Matthew Redinger: Everything was fine until my final bill came through. I took the vehicle back a whole day early and the guy at the counter said I’d get back my deposit PLUS money for bringing it back early. It never happened and when I called customer service they said the manager from the local store I went to would be calling me. THAT never happened. So I called the local store myself and the guy I talked to basically was no help. I finally got frustrated and ended the call with him. So basically I paid the same amount for 4 days as the amount they told me for 5 days. Guess I should’ve just kept it the extra day.

Elizabeth Williams: No stars for them. We sat up a rental for 12 on on Saturday for my daughters prom. I show up to pick the car up and the guy tells me oh you here for a pick up. I say yes he says well we close at noon so we can’t help you. I said if you close at noon why allow people to set a pick up time for noon then? He didn’t have an answer he just laughed and walked away. I didn’t appreciate his lack of customer service or willingness to help us. Do better and maybe change it to where on Saturdays you can’t set up a pick up for the time you close

Cameron Macias: They sold me a 2020 van that now has $1,000 + in repairs within 2 months and a slipping transmission. During purchase when I asked for maintenance records they told me they don't have them available and their warranty would cover any issues that come up in a relatively short time. Their warranty didn't cover any of it, and the chrysler representative warned us their warranty was not easy to deal with and theyve had clients have issues like this befire from enterprise. I've reached out 3 seperate times since Friday to the sales manager Tom and the Sales associated Anthony and haven't heard back once.

Bryan was so helpful and conscious of the drive my husband and I had to get there so he made sure there were 2 for us to check out so we could make a better decision. Ben was also helpful when I couldn't contact Bryan . The team there was awesome .

After my car accident, I was heartbroken that my awesome car got totaled out. They did their best to get me into a great car but sadly it wasn’t “my” car and I didn’t feel it was a good fit for me. Within 7 days they had me in a beautiful 2020 Maxima with no issues at all about trading out the cars. I recommend these guys 1,000% for your next used vehicle purchase. The team is really friendly and customer satisfaction oriented. I realized the brakes were shaking the next few days after I bought the car. Eager Zhang: Thank you Jared and the team for the awesome car purchasing experience!I started looking for a used Hyundai or Kia car since I really loved their design and safety features, and Enterprise Independence definitely got great resources and often below-KBB price with that manufacturer. Yes it's a sales department from a rental car company, but after my first visit I would say the car condition looked amazing considering its mileage! We finally transferred a KONA from Texas and it only took 3 days plus a weekend to arrive, it's clean like new inside the hood! It's been a day of driving my new baby suv now and everything looks and feels perfect.Jared was excellent helping me search for the models and following up with the paperworks! Not pushy at all, very patient and transparent about financing options, and respectful for my busy schedule (!) I would recommend them 100% if you're searching for your next ride, with a good deal.

Josh Herod: Unfortunately, we had the absolute worst purchase experience at the Independence, MO office. Initial sales experience was great, but everything after that was a customer service nightmare. Purchased the vehicle in May and did not finally received all the paperwork necessary to register it until October--all because their office made simple clerical mistakes on the title documents on 4 different occasions! This led to multiple trips to the office, multiple trips to the DMV to try and register, and many phone calls, only to be dismissed and told to keep waiting. There was no initiative taken to update us regularly and seemingly little urgency to resolve the multiple issues created by their mistakes. At one point I contacted customer service through the corporate website to try and get help and did not receive a call back for over a week. This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I've ever had. A 1-star rating seems too high, unfortunately, zero is not available.

Devyn Payne: I’ve been using the enterprise on Main Street in Kansas City for many months now. My work requires rentals when traveling. The team Meka, Jahana and Fatima have been wonderful to work with and have made the process smooth and easy. I intend to continue to use enterprise, even for personal travel, based off the service I have been provided by them.
Alpha Landingham: staff was very friendly and professional. The app let me book a truck though they didn’t have any. They got me taken care of with a different car but needed the extra space in the truck. Not the staff's fault, Enterprise needs to address your booking policies via the app. This is the third time this is happened......
Rebecca Stamm: Jahana and Fatima were both friendly and helpful and even remembered me when I came back to drop my car off. The transaction was smooth and simple, I would definitely go back to them if I need another rental.

OK I’ll managers OK I just wanna make sure I have the proper title when I make this. Sorry I was all good. I work at the CSL. I get all types of weird interactions.
Arsenio Arellano: I'd give zero stars if I could. I went there for my reservation after my car was hit but they didn't have anything and were rude. I responded frustrated because I was running late to work and upset that there wasn't a car available even though the reservation was made a week ago. Then they say they're not going to help me with a car because I'm being rude when the first person Nick started being rude first. Anyway worst customer service ever and I I wouldn't recommend since they don't have enough cars. They offered me a ride thankfully since it was raining. The only positive.
Tracy Millbrooks: I’ve been renting from this location for years! It has been an amazing experience I will probably only rent from here! My last experience is what made this special. I was traveling to chicago with my 5 kids and my mother in-law and my aunt. At first we booked a Toyota Corolla. We then went back realizing this would not work. So we went back and Dom ( the manager ) and Johanna quickly upgraded us to a decent size Subaru. We were lapped up still but we were gonna make it work. DOM was not originally helping us. He just so happened to be looking at the cameras watching us load up into this Subaru. He came out and stopped us. DOM was worried about our safety being that it’s the winter time and I was doing all the driving he said look let me put you in a SUV No extra charge simply concerned with our safety. He said I can’t let you guys drive 7 hours away like that. My whole family cried tears of joy. I had been having a terrible week and just that act of kindness and professionalism made my trip so much better. Dom definitely made the process so much easier. I’m forever grateful! And I will only rent with enterprise because of this!!! Shout out to Dom at enterprise on Main st. He’s the GOAT!!!!!!!!
Mark n Lisa: My Insurance company setup a reservation for me on February 7th. On my way to pick up the rental the Enterprise office on Main called me and told me they had no rental for me. Told me they could get me one on Thursday Feb. 9th. They also said they would pick me up at 7:45 am. I very disappointed in the service. No one has come by to pick me up yet. It's impossible to call the office there because you get put on hold to a constant recording over and over. Then you get an automated message to call back later.
Phyllis Hardwick: All of the prior one star reviews are correct. I booked a reservation online the morning that I needed a vehicle for work obligations. Got a call from Nick that morning saying he wouldn’t have any cars until Monday (it was a Thursday). I had the same issue with the downtown Enterprise location. Customers, please have a backup plan for emergency vehicle needs because their reservation system is not reliable. It lets you book even when cars are unavailable. It’s a reasonable expectation for the company to know how many cars are available and not let you book a reservation if it can’t be fulfilled.Also Enterprise “Care Team” do not leave the automated post at the bottom of this review. After I left the review with the downtown location you told me to reach out with additional details. I sent the booking confirmation and a screenshot of when I was called 30 minutes before I was due to pick up the car and told none where available. I never got a response. The appearance of customer service without any customer service inflames the issue further.

daisy enriquez: Went to go pick up my rental, there was no car available. Even though I had booked this months ahead. Marlon was rude and gave no help, gave sass, and when asked for other options basically said to wait around and see what happens. With a smirk, as of getting a kick of us not getting the rental. Would not recommend this place, one star is more than they deserve.
Jazmin Gutierrez: Marlon the branch manager was terrible and had a sassy attitude. We had booked a rental 2 months in advanced and we showed up the date of the rental only for there to be no available cars. He was not helpful and instead was being sarcastic clearly showing he did not care and it was not his problem. There were other people there too in the same situation, so it was not just us they did it to, but to other families as well. Save yourself the stress and go to a different location!

I called another Enterprise and thru reserved me a car for noon pick up, when I arrived I was told they don't have any vehicles until next week. This is unacceptable for Enterprise! I have rented from them in the past and never experienced this. I am very unsatisfied with them and will look for another rental company

Teddy Tatum: The employee from the Raytown office called and reconfirmed my 8:30 AM, July 21, 2022 car rental reservation the day before I was to pick up the car. I walk in at 8:30 and the employees tell me there are no cars available for me. All their cars are being serviced across the street at Firestone.(I placed my reservation for the car rental online in June, 2022.)Then I'm told there won't be a car available for at least 2 hours.They drove me back home and picked me up 2 hours later. They gave me that very same vehicle to use as my rental.I discovered later that night that the insurance policy sold to me for the trip wasn't for the Chevrolet Equinox I was driving. I called that office three times and no one answered. I sent an email to the employee who gave me his business card if I needed help or questions. No reply was ever received.I will not use Enterprise Rental again.
