sharon smith: Thank goodness i heard about this produce stand, May and June, I couldn't find a produce stand, seems everything was later than normal this year. I drove up there, nice people and good produce. Not the stuff people buy from somewhere else and try to say, "they grew it". These people grow their own. Everything I've got from them has been great, esp the Cantaloupe, yum!! I will keep going back.

Tangy Gleets: I like this place. They are super friendly and usually pretty on top of the game. The disposable vapes.....nope. But I won't fault them for that. Their drive thru isn't particularly good as well. Cash never comes back right, but I would probably tip it anyway. Order online and go inside, you will be golden and they will be kind.

There has been some things going on and when they found out because I really needed some weed everyone of them were so helpful and compassionate feeling so much love and help from people who only no you from purchases. They insist on zero chemicals used, sustainable practices and environmentally conscious methods. They offer a summer CSA share and one for the winter as well. For the last two and a half years, I have enjoyed a wide variety of tasty produce from their farm. It's affordable, delicious and they partner with other local farmers to round out your plate and build community.
Mary Anderson: The farm family are great. We love the veggies we get as part of their CSA. They are very organized with orders & the email that goes out each week; we appreciate the choice of substitution in some cases. Being able to add on bread from Farm to Table is a great bonus.

Janet Schaaf: We started going to the farmers market because we wanted to know where our food came from and we wanted it to be fresh. We kept going to the market because we got to know certain farmers, especially Sheri Redfearn, and enjoyed the conversations we had. We found common ground in our son’s and their alma mater, learned what inspired them to feed their family fresh vegetables, and saw their enthusiasm for bringing that same level of motivation to the community around them. In Dave and Sheri, we saw like-minded people with a passion for nature and a deep love for family.
Courtcase1: When joining Redfearn Farm CSA, I had no idea how much of a catalyst for change in our lives it would be. After being members for a few years now, we have really made a transformational change in our family. We had been members of a CSA in another state, and while we enjoyed it, we often did not receive the variety we wanted in our vegetables. The variety at Redfearn keeps us constantly trying new recipes and even introduces us to new vegetables that we've never tried before. The fresh produce is so yummy that you don't crave processed food. Adding the Facebook group page has been great because I get new ideas from other members, and it serves as inspiration when I am struggling with meal planning. Our children love seeing where their food is grown. Whether or not we've ever said it, joining helped us feel more a part of a community and it's been fun to find out new friends are also members. We can't thank Sheri and Dave enough for allowing us to be a part of their farm family.

Dave and Sheri are so nice and very flexible, going so far as to make up a bag of veggies for me to pick up later in the week when we weren't in town on our pickup day. We had a chance to try some vegetables that were new to us and found that we liked most of them. Sheri's recipes helped me to find new ways to prepare the vegetables. All of the vegetables have been fresh and delicious! We purchased the smaller package because there are only two of us and we've had plenty of food. I highly recommend the Redfearns as your farmers!

Lee Boo R Gibbons: I took my 8” chainsaw blade for sharpening tonight and was basically convinced by the ‘dude’ at the Stihl counter to take my business elsewhere - because they (he) didn’t want to sharpen it. I tried pushing for them to take my business, but this guy made every excuse to not take it. After some non-confrontational jostling I decided that I didn’t even want his help and asked where he suggested that I take it. His response was “Westlake.” Ok fine. I left. I will go elsewhere. What a tool of an employee. Wondering if the manager trained him. Not ideal. I have taken my Stihl chainsaw for a tune up at this store every couple years and never got any resistance before. That’s probably because I also pay a lot more for that than they would get for sharpenin smaller chainsaw blade than I brought tonight. Never saw this employee before so he may assume that I am not a valuable enough customer. Screw this guy and this Feldman’s. Way more Stihl dealers to go to, and not far away. He tried to convince me that I could do it cheaper than the $8 they would charge me. I didn’t beg him to take it, but should I have to? Whatever.

The plus side is they do.rice match and can look it up right there on their computer and see the price difference at the register. Then they have a manager come up to override the price.

I believe she’s doing her best to improve the service department and experience customers receive while engaging with their service team. So I’ve increased my rating to 3 stars. Time will tell if the service department manager and department as a whole will actually change.This Feldman’s always has the worst service in their service department. It doesn’t matter if you’re ordering a part or trying to make a new purchase. The staff back there is rude and disrespectful.We were there to purchase a chainsaw the guy asked me what I needed and then rudely interrupted me. When I was finally able to tell him what I needed he started complaining about be short staffed and his job is hard. Then told us it was going to be a while because he had a problem to deal with.Since being courteous to your customers isn’t important to Feldmans we left and took our business to Northern Tool. If you need a chainsaw and want good service go to Northern Tool on Noland Rd in Independence. They were super helpful and polite.

Brenda Bigelow: Employees are all pretty friendly. I visit here, 1-2 times a month, they go out of their way to see if you need anything and are good about striking up a conversation. Store is pretty well stocked and clean. I have used the online purchasing, and picked up in store and also had the curbside pick up both went smooth and quick.

I'm the type of shopper that comes in and out for a handful of things and always fast..maybe I scared someone? Because the vibes I got were negative and the old lady cashier acted like she didn't want to talk to me I had to tell her I have a membership! and she was still very nasty. Next time I will be more alert and listen in but I never concern myself but the vibes impacted me enough to write all this even though they probably could've been watching a real thief it still made me very uncomfortable!On top of all that fearing the safety of the stock boys that would be ordered by management to act as security if such incident was to actually happen should be reprimanded.

There is a lack of vendors due to the extremely high prices the vendors have to pay to set up. They, in turn, have to charge an exorbitant price to the customer to make any profit. Should have left the whole place in the courthouse parking lot.
