J. A.: My family has been going here since I was a kid, which is a longer time than I care to admit. The zip burgers have always been and still are my favorite. The onion rings are fantastic. The wife loves the Buffalo dogs and deep fried burritos. I try to take my friends here whenever they are in town. Once you've had Mugs-up, a Maid-right loose meat doesn't come close. A great local place with quick service and friendly carhops. Give it a try.

Gaming Faith: This place is the worst offender when it comes to locked libby doors. I NEVER had the ability to lock doors for being short staffed but these new workers got pampered from the pandemic. Be better.

marcus green: I am done with this location. A couple weeks ago, I left the drive, thinking they had given me back my debit card. Not only did they NOT, but it was used to pay for the order behind me in line. The money was, however, returned a few days later.Fast forward to today. Used the app to place an order at the same location. When I went inside to pick up my order, the floor was disgusting. It was like they mopped it with supper glue it was so sticky. Although they were not busy at all, they were out of what I ordered, and somehow couldn't be issued a refund in store. I would have to call the regional office. In lieu of that, I was allowed to replace the item with another. The replacement sandwich was cold shriveled. This location is giving Arby's a bad name.

Audrey Storms: I just witnessed the Manager Rita Edmondson. Refuse service and threaten police action to a gentleman because he spoke English as a second language. She didn’t want to listen to him, so she ignored him and walked to the back of the kitchen instead. Without acknowledging that she didn’t fill his order due to a system error. This person she was rude to happened to be the local business owner for the BP on 24hwy. She obviously needs more training in customer service because her handling of a customer as if he was difficult, because she lacks social skills was an unpleasant experience to witness. Also, please stop addressing these complaints with auto generator. Because this situation isn’t going anywhere and we will be monitoring it. As I see this store has quite a few of similar complaints.
