Heather Dawn: I called this morning because I was having to push my garage door to help it get all the way down. It's always had a gap when it "closes," but lately it was only making about 2/3 down and then it would go right back up. The fellas were out just in time for my lunch break, and got all of the springs, pulleys, and cables replaced. They also installed a lock for me, and replaced a roller that's comes loose sometimes. My garage FULLY CLOSES now, for the first time in 20 years. They did what needed to be done, and didn't try to pressure me into anything I didn't need. I definitely recommend them, and will use them in the future.

I called today because of a service issue and he won't work with me anymore because I didn't buy my new garage doors from him over 5 years ago, maybe longer. Who knows. It wasn't even for free work. His title says repair so I was even more confused why he said no. People don't want business anymore which is sad. Oh well.

So even if they look up the stock and claim they have plenty of what you need, after you pay and go out back to get it, you'll find out they don't have it. And BEWARE when going back in for a refund because they'll try to refund you for only 1 of the item instead of the 100 you paid for and didn't get.

Janet Moore: I’m super disappointed in the quality of washing machines that Menards is not backing and just putting it off on the manufacturer. Expensive one!!! 2 DIFFERENT repair companies and the brand spanking new washing machine still takes ALL DAY to wash one simple load. It’s unbelievable that Menards/Whirlpool refuse to exchange this for something that works! Customer service has been a nightmare with the 2 companies. The one star is only so I could warn you all to do your research carefully because they will not back their washer.

Christi Hodill: I like shopping here whether I know what I'm after or poking around, I like the prices, and the staff are much more eager to help than the other big box stores. It is cleaner better organized than the other stores as wellI recently did a special order on interior stone and tile and was helped out by the manager. I have also returned a number of items and am impressed with how quickly they process it. Checkouts... again, are done properly and quickly, and call me crazy, almost cheerfully. Hard to imagine, but true. (they seem to have a younger and not so jaded crew)One quirk of the store to just look out for is the guards at the special order and bulk delivery gate entrance are very good at their job. When you exit, it feels like you are getting out on bond from a jail.

I heard the page go out and I waited then waited then waited. 15 minutes later no one still has not showed up. Locked the tools up and no employees to unlock it to make a sale. 🤦

I appreciate how she did it all, and I would give her a raise, she's worth keeping around. Also the girl at customer service, I didn't catch her name, but she was very kind and even said she'd help load it herself if she could leave her register. 10/10, I will be back, and if I was in charge I'd give both of these kids a raise. They helped me above and beyond what I'd expected or hoped for especially an hour before close. Both of them went above and beyond, if you want to keep them working for you, I'd be giving them raises. I don't work for your company, I don't know what you can do, but PLEASE do the best you can for those girls. Their kindness and help made a world of difference to me, and I hope you use it as grounds to make a difference for them.

Paula Stevens: A memorial Day weekend I called at night and spoke with Ron about a lawn mower and items on sale for the lawn and he was so nice and went through everything for me. he told me to come in real early and I did and Mark was there and he helped me I told him everything wrong said and that he wouldn't be there but you know Mark or a couple other gentleman he named would be so just tell him everything. When everything didn't really go the way Ron said Mark went and spoke with someone and he got my order filled the way it was supposed to be and he helped me not only with that but also with plants and just all kinds of things and was very informative and helpful and I couldn't have appreciate it a sales representative any better than that I'm not sure if I've ever had one as good as this young man was because not only was the knowledgeable he cared.

Brandon Alexander: Bought kitchen appliances here, and every step of the process was painful and frustrating. We were notified of delivery times and they stood us up repeatedly. We would stay home to accept the delivery and NO ONE showed up or called. Each time, we made multiple attempts to speak with someone at the store only to be endlessly transferred, put on hold, and quite frequently hung up on. It was almost impossible to get in touch with someone willing to help.

I had to drive to the job 20 minutes each way FOUR times on my days off over a three week span. I was told that I would get a little reimbursement for my time and fuel but have been passed around and around when I call to speak with a manager. I would get put on hold until the phone stopped ringing. I will never shop at your lowes again and will tell everyone I can to not shop there as well. Your customer is non existent in store and over the phone.
