Sara Jeffress: We scheduled a time for them to come out and give us a quote for a fence modification on a house we were closing on. They did not show up. We called them and they said they could come out the next day, so we agreed to that. They did not show AGAIN the next day. We called and he said “I didn’t give him the address” which I did give to him on the phone which he responded that I was supposed to text it to him, which he did not say. He also tried to give us the excuse that the weather was bad. No phone call to ask our address or reschedule a time to a different day with better weather. Complete waste of time and completely unprofessional.

Santana Silvers: I called place after place today trying to get a repair man to come out to my job to fix our fence after the company that installed it (after much run around) told us they no longer do fence repairs. Not even for one they installed. After 4 different companies told me that they couldn't come for 6 weeks or more, these folks, a small local owned business promised to be out within an hour and a half. Not only did they come on time, but they were able to fix our fence today so we can continue to secure our customers vehicles every night. Keri Wheeler: Doug installed an aluminum fence for me 4 years ago. I have had trouble because the post weren’t put in solid concrete, it was raining when he poured the the concrete. He said it would be fine. With ALL his years of experience I shouldn’t have to cut the bottom of the gates off every year. Now the latch is broke on both gates. And he claims he doesn’t use the brand that he installed and wants $150 for each latch. I paid a lot of money and never expected to have all these problems!!!

Eve Westcoat: I had 4 fence post snap at the concrete base and I have a small dog and 4 dog neighbors, was very concerned with their safety. Called Doug and he came out the next evening to give me estimate they were not the cheapest but I liked that they were father/son company. They came out the next week and replaced the concrete and post and did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend them.
Andrew Hamilton: I called for an estimate, he came when I wasn't there. I had to call him 2 days later to get the estimate which he wouldn't give because he was unsure of where the property line was (even though I told him exactly how many linear feet it was from a previous estimate), none the less he said he would come the next evening to meet me so I could show him where the property line was. He NO CALL, NO SHOWED. I still haven't heard back. These guys are making every other fence company in town look real good all the sudden!
M: I called Tuesday for a bid and Eric was out Wednesday he was so nice and explained any questions I had. His crew was at my house on Friday morning ready to get my fence up. They worked hard and finished the job fast. If you want great quality and hard working men these are your guys. Eric is very good at what he does I would highly recommend his company.
Anne Olerich: We had Fencemasters out after getting another bid. The first bid was for a combination of ornamental black fence and black chain link, thinking we could save a little on cost. Doug explained that the chain link would cost almost as much as doing the entire yard with the ornamental steel fence. He proceeded to match the first bid using all ornamental fence because "We want your business" (How refreshing!) He gave us a timeline, arrived promptly, and completed the job in two days. We highly recommend Fencemasters if you want quality work at a fair price done in a timely manner. And who doesn't want that!
Brian Stanke: This is long overdue, unlike the speed that FenceMasters handled my problem. With short notice due to large wedding on my rural property, I called and explained I needed a pool secured due to unsupervised guests. With my unreasonable timeline I expected an upcharge but the price was very reasonable. They were there fast, clean, and installed a beautiful product that actually improved my home/landscapings appearance. I have referred them many times. Thankyou so much.

John Donnelly: Let me begin by saying the only good thing about this fencing company is that they were on time and finished in the two days they quoted me. Pricing was fair, and the fence is good but I did have to fix up one gate because they didn't attached the latch properly and it would just swing open by just touching it. Simple fix but one that should have been done properly to begin with.The reason I gave it 2 stars was because this company takes zero responsibility for damages. I understand they are not responsible for sprinkler system damages, but they won't even tell you they cut into one. They instead cut into 2 water lines and 5 power wires for the zones, then just filled the hole with concrete. I now have concrete in my lines because they decided to do this. All they had to do is tell me they cut into an unknown line and this wouldn't have been a big issue. The way I figured out they did it was because they literally left the cut hoses and wires off to the side. When I called them up to complain about this, all I got was it was my responsibility to mark where my lines are but they will figure out what happened and let me know. Never got a call back or anything. No accountability on their part.Like I said, I get the not responsible for broken lines part, but not telling the customer you did break a line is unprofessional. If you don't have a sprinkler system, I'm sure they would be fine, but if you do have one, I would avoid this fencing company.
Anthony Gamble: The two man crew well together and kept us informed on their progress. They completed all the digging and installation of the fence in a single day except for mounting the gates. It was necessary to let the concrete to setup overnight prior to installing the gates. I would recommend Slagle and am pleased with their work.
