Jennifer Hill: Cannot comment on the food my daughter and I were eating late and we really wanted to eat at this place. All of the chairs were up on the tables and they were only doing to go orders and wouldn't serve us for dine in so that was very disappointing.

eryn noble: Tamale and enchilada was pretty good, the rice and beans were bland. The service was non-existent past her dropping the dinner combos off at the table, so it's a good thing I REALLY wanted flan, or the restaurant would have screwed themselves out of an extra sale vecause if how irritated I was that I had to go up to the stand and order it myself in addition to getting my own boxes and the check. (Keep in mind there were 3 other customers in there, 1 had completely finished his meal and had paid and was just watching TV at this point... so no excuse to why the server couldn't do her job to an acceptable level. Also, I was a server for 8 years, so I'm very aware of what good service is and is not and what is reasonably attainable.)Also, I was pretty bummed that there were only 4 or 5 reasonably priced dinner options, while all of the other dinner entres were priced like a much nicer restaurant... not a strip mall with shoddy service, bland food, small plates, etc.... I think this place thinks they're something they're clearly not....And please...if you're gonna rip people off with all the above, at least give them the option of an alcoholic beverage....not just fountain drinks.Overall not very impressed. It's truly a big bummer that Palomino's closed. 😕

Amber Knott: Really awful over all. I’m really sad it’s one of the first times I’ve been in a Red Robin since I myself was employed at one. And ours had so much love. No love here at all. Campfire sauce was sour. Fries were covered in grease and soggy. The employee culture seems totally messed up. Treat people better and nicer. Put a little love into what you do. And care about the people around you :( you can tell it’s not employee issues it’s management. So this message is to them. Everyone works really hard for their money. And it’s disappointing when you regret spending yours. If you wouldn’t eat it. Don’t serve it. And if you wouldn’t like the actions you are doing to someone else don’t do it to them.

Katrina Kirby: This was my first time eating here. I had always heard it's yum until my now fiance. He has always said all his experiences here were terrible. Well after a year he finally took me to try it. I have to say yum indeed. First of all I love fries. They are one of my favorites and these fries did not disappoint. They were perfect. And that dipping sauce...nectar of the Gods. My burger was really good too but I brought most of it home because those perfect golden fries filled my tummy to the tippy top. I must convince my sweet sweet man to bring me again. My only Red Robin complaint is it was SO loud in there.2nd time going...what is bottomless fries? They only brought us one basket even after we asked for more.

Jesse Halula: Me and my partner visited on 06/03/2023 between 7:00pm and 8:20pm. Our waitress barely paid us any attention. My husband got one refill on his drink before our meal came out but he had to go through his entire meal without a drink. The bottomless fries didn't seem bottomless considering our only refill on the fries were after our meal and we had to ask for it. The waitress didn't come check on us and ask us how we liked everything. Just came out to the table after we finished the meal to ask if we needed anything.

Chris Nunn: Sandwiches are undeniably smaller than they used to be and are made with cheaper ingredients. This all results in less flavor, but you are paying more than before for much less quantity and far less quality. The fries were unchanged and’s tasted like they always have. Red Robin has gone downhill significantly. Very sad. I used to bring in large corporate parties. Not anymore.
