Gaming Faith: This place is the worst offender when it comes to locked libby doors. I NEVER had the ability to lock doors for being short staffed but these new workers got pampered from the pandemic. Be better.

janie Bergner: I will never go there again. I was threatened by the guy at window cause I said my order was wrong it was wrong he charged me too much. Then what he charged me extra for wasn't in the bag. The manager on duty was a lady and she was super rude and refuse to fix the problem. They only take one order through drive thru at a time. It is slowest and rudest drive thru I have even been thru I will never go there again.

Phillip Talbot: So this place used to have pretty friendly and fast service, especially for breakfast. However, over the past several years it has been steadily declining. Today I went through the drive-through to get my family some breakfast (two sides of biscuits & gravy, a number 1, a number 9, and an extra order of large seasoned potatoes). From the moment I pulled up to the ordering station till I left I was treated as an inconvenience. They also messed up on my order. When I checked my bags before leaving the parking lot I noticed the sandwich for the number 1 was missing. Since the drive-thru was empty I reversed to the window to explain my situation but no one was in sight. So I reversed to the ordering station. When I informed them of my missing item, I was told "look in the bag, it is in there." When I politely explained that it was not, I was promptly told to "pull forward". Sure enough, they had not given me my entire order. They had left the bag with my sandwich sitting on the counter. The lady handed it to me and without a word literally slammed the window shut in my face. There was no apology for not delivering my order correctly or for being wrong about me having my full order.When I got home I realized they also didn't give me my order of seasoned potatoes for one of the two meals. Also, the sandwich for the number one was missing the honey and bacon. However, due to the poor quality of service, I decided not to return and instead write this review.I hope the management of this place figures out a way to turn it around, but given the current trajectory, it could be difficult.

We ordered a biggie bag with the Jr bacon double, 2 bacon double stacks, and chili with cheese and onion. Total bill was $15.91We received a jr bacon single as the biggie bag sandwich, 1 bacon double stack and a regular double stack. The chili didn't have cheese or onions and didn't come with spoon, crackers, or the chili sauce we asked for.We asked for 2 frostychinos but was told there was no coffee. We then asked for strawberry frostys and told they were out of frostys. That's not the worse part...we watched the order taker throw her arms up in the air and walk away from the window only to come back to tell us that they were out of frostys. But there's more. When we got to the window we were told our bill was $15.91! I gave her my card and she ran it. Then she told us we owe $1 something and asked to run my card again. I looked up my bank and the $15.91 was taken so I told her and showed her that the funds were already paid. She said register was acting up and then made a big deal saying, "it's just a $1."This was the worse experience I have ever had at this Wendy's! I also have never been told I owe more money after a transaction has gone through. What's up with that!Anyway, this is my review of this store for May 5th, 2023 after 10 pm.P.S. Quinn: Staff was unproffessional. My party had just left World's of Fun and we decided to swing by and grab a bite. We all placed mobile orders and waited inside for our food. The manager was seemingly planning to close early, perhaps due to weather, and she was telling employees not to drop any more fries. My friend mentioned (very politely) if we had to call corporate to get our money back since we couldn't cancel and their systems were down. Then, she turned to ME and said, "Let me talk to you." When my friend tried to politely ask a question, she PUT HER HAND UP IN MY FRIEND'S FACE. The audacity, the disrespect. Literally unbelievable. Never would I have expected this treatment from a manager, especially considering I AM A RETAIL MANAGER. Big yikes. You won't even get your food here, don't waste your time.
