It is stuck in 1st gear and no reverse.Arrived at shop after a few communications via phone and Facebook messages. They respond promptly and professionally, offering a fair price. So ofcourse, I chose this company to do business.I arrived at shop and was quickly greeted and explained in detail what was the cost, warranty and payment options for transmission rebuild.I have called a few time for updates and always greeted by a professional friendly person without waiting on hold to speak to someone like some places.I was also explained their detailed procedure in inspection of car and test drive before being complete to ensure no issues and problems fixed.---*Will update after service is completed.Service:Transmission

Wesley: Took my vehicle in due to loss of coolant and over-heating. The mechanic replaced the intake manifold & gaskets. Picked my vehicle up after I was told it was done. Upon starting my car It was missing pretty badly and there was a distinct burning odor emanating from under the hood. Prior to taking my car in for repairs, for 2 yrs, my car never missed, until after retrieving my car from Certifix. I am very unhappy with their service!
Andrew Warlen: I bought a remanufactured CVT transmission online from Street Smart transmission for a 2015 Honda Civic. Certifix is one of their recommended installers. Street Smart has a 3 year unlimited mileage transferable warranty on their remanufactured transmission. Transmission was shipped to Certifix and Certifix took care of sending back the core. Price to install was very fair, work was done promptly, good communication throughout, and car runs well. I strongly recommend. Parts and labor together cost me less than half of what a competitor cost. Additionally, I had the car back before the other company said they could get started.Service:Transmission replacement
Danielle Fenson: I am not one to get excited when it comes to auto repairs , however after bringing my vehicle to Certifix Auto Repair I am let's just say eager and excited to gain knowledge and a better understanding of that thing on ßfour wheel aka my car that I depend on more than I REALIZED. The techs or mechanic did a wonderful job on location of problem and also communicated with me through the whole process . Got My car in and out in no time they gave me options also rebuild or install new transmission it's a pricly problem bottom line either way but having an option is always a plus and they provided that with a reasonable time and rate too If you are in trouble with auto repairs I'd definitely look in to CERTIFIX AUTO REPAIRSService:Transmission

When I called he gave me the quote and told me being it in the morning they'd have it done by the end of the day. I had heard some good reviews about Cerifix and stopped and talked with them. They were flexible on times with me and my job. They wrote everything up. They did diagnostics, gave me a warranty. Easy business to work with and nice people. Gave me a good price and everything was in writing. We've not had any problems with the truck or the transmission in 3 months! Found my new mechanics!

Alicia Grindstaff, LPC: My family has been using Barr’s Auto for longer than I’ve been driving. They have always been incredibly fair and straight forward. When the dealership tried to upsell my husband he talked with the owner of Barr’s who directly told him that work did not need to be done. Their honestly over the years has kept us going back. I always feel like I understand what is being done and why. There are never surprises on my bill. All around a great company!

Emma Smith: After a year of my 91 Cadillac Seville being in shops more than not and endless headaches with auto shops who didn't really care to get the job done right, Barr's Auto has done a fantastic job with my older vehicle. We took it in for a gasket replacement which they found wasn't necessary, and took the time to find so many other issues with my car that had been continuously overlooked. Initially we had been told the intake manifold gasket was bad, they found it was simply the thermostat housing unit. I'd burnt through 3 ICMs in a few months, they put a high quality ICM in and found a short which had caused all the others to fail. They found that the brake line repairs another shop had done were not holding, so they machined the necessary part in-house for a super reasonable price. My car is running like a top thanks to this shop, I could have saved myself a lot of cash and frustration if I had just taken my car here sooner!
