Paige Sanders: I was told rent would be $750 for a very small 2 bedroom apartment. I went over the prices when I was shown the apartment. I got all the utilities turned on like they required and got cashier's checks for rent, deposit, and pet fees for the year, only to show up to sign my lease and have them tell me they are no longer renting for $750 a month and they want 150$ more per month even tho multiple people in the same complex pay $750 for rent. Terrible to keep in contact with, terrible management, all around terrible experience. I'm glad I dodged this rental agreement with sketchy individuals who can't even remember an agreement that they made.
David Ohrvall: I've been renting for over a year and have nothing but good experiences. This week my water heater broke because of the extreme cold. I contacted maintenance and not only was the issue resolved but they installed a brand new water tank. Even bigger than the last. The maintenance man (eric) was very respectful and finished really fast. Mcbee/forza is lucky to have such a good worker.
