day to repack in some leftover dirt around the new posts and remove any excess piles from the yards. The crew lead was excellent and walked through the properties with all 4 neighbors to make sure we were happy and to answer any questions. Brad followed up with us to go over final billing options and to confirm we were satisfied with the end result. Our experience with Guier Fence, and especially Brad, was excellent and I highly recommend them for any fencing needs you may have. Michael Linhart: They can build a great $$$ fence for you but will not support it for repairs years after the sale so you are left on your own to find a fence repair guy. I prefer companies that stand behind their product and support it years after purchase - that is not this company! They basically told me they only do large sections and wouldn't work on a fence repair (even if they installed it the first time) unless it cost at least 5K or 10K. Read the other reviews and you will see similar comments. Also went to get parts for repairing my guier fence and Google maps said it was open on Saturday but they were clearly closed so they don't keep Google maps info updated for their business either.
