Jacqueline Lee: Purchased a vacation package pre COVID and then had to cancel it. Was told i could get a refund or take before 12/21 and then when i tried to reach them to reachedule i can not because they phone wasnt working and now if disconnected also emails are coming back! Not happy I lost over $500!!!! And during a pandemic it feels like over a thousand.
Fred Guyll: No longer in business. Went there on March 26, 2021 after checking their website, which said they were open until 5pm that day. Office is completely empty, save for a couple of old desks and a chair. Sign on door said to call their number for an appointment, but that number is no longer in service.
Trudy Gilbert: Cruise Connections did a super job with helping plan our Alaskan cruise.Always attentive and very helpful. The staff is very knowledgeable on all aspects of cruising.

Moving forward, I will always go to these guys when planning our next cruise. I had no idea that travel agents were free and would always find the best deals. They even followed up just to make sure everything was in order before the cruise and then wanted feedback after the cruise to make sure everything went well. They found the absolute best deal and bent over backwards to meet our requirements and time frame.

Gail Sawrie: We have booked a variety of cruises through Cruise Holidays, including an upcoming Alaska cruise. We are also planning a guided tour through Great Britain. Their agents are knowledgeable and helpful, working to keep our travel budget and plans reasonable. They also have travel presentations by vendors throughout the year, so it benefits to use Cruise Holidays' complimentary services.

With great patience and understanding, they have taught us the in's and out's of riverboat cruising on 2 rivers already, while we await yet another tour (or two) on AmaWaterways, coming up soon. I couldn't ask for better support by phone/e-mail. Answers to my numerous questions come back quickly and definitively.
