Olivia: This menards has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! The lady straight lied and couldn't be bothered to move away from what she was doing. I suggest shopping else where if you want to be treated like a human being instead of an inconvenience. If I could give zero stars I would! This store brings menards down!

S G: Their inventory is way off on the building materials. So even if they look up the stock and claim they have plenty of what you need, after you pay and go out back to get it, you'll find out they don't have it. And BEWARE when going back in for a refund because they'll try to refund you for only 1 of the item instead of the 100 you paid for and didn't get.

Janet Moore: I’m super disappointed in the quality of washing machines that Menards is not backing and just putting it off on the manufacturer. Expensive one!!! 2 DIFFERENT repair companies and the brand spanking new washing machine still takes ALL DAY to wash one simple load. It’s unbelievable that Menards/Whirlpool refuse to exchange this for something that works! Customer service has been a nightmare with the 2 companies. The one star is only so I could warn you all to do your research carefully because they will not back their washer.

Christi Hodill: I like shopping here whether I know what I'm after or poking around, I like the prices, and the staff are much more eager to help than the other big box stores. It is cleaner better organized than the other stores as wellI recently did a special order on interior stone and tile and was helped out by the manager. I have also returned a number of items and am impressed with how quickly they process it. Checkouts... again, are done properly and quickly, and call me crazy, almost cheerfully. Hard to imagine, but true. (they seem to have a younger and not so jaded crew)One quirk of the store to just look out for is the guards at the special order and bulk delivery gate entrance are very good at their job. When you exit, it feels like you are getting out on bond from a jail.

William Reeves: Discovered this gem today. Amazing variety of domestic and exotic hardwoods. They even have Baltic Birch plywood in several sizes and widths. Customer service was excellent. The guys were very patient with my barely -amateur knowledge. My new favorite store!
Matthew Fangman: Don’t waste your time going here. Just go to schutte lumber or somewhere else instead. They have a decent selection of wood but customer service is terrible. I read the reviews before I went but was looking for some rustic alder wood. Guy behind front counter didn’t even acknowledge me walking in the door and was very short on answers. Not very helpful at all and will not be going back due to the terrible customer service.
Ryan Garnett: Nice selection of wood, but good luck actually taking any of it home. Typically what happens is they'll charge your debit card and then claim that their system isn't working therefor you can't take what you came and picked out. I looked at my bank statement and sure enough they charged me. I called and asked if I could come back and pick up the wood that I paid for and they said I would have to call my bank. Either they are too incompetent to operate the most basic of business practices or they are literally committing fraud on their customers who are simply trying to use their service and support their business.

Brenda Bigelow: Employees are all pretty friendly. I visit here, 1-2 times a month, they go out of their way to see if you need anything and are good about striking up a conversation. Store is pretty well stocked and clean. I have used the online purchasing, and picked up in store and also had the curbside pick up both went smooth and quick.

I could tell it made his day better to make my day worst. I feel absolutely disgusted.

Brandon Shumaker: I'm doing this review because I feel like Multiple employees were called to the front door immediately like some organized move assuming someone was gonna steal and run out with stuff. I'm the type of shopper that comes in and out for a handful of things and always fast..maybe I scared someone? Because the vibes I got were negative and the old lady cashier acted like she didn't want to talk to me I had to tell her I have a membership! and she was still very nasty. Next time I will be more alert and listen in but I never concern myself but the vibes impacted me enough to write all this even though they probably could've been watching a real thief it still made me very uncomfortable!On top of all that fearing the safety of the stock boys that would be ordered by management to act as security if such incident was to actually happen should be reprimanded.

I just had a few questions and he took time over the phone to answer all of them and was gracious with his time when I visited his shop!! I need a few slabs tested for moisture and then surface and he was a huge help and a very reasonable cost!!

Add to that, a great selection of local lumber that you can spend time, feel and select.The owners are down to earth and genuine people who made sure to help the new woodworker in me select the right stuff for my projects.Larry even gave me detailed tour of their mill and educated me on the finer nuances of milling and finish carpentry.All in all an awesome experience and I will be buying from them regularly.

Alex Scott (Harmoman): Larry and Cammie have a very cool operation. I recommend you call or email before going. But they are very welcoming. As of this writing, they have a limited selection of a variety of woods - based on keeping up with demand, but the pieces they have are quite stunning. The prices of lumber, so far, have been a couple bucks cheaper per board/foot than most retailers in town. This will be a new place for me to tell my friends about.
Jason B: I was here last Saturday, picked up some beautiful thick planks of walnut at about 1/3 the cost of what I’d pay elsewhere. The lumber needs to be milled before I can really build with it, but in my opinion really worth the extra work, plus, extra bragging rights to say I milled it myself 🙂Very patient and helpful owners, overall a pleasant and worthwhile trip. I recommend a visit to anyone who wants some awesome Missouri native walnut at a really friendly price.

Matthew Schepp: Worst experience at a Home Depot ever!!!!!Apparently the lumber dept is tore up. Had to hunt down and page a employee several times before they finally came back to the lumber dept. Lumber was mistagged. Had 4×4×8 ft. Timbers where the 6x6x8ft timbers were tagged. All I wanted was 2 6x6x4ft rough cut and was just gonna buy 1 8ft and have them cut it in half, But these store associates are too incompetent to cut lumber that the can't cut a 6x6 board. Then store employee argues with me that no lumber yard, Menards, fleet farm, other home depots or small lumber yards will or can cut a 6x6 ever. Funny thing is I have several receipts from last year, 2017.Where this has been done and at this store location. So I speak to "Debbie" the store manager about her disappointing store and no resolve.This will be last time I ever set foot onto a Home Depot property. Apparently they do not care to make money and help there customers, these associates are a prime example of liberal entitlement big city lowlife!!
