Andrew Cooksey: The owner of the company, Dale, is great--and that's who you deal with. He can usually get you in pretty fast and have you well taken care of with guaranteed work. The pricing here is very cheap. if there are any stains when the job is done, Dale will come out and personally take care of them for you. I highly recommend this place.

I took a chance since the previous franchise carpet cleaner charged more and the carpet looked the same after they left. Now i regret not taking before photos. The 2 bedrooms look so much better now. Granted they don't look brand new, cause they are not new carpets and were abused by tenants. It doesn't even look like the same carpet, new life has been brought to them. We had some dirty old area rugs and a couch that was needing to be cleaned. I believe our tech was Khalfan and he was also awesome to work with too! He arrived on time, helped me move a couch off the rug and knocked everything out while I was working in my home office. Previous rug cleaners I would have to pack up my rug and transport it to their site, these guys will clean your furniture in your home so you can avoid that headache.
