Rainbow Savvy: I would like to clarify that I've never had upholstery cleaning done before, and it turned out to be one of those things that I will now do regularly or when needed, especially from these guys. I had a chair that has had a rough few years with pet stains and what not, love it to pieces and wouldn't part with it. Instead of paying a crazy amount to have it re-upholstered I had it cleaned. We decided to have our dining room chairs cleaned as well. They showed up on time, were quick, professional, attentive both prior to appointment set up and during cleaning, and overall were a pleasure to work with. Annie Paine: We had them come out and clean our town house. They seemed like they were in a huge hurry despite not having other jobs today. They missed spots and changed the price they originally told us they would charge for our 2 couches. They said because they were half leather they would charge $25 per couch. When it came time to pay it was $50 per couch. They charged us more for the 2 couches than they did for 2 bedrooms, a hallway, stairs, a living room and the dining room. They did seem to get most of the pet smell out, but not even in all the places. They did a decent job at best. Andrew Cooksey: The owner of the company, Dale, is great--and that's who you deal with. He can usually get you in pretty fast and have you well taken care of with guaranteed work. The pricing here is very cheap. if there are any stains when the job is done, Dale will come out and personally take care of them for you. I highly recommend this place.

Tricia Potts: I called Rick based off of his reviews. We needed the carpet stretched and cleaned. He gave a fair quote and sounded great over the phone. What he did not disclose is he uses a portable system that he fills with your own tap water. This concerned us on the sanitation aspect of the carpet clean and the amount of water he would be able to extract with the cleaning, vs using a commercial mounted unit in a truck. We do not keep our hot water tank setting at the recommended temperature for carpet cleaning. As we had already moved all the furniture in preparation we decided to give it a try. We turned up the setting on our tank while he stretched the carpet… The end result is this, The carpets were stretch to a point where there is now a gap between the carpet and baseboards. The hoses he uses are not clean and he placed them on our bedding and other furniture as he went. He left the carpet pieces and fibers all over the house and it took well over an hour to clean up after him. The tank water gets dumped down the stool creating more clean up for the home owner. The carpets were not more noticeably cleaned by Rick than I have had previously using commercial companies. All in all for the price you pay, the use of your own water and the amount of clean up needed, I would not recommend or use again.Service:General carpet cleaning

He was right on time, very friendly, and most of all did a great job. He took over 3 hours to clean two rooms and stretch the carpet in one of those rooms(18'x30'). The $270.00 was well spent and I will definitely have him back.
