My son does not eat ice cream when we go, so we get Oreo pieces for him, but that was an annoyance to this store. The girl making the ice cream kept talking rudely to my husband when SHE asking HIM what we were missing. Then annoyed with me that she forgot our banana split. I attempted to address the situation with the manager, where she acted confused about her rude employee. She then preceded to run over to the girl laughing about what I had said, and locked the door prior to closing time. My family was so uncomfortable that we had to pickup our kids and ice cream and leave the establishment. Do better guys.
Mysterious Stranger: On Friday March 3rd at 4:59 pm I ordered a photo cake for my daughters birthday to be picked up on Sunday March 5th at 12:00. When I arrived, I was told by the worker that no cake was made. She called the manager and the manager said no photo cakes on the weekend. The worker there tried to help me out by referring me to Blue Springs and calling them, but their photo machine was down with no idea when it would be up. The worker on that weekend tried to fix the store manager's poor handling of the situation, but I will never rely on getting anything from this store again. Baskin Robbins was able to resolve this issue thankfully and saved my daughters birthday.
Lily Smith: I would say this was probably my worse experience at this Dairy Queen me and my family used to go here all the time but today I went through and went to ordered the employee didn’t let me finish my ordered and kept rushing me when I was trying to fix it so I pulled up to the window just to have the employee not let me finish speaking about my order so I just let it go only for her to later lock the drive thru window and make me wait about 40 minutes for my ice cream just her to come giving it to me melted

Lynn H: The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made the experience a lot of fun. They have good deals on the scoops. The Mango is devine and the ice cream of the month is pretty good too. As of the date I'm writing the review, it is Cookie Monster which is a soft blue color with Oreo and Chocolate Chip cookie dough. I also got the Jamoca Almond Fudge. It has a coffee base. It's so very good. It's one of my favorite.The Ice Cream Cake and Cotton Candy are fun and delicious according to my kid.Plenty of ice cream and sherbet to choose from. I highly recommend this Baskin Robbins.

Nicholas Worden: This Baskin-Robbins is the best one I've visited. I come to Kansas City every year to visit family and old friends, but I always make time to stop here. The family that runs this location are wonderful people and rarely forget a face. After moving to Alabama from Kansas City, I found myself with limited options as the BR in my town only has 12 flavors, and none are the ones I like, so this is my guilty pleasure every year. Can't wait for my next vacation up here next year so I can repeat the cycle.4/10/23 - I had to come back to KC for a funeral this past weekend and stopped in Baskin-Robbins on Friday. This location has been my favorite for years (first located by Hyvee), and the family that runs it has always been very friendly. I think I'm the only one who orders a Jamoca malt, yet I thought no one would remember after I moved out of state in over a decade ago, but I was just told to order the usual. This is what quality service is, and a lot of the businesses around could learn a thing or two from this family. I'm already looking forward to the next time I'm up in KC!

No caramel syrup, no hot fudge. So them I asked for cappuccino blast, and she didn't know how to make it. I ended up with a small scoop of Baseball Nut, it wasn't even a small scoop.I've love Baskin Robbins and have enjoyed your ice creams for over 20 yrs. This was the worst location ever, only one staff working. Several people left because the wait was so long.

Robert Waterworth: I visited this place with my brother during the pandemic. We were told they wouldn't serve is until we put a mask on. So we go get our masks and proceed to order. While waiting for our food a gentleman walked in and they gladly served him without a mask. I was so disappointed and it ruined any appeal the food would have had. The only difference I could see was that the gentleman without a mask could speak Spanish.... Lol update the restaurant has been shut down. I called asking about placing an order. The woman said we've been closed over a year and once again was very rude and hung up on me. Horrible horrible horrible business I wouldn't suggest them for anything other than a public toilet. Horrible horrible business...

H. M.: Although it is a great location along I-70, fyi for travelers, there is no play place for the kids. the inside has been updated to be more modern and has the self ordering touch screens. We grabbed a table number, and our food was brought out to us. Fyi: it's Grimaces birthday month, and there's a special b day meal you can order, and it comes with a magical purple shake. I didn't order it, but it looked cool.

Ligia Garcia: I bought a coffee it was cold today 6/06/23 at 8:40pm this employee in the drive thru. I ask him this coffee is cold his answer was very rude and unpolite he made a sound whit his mouth like saying I don't care. What kind of person you hire to represent Macdonals??? in the morning when I come all the people is very nice. What a unpleasant experience. I left whit out my coffee because of his attitude towards me.

Ian Desselle: The "Manager" was beyond rude when informing me that they are only open till midnight for door dash orders and that they are not able to take my order at 11:10. Should probably change the hours posted if your going to turn all other business away. Maybe reconsider what it takes to be effective management too. Why would a manager not give you there name? I know I wouldn't work for someone like that rude and shady.
