Travel Agency Kansas City-Vincent Vacations: what do users think?
Jennifer Waterman: Sherry made our trio amazing and carefree for us. Thank you for the priceless memories. We will be using Sherry for our future adventures!
Gregory K. Ryan: I'm not sure of the agents names, but they were and still are very helpful and so polite to talk with. And they sounded so knowledgeable about the places I would like to see and how to go about purchasing plane tickets and hotel stay and rental cars just everything. And I am going to keep using them for future traveling. I already feel very confident and relaxed about my vacation plans that's exactly how, I wanted to feel. And above all, I feel like there has been Absolutely NO Pressure put on me. I would like to tell them Thank You for all of their help and for being so patient with me, because I am brand new at these Traveling Adventures that I am preparing for.
David Walls: Sherry Hunter went above and beyond to ensure that my wife and I finally received the Honeymoon vacation we had been dreaming of after a long wait (due to COVID-19). Sherry was professional and guided us through every step of the process; my wife was a seasoned cruiser, but I was a novice, and there was never a time when I didn't understand what we were doing. We loved every minute of our trip, and Sherry will be the first person I call when it's time to arrange our next getaway!
Deirdra DiDomenico: Sherry is amazing and went above and beyond for us, getting us a cabin upgrade! This was our first cruise and she made everything simple and headache free. We will definitely be using her for every cruise we take in the future.
Jennifer Beddor: My husband and I worked with Sherry to plan our destination wedding. She guided us through the very beginning (of selecting where to go), to the very end of helping us with the honeymoon, and everything in between. At many points, Sherry went above and beyond by taking on the role of wedding planner, for example by finding a superb wedding photographer and providing advice on everything from table layouts to welcome bags.Due to the pandemic, we ended up working with Sherry for a full two years before the wedding. Throughout it all, Sherry was responsive and really listened to what we wanted, even as that inevitably changed over the course of a couple years! Sherry also worked with all of our guests on their travel arrangements, and we know from personal experience some of those guests are high maintenance!I highly recommend Sherry for anyone looking for a travel agent!

Global Connections Inc: what do users think?
Sherilyn Handy: This company is a joke. They’re employees are rude and enjoy arguing and hanging up on customers. They’re very incompetent at their jobs and barley have a pulse.I finished paying off my membership which I never use. They charged me for 3 separate months after, I called to dispute and they denied that my membership is paid off. The rep didn’t even look into my statements and see that the balance was paid off and the charges made after that. Seems pretty basic to me. Like I said, they will just argue with you and try to hang up rather than really looking into their mistakes. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Also, the salesman that tried to up sell us for more stars was bullying and condescending because we didn’t want to waste our money on this garbage company. They’ve been reported to the BBB for the second time.
ally prefontaine: We won a “free trip” we were on the zoom call for well over the allotted time they quoted, high pressure sales and pressured into signing an electronic contract over that call (you can’t read it right then) with no mention of cancellation process or the fact that they charge you 60% of your balance. The girl on the phone in Overland Kansas even told me that they DON’T tell people that and IT IS NOT stated in the contract, it is “their policy” if you cancel after their grace period. The “free trip” they offer is not free you have to pay $340 for fees & taxes before you book and you cant take it on your time frame, its on theirs. The “disneyland” trip flies into LAX with no transport to or from Anaheim. And you have to fly out of whatever airport they use. Like we have to drive three hours each way to get to Phoenix and then find a way to get from LAX to Disneyland and back. I want to cancel membership we’ve made 2 payments, we need to replace our solar batteries unexpectedly and the $1400 is the cost of 3 of 16 needed. They wont let us out without paying 60% because it “isn’t free to sign you up for this stuff Ma’am” i asked how they can “sign us up” for anything when we were going For the RV PACKAGE and have not chosen any “zones” to be signed up for? She just kept saying “this isn’t free ma’am if we let everyone out of their contract who asks we’d be broke!” Really? Well, If you have that many wanting out… perhaps thats a sign you need to be more open and honest from the start with people. We would have enjoyed using this service later down the road had they been transparent and willing to work with us, but now we are feeling like idiots for ever trusting them to begin with. Oh and also allegedly her boss E*** is the ONLY person left to talk to about it and she has no idea when he’ll be in the office. Good concept for travel, bad company ethics. Lots of hidden catches and fees. No transparency. They even ask you not to read online reviews before presentation.
Dayna LeBlanc: SCAM!!! Negative 8 Billion Stars!!!
Dana Le: This company is a scam. I won a trip to Sedona AZ, but when attempting to schedule dates were never available for over a year. The certificate expired and they refused to extend the dates. Very nice to win something you can never receive / use. They said first come first serve, but why not hold 1 room for a winner of a contest. From Feb 2022 to expiration date May 2023 no rooms were ever available & no cancellations. Plus the deposit you pay does not hold your room and takes over a month to be refunded. Still waiting to receive that. Also no phone numbers only email communication & they are very short with you and shift blame on you for not making it happen. Amazingly disingenuous & unprofessional staff.
Greysha Ramos: I haven't book anything yet, prices sounds good, let see how's goes when I really do a booking...
Kevin Day: Well, I have a different perspective about this company. I bought a transfer (bought from an existing member) in 2016. The Global was giving me a hard time of doing it. I finally gave up on them. I thought my money was gone. Six years later (2022), I decide to call them out of blue and see if my transfer can be accepted. This time, the company has a different team and they are very efficient and got the transfer restarted and approved in 1 day. Prior to buy in, I already studied the program extensively and I know everything about it. There is also a Facebook group which you can get more information about this company. So I feel lucky that I can get in without shelling out gold bars. I also own timeshares.
Shannan Hampton: Expensive and web site is hard to navigate.
Khai Johannes: Global was a gift for the family from my mother. Since she joined in 2016 all members of family have utilized the subscription. My mother has explored everywhere from the Ozark Mountains to Colonial Virginia, I’ve had pasta in Italy and paella in Spain but grandma keeps going back for solo trips to the sands of Oahu. Bigger than the ability Global has to make the world smaller is how much closer it’s brought my family. In Waikiki, four generations made memories as my grandma, mother and I watched my sister and her son play in the waves. Travel has a wonderful way of filling in any “generational gaps”. It was time shared and time cherished.
Nichole Moran: My experiences with Global Discovery so far have been fantastic. We recently went to Las Vegas for our vacation and stayed in a condo with Global at the Jockey Resort, right on the strip. The property was clean and comfortable, the location was perfect. We were literally right next to the Cosmopolitan Resort. We brought friends, had a blast and plan on going again soon. I recommend Global to anybody who loves to vacation!
Virginia Barella: I have been a global member for twelve years. I have seen so many incredible places and experienced so many exciting activities. I have traveled to 49 states in the USA as well as several other countries. I have gotten accustom to the condos and I am not satisfied with a hotel vacation. The full kitchen, living space, the travel insurance, the travel agent and great locations are among the reasons that I love global. I started with a six star plan and I am so happy with this club that I now own a VIP sixteen star plan. I use every star each year!
Dante B: My family and I have been global discovery vacations members for over 12 years. In that time, between my parents, my brother, and I, we have used our condos about 60 weeks in those 12 years. Global has saved us well over $175,000 in that time across our travel. We are not a rich family, but Global has allowed us to travel in a way that we have always fantasized. We have been on more trips that we have ever dreamed because the pricing is so outrageously low. We have even converted to the newest version twice in those 12 years, which has allowed us to get even greater access to new and exciting destinations along with a new feature that gets us the absolute lowest price possible on hotels and house rentals anywhere in the world. I have talked to friends and co-workers about Global Discovery Vacations, and they have also joined to their satisfaction as well. This is a great company with awesome customer service, and I highly suggest you give it a try. If you use it, the savings are guaranteed.
Christine Mitchell: Been reporting negatively against us on our credit report since 2016, though we cancelled prior to that and NEVER used their service, preventing us from financing a home when we needed to.
Laura Smith: It has taken weeks to get the promised 7night/8day stay for attending the presentation. I finally received what I thought would be the certificate in the mail. only to find out I have to mail in form with my name/email and address, which they already have. Once I mail this form in they will MAIL me a certificate with the website then I will have to wait for an agent to call. It has been 3 weeks already since I attended the presentation. I would cannot even imagine what the process would be had a I signed up for this scam. It is 2022 who uses the mail like this anymore. Only hoping I will get the certificate. Wanted to let others know what a HUGE scam this is.
Rick Benoit: Good food and excellent service
Kristin Beck: Scam and a rip off! Buyer BEWARE! Damn near impossible to cancel the membership via telegram to corporate.
Brooklyn Brooks: VERY PUSHY!! They hooked us in with the “free vacation “ if we listen to their program that is supposed to make it “more affordable” to go on vacation for our family. We supposedly had to make a “refundable deposit” that would be refunded if there was no damage to the property, OR when a year passes of not using the “free week stay”. But if you are a larger family, you pay another $275 fee. We have 5 children so we had to pay a larger fee which is wrong to begin with because this was supposed to be a more “affordable option”. We scheduled our vacation for this month. The lady was quick to call and ask for our card information for the payment. Our youngest son (16 months) was just in the ER/hospital for 3 days with Bronchiolitis. He was on oxygen for nearly a week and has just now finally begun to recover. I explained that there is absolutely no way we can travel over 15 hours away so soon with him just having been in the hospital and on oxygen. They do not care…. And guess what? There is no refund, and they will not reschedule our “week stay vacation” even though we have medical documentation proving that our son has been severely sick, so we should not travel with him! No phone call back, but I did receive an email (picture below). Not to mention, this program meant to “save us money” on vacations actually has an over $12,000 buy in. Don’t waste your time nor be scammed by the facade of an “affordablevacation getaway for your family”!
Amanda Winter: Critical:Quality,Responsiveness,Value
A DB: Global connections Inc. in association with network direct Inc. STOLE FROM ME!!I paid a lifetime membership for discounts on products and travel and they have discontinued a lot of the benefits and refused to refund my money.Steer clear. It’s sad that there are so many scams Like this in this country.
Dan Mcardle: This place is a rip off but I hope people still join so they can know how I feel
Bonnie Criss: I work here stop sending this
Fred Pope: Only way I travel and I love it.
