University Health Community Care Fairmount: what do users think?
Sam Kingsley: I know there have been a lot of people having negative experiences with this place, but my overall experience was very positive! The one downside was when I first called to see if they accepted my insurance, the representative said "no". I later discovered from someone else that they actually do, which annoyed me.But that was one person's ignorance, and I don't think that reflects the facility as a whole.
Kaitlin Sisler: Mandy was extremely disrespectful and dismissive toward me. Don’t be in healthcare if you don’t want to treat patients with kindness and respect. I will no longer be coming here.
Mrs Bryan: I can’t even express how much I love this medical office. I have terrible anxiety, especially when it involves my health and going somewhere new. Luckily, the staff were so helpful, patient and friendly. Thank you Mandy and Andrea. I think I found my long term provider, which eases my anxiety. I highly recommend this office for your medical needs. They even offer virtual visits, that’s convenience!
Ashley Shamblin: This place is ridiculous! I had 2 appts scheduled for my daughter and I back to back they would only see one of us. I called because I was running late and they instructed me to come on if I could get there within the 15 minute window. We were scheduled from 1:20- 3-20 an hour a piece with the same provider in the same office. I walked in before the 15 minutes and they would not see me. It is very difficult to get an appointment these days. My appointment would’ve literally taken half of the scheduled time allotted for the exam. They are rude and don’t want to be bothered with you! The lady Brandy at the front was very nice and helpful but no one would get up and go explain the situation in the back and if they would’ve I probably would’ve been seen
Danna McPheron: This clinic limits the number of appointments per day, which IS the downside of going to this particular clinic. Every time I call this clinic to set up an appointment, I had a reasonable expectation to be seen as soon as possible. The soonest the doctor can see me is in two weeks. I don't have two weeks. I have an immediate concern that needs to be looked at asap, not in two weeks. Having to wait two weeks to be seen for an issue is ridiculous. I should not have to wait this long to be seen by a doctor for a health concern. What happened to quality healthcare? What happened to excellent service? We don't matter because the staff at this clinic are not concerned about our wellbeing. I guess a phone call to Guest Services is my next option to lodge a complaint about this clinic. The COVID guidelines have been lifted. There should be absolutely NO reason to limit the appointments each day. Open up that calendar and start giving us appointments for the SAME DAY service we expect so we can have our health concerns be addressed. I absolutely will advise anyone to go somewhere else for their better healthcare options. This is ridiculous... TWO WEEKS!! No thanks. I want to be seen the same day for health concerns that needed to be addressed asap. Screw this clinic..
Katy Palmer: The receptionist/front desk staff were amazing and so kind. I got to my appointment 20 minutes early like they requested but I waited 50 minutes on top of that to see the nurse practioner. They told me it would be 5-10 more minutes around 20 minutes prior to that. When I saw one patient who got there after me left, I also left. It is silly to request someone be there 30 minutes prior but leave them waiting for longer.
Carmen: The front desk staff and the healthcare workers who begin your appointment were fantastic which is why I’m rating 2 stars. The NP Joe was not. He had the worst bedside manner I have EVER experienced, and I have had to see many doctors throughout my life for a chronic illness. He was patronizing, argumentative, and rude. First he didn’t believe me when I discussed my condition, then he admonished me for not getting it checked out, as if that’s not what I made the appointment for. Multiple times he said, “I’m not going to argue with you”, when I tried to advocate for myself and provide him with as much history as possible. I left the place defeated and in tears. If you want the compassion and care University Health talks about, do NOT see Joe.
Benjamin: I love the entire staff there. They are great. Everyone is nice and friendly and you don't have to wait very long.
Brenda Mannering: Best Dr.s ever. Great nurse practitioner. Love them all. Would recommend to anyone.
Betty Hagger: Great experience with all.
Valerie Matula: Absolute worst care ever !!! Change Doctors every three months. Please do not go here
Michael Dean: Dr. Joseph Nichols has literally saved my life twice in the past year. Pretty much the only guy I trust with my healthcare. I’d highly recommend him!
Matthew Medina: Called to setup an appointment was put on hold immediately. After a few minutes someone got on the line because I heard the background noise and they hung up on me
Joseph Miller: I called to set up an appointment, as a new patient. I was on hold for more than 15 minutes. I finally hung up, calling a different clinic...
Ranita Stinson: I love Dr. Clark. She listens and is very thorough!!
Cathy Downum: I love this place people are friendly and love the Dr! Dr Clark but she's gone now. As for Dr O...ha he doesn't give a rats add about his clients/patients. The nurses are rude when they return ur calls
S D: I would have to say my doctor is good but you pretty much have to make a appointment every time you have a question .Nurses will not call back .So doctor 4 star but staff 2
Marc Walker: Caring workers.
kay kay: Dr Clark, the MA's, and the RN are pleasant individuals. However, the front desk Lady is very rude and how she talks to individuals is very demeaning.
Jammie Ruiz: I wouldn't even give one star if it were not required for writing this review! When myself and my husband started going to this office years ago, we saw Dr. Randall Cramer. We were both very pleased with him. As of recently he has left this practice(I would be interested in knowing why) Our care was referred to the practices Nurse Practitioner, Shaun Riley. My first visit with her went fine as we are relatively healthy patients. However, when I recently discovered I needed to have an outpatient procedure done, it took the office two days to get me the referral information needed to schedule the procedure at another location. I was certainly persistent when calling them multiple times in attempt to expedite the referral process, but not at ALL disrespectful. I did make it clear that if they couldn't get the information to me by the end of day #2, I would come in and pickup my records and seek care at the ER. I am in a significant amount of pain and a delayed referral is only prolonging the care I need. I was absolutely SHOCKED to receive a phone call from this Nurse Practitioner, Shaun Riley herself, NOT to check on my well-being or out of concern for my pain. Rather her call was to scold me (the patient) for "belittling her staff". I also work in healthcare and none of the Doctors in my practice would EVER, consider calling a patient and scolding them for any conversation they did not participate in!! Again, I did NOT belittle ANYONE, during any conversation but Shaun Riley seems to think it's OK to contact her patients and accuse them of being disrespectful!! Maybe she should focus more on running an EFFICIENT and CARING practice. Needless to say my husband and I will take our medical needs and our private insurance, to a more caring, family oriented provider. I would NOT recommend this office and DEFINITELY not Nurse Practitioner Shaun Riley!!! Newsflash.....Patients pay your salary!!!
Esther Okerson: Dr. Clark is the best primary care physician I've seen. I love her so much I started taking my daughter here instead of a pediatrician. Dr. Clark truly cares and listens to your concerns and is proactive with treatment. I would highly recommend her and this office to anyone!

Comprehensive Mental Health Services: what do users think?
John F: They have a great outpatient youth case management program. They have helped many families overcome many challenges and achieve their goals. The case managers are caring, supportive, and knowledgeable. They use the Wraparound process to provide a comprehensive array of services that address physical, emotional, social, and educational needs. They also connect clients with community resources and advocate for them when needed. The youth case management program has made a positive difference in many lives and I would recommend it to anyone who needs help with their mental health or substance use issues.
Tyler T: I've called every day this week and yet to get a response. I've done everything on my end to be able to get in to gateway and I've yet to receive any help whatsoever getting in or even a simple call back telling me what I should do. At this point I'm feeling the system just doesn't care about people getting sober or help
Scipio Sigma: Absolutely awful experience with therapist and psychiatric staff. I wouldn’t trust a dog to the care of these people. Female staff that are “man haters” and just can’t help but to take out their own issues regarding control on poor people…..vulnerable people too sick and unable to fight back. These folks will make you sicker. Period. I would never treat another human being the way the staff at Comprehensive Mental Health treat others. Bottom of the barrel staff….they just hate poor people. Typical.
Dana Zehr: Great experience here! All needs were met and I left my appointment feeling heard and cared about. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure I left there feeling better than I did when I came in! Thank you CMHS!
Bobbi Strobbe: Love this place. They have helped me even through staff shortages.
joe goff: Update: I revoke my previous review. The staff 5 years ago was caring and professional. The staff today... Zachary Pena, Andrea Faulks, Rachel Hermes and Lori Byle, all bs.Zachary acts like he cares but when push came to shove (like a task of telling me he'd drop food off and hardly ever did) he turned around.Andrea seemed like she cared and wanted to help but would fold when upper management made terrible, life altering decisions for me.Rachel is the worst. The housing director. Breach of contract. No remorse.Lori is upper management who didn't have any compassion whatsoever and had no qualms about putting a US Navy vet on the street.Comprehensive Mental health is supposed to help with mental instability not create it. Shame on all of you. -10 Stars. Not anymore: Very caring and professional individuals at Comprehensive.
Jacquelyn Gibbs: I finally received a call back from someone after leaving a message over two weeks ago. In that time I was able to find help with a place that actually IS concerned with the mental health of new patients.
Lori Martin: Didn't want to give it any stars. My sons therapist left a year ago and we have been trying to get him a new one since. When we finally get to talk to someone they say they will get back with us in a few days. It has been a year now and we still waiting. This place is a joke.
Theresa: Some of the Friendliest Folks
James: That scam people out of life I will protest against that company I’m not going to do anything today
Dynasty M: HORRIBLE! They do NOT answer the phones!! I am not going to waste a trip coming up there when the phone exist for a reason!! Please do better! I have been calling for weeks trying to schedule and talk to my nurse and NADA! Why have a phone?
James H: I refused my meds so they threaten me about a mental hospital cause the meds were making me sick and did not helpDo not recommend
Shaina Harris: Made appointment for 3rd time. They call the next day they call and cancel the appointment after my daughter get outs of treatment... refuses to give my daughter any follow up treatment or any follow up services.
hana !!!!!: they assign a single medication nurse to you to make sure your scripts are filled but the issue is the nurse isnt always there, leaving your appointment you may be sitting there for hours if its a medication that requires a nurse to get it for you. i have gone weeks without my meds and am unable to get them regularly because the times i am able to get them, they can be open but they are either slow or unavailable. for reference i have to take a controlled substance to function and also an antipsychotic medication. going without these things is dentrimental to my well being and they do not feel like a priority in this office.
Susan Burns: You know, things were A WHOLE LOT DIRRERENT when I started out with them 6 years ago. They actually CARED. and even helped me out with accessing counseling. But that was like 4 yrs PRE COVID.. Andwhen covid hit, my mental health care pretty much ceased to exist. Mt old case manager Johanna stayed e dependent & supportive as always. But sorry from accessing food banks or a doctor's appointment really so much to do and I can do I've been needing a counselor for almost 2 years now.. I've pleaded time & again for a counselor for the last 18 months. I get nothing. Last med Dr just wanted to insist I take antidepressants, but didn't care to support other options for treatment outside a pill bottle. .These new people here, don't REALLY care about the individual who struggles d dealing with the chaos thats a constant battle inside their own mind. Never fully escaping from all the anxiety, stress, anger, depression , rage, even emptiness that sometimes consumes us.." mindset of doctor a comprehensive" HMMM, OK, WELL yea, that DOES sound horrible & traumatizing. You should take these magic pills that's a cure all for what's got you so upset. Nevermind about any side effects or any long term effects thats gonna damage your organs down the road"
Shunn3d Moon: After having a need for mental health for 5 years during which I came to comprehensive mental health. I would rather go without meds then ever go back to this facility again and I’d like to say if I go off meds I will not be accepted in society. That’s what I’m choosing over going here. Go somewhere else you have options. If you have to go here you’ll deal with the psych doctor making an appointment and then changing it without informing you. Therapist that do look at your best interest. They will literally tell you the other person right not you. They will be personally offended by choices you have made and taking it out on you in the session. Insulting you thinking there smart enough to get away with it. They will try to change your meds judging you on what they see not believing anything you tell them. Tell you you don’t deserve to be there cause your quote” not as severe as the other patients!” Receptionist will get offended when you tell them the psych dr put your appointment in as the next day. When you spent your last dollar on transportation to get there and now you have no way of going tomorrow. All because the dr changed the appointment as I said earlier. This place should be in the depths of something I cannot say. So if you like to deal with chaos go here. If you love your family don’t send them here.
shunned moon: I had been going to comprehensive for 5 years. After I had the worst therapist I have ever had in my 10 years of needing mental health. Everything went downhill from there. During Covid the psych dr did not show up for my appointments. I had to go to my health care provider to get meds for the next 3 years. Of course I missed some appointments but I’m the one counting on them to be professional and on time. Apparently that’s to difficult for them. I do not recommend comprehensive medical care. I would rather go without my meds then entertain going back to them. Good thing we have options.
Logan Grove: Don't waste your time with this place they'll literally forget about you. Very unreliable, and unprofessional.
J Smith: Walk in for "crisis services" are falsely offered. Walkin is actually just an intake. You will be told/scheduled to "wait a month or more for medication and counseling services". I can't do that. This is not crisis or urgent care. If you want or need true crisis services, go to Rediscover Behavioral Urgent Care. There you will see several people and will receive actual urgent crisis care.
Benjamin Lee: As a long time client of CMHS, I can honestly say it has been hit or miss as to the efficacy of the services it provides. I am scared for the future of it and its prospective clients. I'm sure they are siphoning off of clients insurance and the state funding they recieve only for the CEO's, President, etc., to get rich at the expense of its reputation, lower level employment, and more importantly, its clients. I'm scared were my mental health to decompensate. If you are lucky (or as i would put it) or blessed enough to recieve at least adequate care as a new or existing client, then by all means leave a positive review. Its not just about being kind to its employees and business that seemingly doesnt care, its about the importance of holding a health organization accountable for the quality level of the health services it provides.
Gloria Young: I made an appointment to see a psychiatrist and they couldn't see me for 5 weeks but put me on a cancellation list. I got a cancellation appointment about 2 weeks sooner and they cancelled my other appointment. They called me the morning of the newer appointment to tell me Dr. Brooks would not be in and that I had to reschedule for another 5 weeks out. This is absolutely abhorrent way to manage people who are in need and possibly in crisis. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any doctor or medical facility.

CenterWell Senior Primary Care: what do users think?
Donna Hill: Wonderful Senior Care facility!!
Vanessa Christopher: The staff here care deeply for their patients and respect their personal values. All the staff. From front office, administration, billing, referrals, etc to the lab staff, nurses, nurse practitioners and doctors. All. Of. Them.I drive from the Northland to go to this specific Centerwell because of the compassionate staff who all treat me with dignity. The staff all work with me, and often for me - on my behalf, to find solutions for my complex medical needs. (End Stage Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis)I am so blessed and grateful to have found such wonderful primary care!
Adaire Stewart: Fantastic medical facility that is structured for the senior population. You must be 65 and older.
Angie Wright: I receive great care there! They provide me transportation even! It is a team approach to care. Love Carrol Harrington my Nurse Practitioner. I get listened to with my concerns not shoved in and out in 15 minutes A case manager a social worker. It is amazing. I hate doctors usually but my care since January when I changed to this group has been above and beyond
Vickie Brockert: Very inconsiderate of patient needs i called twice asking for my pain meds to be reordered and dr. Saveda. Or theN.P. Stephanie neither one took care of it or called me back as i had asked after the Dr. Had told me a week before if you need more medicine to hold you over while I get you scheduled with a ortho doc please just call i did she couldnt even take the time to call me back very poor care of an elderly patient
MP: Partners in Primary Care advised me they accepted Medicare and Cigna secondary. I received notice from Cigna they were out of network. However they continued to reiterate Cigna was accepted, and by now I was receiving Bill's from PPC for unpaid secondary amount. I bundled up all letters, including the one from Cigna confirming their out of network. At this point we parted ways and I requested write off of the balance. I even called other locations to find they only take ADVANTAGE plans. Be forewarned.
Barbara Steele: Very caring staff and the doctors listen to you.
Joyce Peterman: Not happy at all. Only been going there for one year and ready to find some else.
Sherri Hunter: I have been going to Dr Freeland for about a year and a half I have been to many doctors as I suffer from Crohn's disease so when a doctor that I have been going to see for care suggested that I should use crutches after breaking my left foot knowing that I have not been able to use my left hand because of a stroke... When you see your PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN I honestly think that he of all people should know that using crutches is physically impossible so I will be looking for a new primary care physician
Joanne Robinson: The Drs. are very slow. They want you to be 15 minutes early so they can be 30 minutes late. Not a good first impression.
Robert Branch: Attended Open House on 10/24/2018. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Physical plant was impressive with a focus on senior care. I completed the steps necessary to move my care to this location. However, after going to my "welcome" visit, I knew that I had made a mistake and requested that my medical files no longer be transferred to PIPCare.

Centerpoint Medical Center: what do users think?
Cynthia Bates: Great experience. All staff members were very professional!
Barbara Klein: I love my doctor and staff. Hate the check in and out. Prior to my appt, I get email about registering but when I go to register, it tells Mei don't need to. When I get there for day of appt, no one directing where to go, what to do, no queue process but have to go thru registration process anyway. Again a queue or guidance would be helpful. Then when appt need to schedule follow up. No direction given as to how to do this. Do I go back to registration. No direction or help from registration staff but they are busy. Had same problem last time I was here. Just walk out. Will figure out scheduling follow up later.
Donna Dannels-Wickboldt: Office and Dr. Smith are great
Jennifer Magee: I had the best mammography tech, Samantha! More HCA workers should be like her.
Brandy McGuire: I recently had my 3D mammogram. Online scheduling for the win and Samantha is top notch. Seriously, she is the whole package: competent, skilled, efficient and compassionate with stellar communication! I just need to know how to request her every year!
Barton and Lucinda Bedwell: Everyone was caring and compassionate.
Peggy Accomando: The nuses were very kind and helpful, I had my knee replaced they got me up right away ,I thought it would hurt alot but it didn't. I would go there for anything in the future
Rebecca Chappell: Since I am claustrophobic I dreaded getting an MRI, especially since I previously had a bad experience with one. It was my good fortune to have Anna as my technician this time around. She made a world of difference in the way she handled the process from beginning to end. She kept me informed of each step, encouraged me and showed sincere empathy for me, the patient. Thank you Anna!
michael c: Received outstanding care in the ER for hand laceration despite a packed ER. Jenn, NP stitched me back together with steady hands and Bianca, RN were both rock stars in providing care. 5 ⭐️ . Thank you again.
Arquetta Fell: My experience for 7 days with the Icu and hospices staff was Amazing regarding my mother.
V Martin: It was great. No issues.
Jennifer Nichols: It was better then I thought it would be, but, I feel like I wasn't really even treated I saw one person when i was checked in just to sit in a chair and get x-rays no one really evaluated my injury I saw mainly a nurse. I mean the staff where very nice from what time I did see them, bit it sure didn't feel like I was receiving any kind of care.
Katie Conyers: The only reason I'm giving a two star rating instead of a one star is because the nurse practitioner and final nurse of my visit did seem to care and want to provide help.I was in the ER for over 8 hours for severe abdominal/ovary pain. In that time, I never was moved to a room. After I went through triage, they moved me into another waiting area full of other post-triage patients. Not only was it incredibly uncomfortable, especially already being in abdominal pain, but there was no sense of privacy. Any and all information from registration to medical news, was given in front of everyone in the waiting hallway.I needed to have a CT scan to try to determine the cause for my pain. I got the scan in a timely manner, but then proceeded to sit there for over 3 hours before a nurse finally decided to investigate why they hadn't heard anything. Apparently someone had forgotten to submit my results resulting in the lengthy delay. At the time of triage the nurse practitioner said she wanted to start me on an IV of fluids and Zofran. Once I was finally called back to see the NP about 4 hours later, she wanted to know if I was feeling better after the meds. That was the first opportunity I had to mention to anyone that I never received the meds she prescribed FOUR HOURS EARLIER. No one came to check on me in the waiting hallway once the entire time I was there. My final complaint is about the "paramedic" that did my blood draw and put the the IV port in. She was so busy talking with a coworker about when she was going to be off and what she was going to do that she could hardly give me time of day. She roughly stabbed the needle and then proceeded to have to dig around trying to hit the vein. I don't have scientific proof, just the opinion from a physician at another ER that I had to go to a week later, that the rough injection has now caused a superficial blood clot in that arm.
Donetta Moore: As always, very caring and kind people
Natress KELLEY: As usual, good patient service.
Isaiah Mitchell: This place is not good
Brenda Tillery: Competent and efficient staff in Emergency Room & Radiology.
Maya Dotson: The medical staff are friendly but this last visit I felt when being discharged I was being brushed off/ hurried to get me out. Nothing was explained regarding results from my ultrasound/ x-ray. Just shown results were in my discharge folder. I had to ask what to do about my swelling behind my knee. At this point I'm dissatisfied with Center Medical Center as a whole including their ortho doctors. I will be seeking care in St. Louis I know I will get the proper care there. I will say the ER follow up scheduling department has been great trying to help me schedule follow up appointment.
Vicky Combs: In my most recent experience there on May 16, 2023 the level of incompetence in the clinic where I was sent for my procedure was down right dangerous! I will never go to Centerpoint again, am in the process of having all my doctors changed to the KU system, and will be happy to explain in great detail why the situation at Centerpoint was so dangerous to anyone seeking the information.
Mike Smith: My visit was just fine everyone working there really helped me and I am feeling much better now
John Dold: The doctors and nurses were wonderful. The Physical Therapistswere great. Very very happy with the care I received.

Swope Health Independence: what do users think?
Darnell Murray: Fast and courteous service
Erin Gill: They are currently forcing my husband to wait literal WEEKS on lifesaving heart surgery because their dentist refuses to perform oral surgery that he needs to clear an infection before surgery is safe for him. We were first told we needed clearance from his surgeon, which the surgeon provided, and were then told the dentist wanted him off his blood thinners for three days before surgery and they would call him the same day to reschedule. My husband had to call them, only to be told the dentist "doesn't think it should be her decision how long he's off his blood thinners" (interesting, since she was pretty confident about it earlier this morning), and they're waiting on someone named "Mr. Dickson" (no one can tell us who on Earth Mr. Dickson is) to decide that for her. Meanwhile, my husband's risk of a recurrent heart attack or stroke increases by the day while they keep dragging their feet, but as long as no one swears about that over the phone, they're apparently fully comfortable with that risk, as well as the extended hours I've had to take off work to be there for sedated surgeries that wind up not happening. Do not recommend AT ALL.Update 10/24/22: "Mr. Dickson" is evidently "Dr. Dickson", and has scheduled an appointment with my husband for Wednesday at 2 pm, despite the fact that he has already had the required oral surgery after going in to this office and refusing to leave until someone explained the situation to him, at which point they magically produced a same day appointment. It's also worth noting that the entire reason my husband even needs this heart surgery is because Swope previously dismissed his active congestive heart failure as a simple respiratory infection, so there's that. I stand by my original comment that I wouldn't seek treatment here if you value your health.
Monail Cole: We had an emergency situation and Delania at the front desk was very patient and helpful with getting my son in to be seen.
Dawn Dawson: No walk ins, have to make an appointment, and is a minimum co-payment $25 & up.
Laura Bryant: I have tried for 10 days to simply get a refill on a prescription! Rude...nasty...unprofessional office personnel.
Michael Nichols: Waste of time and money. No mention of "limited walk-in appointments" by receptionist when we called to schedule a visit. Wasted money to get there on a uber and not be seen to go to the hospital ER instead.Avoid this joke of a "medical facility" at all costs.
Trina: I went to the dental side, everyone was nice and did their job perfectly. I saw doctor Pellengrino and she was awesome. I would rater higher if I could!
shelli miller: The front desk doesn't care about who's here 1st it's the rude people that jump out of their cars and jump in line knowing you were here, but front desk just sees 1st in line smh so I don't get seen? it's not good
jen appell: Every single interaction with staff was fantastic. I arrived early to fill out paperwork and the staff got me in swiftly. I was met with care and compassion at every turn. Honestly couldn't ask for a better experience.
M H: Was told my bill would be 25 dollars. Got my bill in the mail and it’s 218. The reason I went to swope in the first place was because I don’t have a lot of money. So they lied to me. Not only that, but I waited over 4 hours to be seen for literally 10 minutes, maybe less, because all I wanted was a doctors note for my work. Absolutely horrible. Will be disputing this bill, I am not paying that much. I could’ve went to an actually good doctor for that. Like an urgent care. Should’ve just done that to begin with. It’s sad that less fortunate people are treated like this.
Michelle Flemings: The receptionist is trash. I mean she is not professional at all. They will turn you away with no antibiotics. I promise. It’s looks like a place with a high turnover of employees. I have gotten my back molars taking out. They do not provide any antibiotics or anything for pain. It has been two month since I had the surgery and I am still in pain. Now I’m starting to have my ear hurting me behind the same side my two teeth being pulled out from. I do not recommend this place for great quality. Find somewhere else more decent with greater staff.
philo caly: we called 3 DAYS ago and they told us to come in at 7 am today, they didnt open the doors til 7:30 then turned away other people that also said they were told to come in at 7 for a walk in because they have 1 spot open in the afternoon.
Ryno: The only reason I gave this place one star is because it was not possible to give them negative Stars they lie they do not care about their patients even when you pay them. I have been 2 months without teeth in my head and since they decided to leave six on the bottom I can't even chew anything. I call almost everyday to see where they are with the dentures that I paid over $1,000 for. Do not go to this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Don Underhill: Real sad when you wait a month to get in to see a doctor and think your going to get some help only to be handed another appt 30 more days out!!!!
Amanda Hardy: Not very good was waiting 4 hours still waiting and I can see my kids back tooth and she said she can not see it this is a sham I don’t thank I will ever come back again some thing needs to be done I have never waited this dame long my kid is in a lot of pan I have been here since 7:30and it is now 10:45am I am pist
Gina Ward: I see Dr. Naiomi Jamal, at the Independence office. I REALLY like her!! I recommend her!!
victor cromwell: Great place for families or anyone who needs minor health care. The staff is both friendly and helpful a clean safe place to bring children and the elderly a very convenient clinic right in our neighborhood just right down the street it's not like most clinics much nicer can't say enough about the staff so if you live here or just happen to be in the neighborhood and need care stop in and see for yourself
Alondra Jaimes: Tried to call to make an appointment, and I was transferred more than 3 times. After the 5th time I was over it.
Rachel Smith: Was skipped not once but twice from the callback phone queue. Was 2nd and 3rd then called about 5 minutes later and was 11th and 16th in line, never got the 2 calls I should've. Kansas city location called back within 10 minutes the 1st time I was in queue with them.
Stephanie Njisevynse: Long 3 1/2 hour wait then told they'd x Ray me then bring me back out to the waiting area for another hour while they went to lunch...never again
Eddie West: Better off going to an animal hospital

KC CARE Health Center - Northeast: what do users think?
Dee: I’m only giving this location 1 star because I can’t give ZERO! This location is terrible. The nurse practitioner and staff on site are lazy and have no compassion or respect towards patients and their time. I had to return to this location 3x just for a simple MLA (Medical leave absence) form to be completed by the staff. The receptionist , Nurse Practitioner and office manager put us off numerous times, ate lunch and laughed while we sit waiting in an almost EMPTY lobby for 2 hours.I’m still not certain if our treatment was due to my client being African American, because they did NOT care. This location is predominantly Hispanic and the staff are Hispanic as well.If you are a person or color please do not visit this location. Go to midtown or the Research campus. I’ve had a good experience there. 👎🏽🚫
Alex Atkin: Awesome place, really nice workersand a small mom and pops vibe, would recommend over swope or truman.
Ms. Toquita Brown: I love my doctor, Dr. Michelle Miller. She is the best!!
Donna Cook: They became the go to for my great grandsons medical care. Very good for person with no insurance. He has continued here and Broadway location. I am very glad I found them.
Elizabeth Masushita: Worst experience ever!!!! I waited 3 MONTHS to make an appointment! Once i am booked they call me to reschedule my appointment because the doctor that will be seeing me will not be in that day, i come in today which is my appointment and won’t be able to get seen because i brought my child with me! When i made the appointment i clearly asked if it was okey to brings minors and they said yes as long as they wear a mask and once i arrive the front desk tells me that i have to reschedule or if i can leave my children some where else!!! I am LIVID!!
Brandon Warren: I went there they was fast but they charged me 30$ I never received my test results and it seem liked every time I called they just told me I’ll have to wait.
Dezriam: Let me say that the nurses and staff are friendly. That said, go somewhere else if you need a response or female exam. No one answers the phone and I need to get refills. Walgreens still hasn't gotten a response and imcant get anyone on the phone (a reoccurring problem with this location). Was supposed to get a mammogram LAST November. Never got it. No one calls back with results. I just found out my results of 2 appointments from last year because I downloaded an app to check my covid results and saw KC Care on there too.Also....Worst experience ever with pap exam. I don't know if the doc was inexperienced or what but it took way longer and a lot more digging around than it should have. I left in pain and bleeding....feeling like a bad one night stand.
Esther Mallet: The receptionist put me down for an appointment to get immunizations a week prior. When I got there after waiting, filling out the paper work and doing all the regular checks (like bp) that’s when they told me that they didn’t even have the vaccines. They sent me to the one at broadway saying I could go right away but when I got there they said my appointment was 2 hours later. Waste of time
M_ Salcedo: They never ever pick up
Jade Benavides: I love the clínic everyone are so kind!
J: Do not go here under any circumstance. I was given a medication and then immediately began to experience joint clicking. I called and told the nurse who then laughed and told me to keep taking it. So I did and by the third day I could barely walk so stopped taking it and tried to get ahold of the idiots that work here. I called 25 times in three days and left over a 12 messages and received no response so I finally went in ( after calling more) and found there were four people working the front desk doing absolutely nothing and none of them answered my call. I then had to demand a new medication to which I was lied to and told they would send it to my pharmacy. I went to the doctor pharmacy and they never received the prescription. I tried calling to figure out what happened but if course they didn’t answer. Thank goodness for me I found their hotline and had a nurse resend the script for me. This place is garbage. I saw another doctor afterwards and immediately told me I should not have been taking that medication after noticing my joints clicking.
Leon Donald Berg: First time visit for check up was pleasant
Valorie Engholm: This is the best doctor's office I've been to. I had seen doctor after doctor for my Fibromyalgia, and Elain was the first practitioner who took me seriously. She helped get me into physical therapy and tried to find a good treatment for me, and eventually was able to refer me to the rheumatologist I have now. Dr. Joselyn also had an incredible bedside manner and helped me recover from diverticulitis. My husband sees her for his thyroid, also. The rest of the staff are also very kind, helpful, and patient. I would recommend either of the doctors here to anyone for anything that ails you. One million stars!

University Health On the GO! on 23rd Street: what do users think?
Terrance Jackson: Was seen by Ms. CALLIE B. very nice and got me taken care of in no time, but I'm unable to get in touch with a follow-up. Phone is not accepting my calls.
James T: Constantly closed. Didn't help out the last time we were there with no meds given for finger nail infection. Literally worthless
Kayla Jones: Should be no stars. Just tried to go to the clinic. And there is a sticky note on the desk that said nurse practitioner is at lunch until 2:15. We were there at 1:10. You’re really telling me she’s taking over an hour lunch break! And nowhere in their hours shows the clinic is closed for a lunch break. So, we leave, wait an hour, then come back at 2:15. Now there is a new sticky note that says the nurse practitioner won’t be back until 3:00. This is completely unacceptable, rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional behavior. There wasn’t even a receptionist or nurse or anybody there we could talk to. Just a sticky note. If anyone knows of where I could report this to let me know. Because I am very upset about this whole situation right now.
Susan Johnson: I always get great care when I'm ill. Thank you
MaryKate Rohlfs: Usually I enjoy going to these walk in health clinics but tonight I was extremely displeased. After being sick for almost a week and getting a negative covid test, I finally decide to go to the clinic. While it closes at 7 and a patient should be seen if they are there 20 minutes prior to then, I was told I could not be seen. I arrived at 6:05 pm. I waited for the nurse to come to the desk because it wouldn’t let me sign in and she proceeded to tell me that I wasn’t allowed to be seen because she couldn’t see the ONE patient before me and me in the next hour. No sympathy at all for me even when I was clearly not feeling well and I broke out in tears of exhaustion. I’m beyond upset with how this lady handled her job. 12/2/2021
Shanna Eisenbrandt: The NP I saw was great. I only had about a 30 minute wait time.
Breanna Hopkins: We had a great experience with the nurse practitioner. She provided excellent care. Quick and efficient visit for our family. I will definitely recommend others to be seen here. Great facility and awesome staff.
Masha Riley: My daughter and I have both been seen and treated here for a few things overtime. I’ve had nothing but good experiences when going to these clinics. They were quick and easy! I’ve been seen at the 23rd street and Noland locations. We have received outstanding care from the staff along with great customer service every time. The nurse practitioners are professional and conscientious! They are straightforward and very kind/efficient. All of my concerns were addressed and my questions were answered. I felt I was in great hands. Also, both locations were very clean!! I would highly recommend going here! If I ever need to go back I would choose to come back here!
Sondra Berry: Forget it!If you have insurance they won't turn it in they'll just bill you without it. Then your spend hours on the phone talking to Truman medical center. Go to CVS you won't have that problem.
Danyiel Barber: The first time I went, I was sick with the flu but didn't test positive so I was sent home with OTC meds. A few days later I returned and tested positive for influenza B, was finally given tamiflu and sent home. I tried to go this evening, arrived around 6:15pm with full knowledge that the care center closed at 7p. I figured I had 45 minutes to be seen for a simple ear infection. When I couldn't log in and there was no one up front to help me, I knocked on the door. The nurse came out and turned me away because she had a patient. It says in the name "On the Go!", if it takes close to an hour to treat a patient, I'll go to the ER!
Kelly Colwell: We're so glad this place is here! They have always taken great care of our family. They are very thorough. We've had nothing but great and kind care!
Toni M: This must be where they send all the C average nurse practitioners. I went in there with a bad cold and was refused any kind of medicine because I didn't test for the most common strain of the flu virus. So, if you have a common cold and not the flu or strep throat don't waste your money here. I had to spend more money to go to another clinic to be treated a few days later because I was not getting any better and I didn't have no problem getting a z pack to help me get better after 7 straight days of being miserable. Thanks for nothing University Health!!
