Robert Allen: Was disappointed with the delivery service. They arrived 30 minutes before the time window causing some scrambling to get someone to the property to let them in. Upon my arrival to discover they positioned their boom truck next to recently laid sod and extended the Outrigger/Stabilizer into the sod. Mashing the yard and left a 20" wide by 5-6" deep crater in the yard. I remarked "...I wish you hadn't done that..." to which I received a smart reply "...did you want me to bust your sidewalk".The sod contractor was to return and replace the sod they laid as it was dehydrated and never recovered, however this hole in the yard that looked like it needed a man hole cover to cap it off cost me $30 in extra dirt and labor to repair thanks to Holmes Drywall delivery.Note: This was a light load, 11 sheets and I think 12 boxes of mud to finish a project. Matthew Schepp: Worst experience at a Home Depot ever!!!!!Apparently the lumber dept is tore up. Had to hunt down and page a employee several times before they finally came back to the lumber dept. Lumber was mistagged. Had 4×4×8 ft. Timbers where the 6x6x8ft timbers were tagged. All I wanted was 2 6x6x4ft rough cut and was just gonna buy 1 8ft and have them cut it in half, But these store associates are too incompetent to cut lumber that the can't cut a 6x6 board. Then store employee argues with me that no lumber yard, Menards, fleet farm, other home depots or small lumber yards will or can cut a 6x6 ever. Funny thing is I have several receipts from last year, 2017.Where this has been done and at this store location. So I speak to "Debbie" the store manager about her disappointing store and no resolve.This will be last time I ever set foot onto a Home Depot property. Apparently they do not care to make money and help there customers, these associates are a prime example of liberal entitlement big city lowlife!!

Olivia: This menards has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! The lady straight lied and couldn't be bothered to move away from what she was doing. I suggest shopping else where if you want to be treated like a human being instead of an inconvenience. If I could give zero stars I would! This store brings menards down!

So even if they look up the stock and claim they have plenty of what you need, after you pay and go out back to get it, you'll find out they don't have it. And BEWARE when going back in for a refund because they'll try to refund you for only 1 of the item instead of the 100 you paid for and didn't get.

Janet Moore: I’m super disappointed in the quality of washing machines that Menards is not backing and just putting it off on the manufacturer. Expensive one!!! 2 DIFFERENT repair companies and the brand spanking new washing machine still takes ALL DAY to wash one simple load. It’s unbelievable that Menards/Whirlpool refuse to exchange this for something that works! Customer service has been a nightmare with the 2 companies. The one star is only so I could warn you all to do your research carefully because they will not back their washer.

Christi Hodill: I like shopping here whether I know what I'm after or poking around, I like the prices, and the staff are much more eager to help than the other big box stores. It is cleaner better organized than the other stores as wellI recently did a special order on interior stone and tile and was helped out by the manager. I have also returned a number of items and am impressed with how quickly they process it. Checkouts... again, are done properly and quickly, and call me crazy, almost cheerfully. Hard to imagine, but true. (they seem to have a younger and not so jaded crew)One quirk of the store to just look out for is the guards at the special order and bulk delivery gate entrance are very good at their job. When you exit, it feels like you are getting out on bond from a jail.
