There is no communication at all between the teachers, parents and office staff. The kids end of day papers definitely don’t match what the office people say about the child’s day. I would definitely find a different place for your child so they don’t get treated unfairly.

Rachel Weaver: Honestly, I’ve been sitting on this for more than a year, hoping I could cool down before I wrote this so that my review could be less bias. Here we go:My daughter went to this daycare between the ages of 9m-3. The manager at the time, Miss Casandra really held that place together, and made me feel safe to bring my baby girl there. Once Miss Casandra left, the owners (I’m assuming) took over more. The old man, I believe he drives the van as well, was completely unprofessional and unkind. I went off and got a traveling job and made sure they were aware of this so just in case my daughter started acting up they would know why, and maybe be sympathetic while handling her. My daughter came home from school one day and told us her teacher threatened to “whoop her a**”. Yeah. We confronted the school and they assured us that never happened. Another incident happened and when we asked to see the camera’s, we couldn’t see anything because coincidentally the teacher brought my daughter to an area of the classroom where none of the camera’s could see. We were already on the hunt for another daycare, just had to find one with availability. They started calling us almost everyday demanding we pick my daughter up. Finally my husband had enough and confronted the old man, and told him they were too expensive for them not to watch her while we’re at work and that if this didn’t stop we were taking her out. Once we started speaking up for my daughter, they started getting less understanding about our situation. The old guy, the driver of the van called my husband one day and said he needed to pick her up and never bring her back, that they didn’t have the time for her anymore. I’ve never felt so disrespected nor has my child. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Laura Ortiz: Do not take your children to this daycare. They leave the kids in a room with mean teachers who make them nap for hours. Daycare is filthy, staff are beyond rude. The stated my daughter broke some chairs and made me pay for them, I wasn’t given any pictures of the damage. My daughter would cry when we dropped her off and would say everyone was mean to her. The owner looked like she was on some heavy medication and is extremely fake. I urge you parents keep your children as far as you can from this place. IT IS A JOKE……I give it -0 stars.

Marina Spadarotto: They’ve been impossible to work with, I would never be able to trust the management of this place with my baby. They canceled multiple walk thrus with no notice, failed to reschedule appropriately, and ignored our calls to turn in payment and paperwork. Diane, the owner I was told, seems to handle most of the parental communication and enrollment process but is never on the property and fails to return any calls and messages that are left for her. I trust my messages will never be returned as will yours.There’s a clear lack of care in communicating with prospective parents.

Larry Parks: I was considering this daycare for my own child. I Uber drive and picked up a very sick worker from your business. She was sniffiling, coughing, and told me she was very sick. I asked her why would they have her come to work sick and she told me "they don't care." I can cross this daycare off my list.

Jenny Crain: Worked there summer of 2017 and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who cares about the well being of their child. They are rude and not caring people at all. There was a high turn around rate for employees and the state was a frequent visitor in my short employment with them. They will blame past disgruntled employees for the state being present but I wish that was the case. Unless they have completely sold the company and every employee but the cafeteria lady has left this isn't a good place for your child/children.

Mikayla Wilkinson: I’m really disappointed in this daycare. My son’s teacher admitted to grabbing my child and putting her hands on him and it resulted in my son not being allowed to come back. An adult put their hands on a 4 year old causing my child to freak out that he was being grabbed and my child got in trouble. Not the teacher who grabbed him. The teachers and workers didn’t even try. They could care less. I got a phone call literally everyday that my son didn’t want to take a nap. The director was “watching” my child and he almost ran out of the building because she wasn’t paying attention. It was always something with these people. This place is an absolute joke. My son deserved better treatment than he received here.

Sachia Perrine: I love that you send information electronically. It details out their day. I love the pictures taken in the day. I love your teachers! The room setups are made for kids. Table close to ground and not high chairs. It gets them ready for real home life dinner table eating. I love that you make it convenient and provide diapers and sunscreen for minimal cost. Your security and checkin is automated as well. There is not much else I could ask for...i think only thing you don't have is a webcam but I get detailed reports on my child's day so I feel like I'm right there in the day.

Bre Dawn: My son has a developmental delay, he was not taken care of properly at the facility. He would come home bruised or with bite marks, scratches. We would not be told how these occurred and with his age he could not tell us.we had some medicine in his diaper bag that his grandparents had given back to us they where giving it to our child without consent or knowing if we had given it to them or a time we had(wasn't sick at the time there was 0 reason they couldn't of asked before distributing). The male in charge of the two year olds grabs at children and screams at them.My son has allergies to pampers he will literally start bleeding by wearing them he had pampers in his box mixed with his huggies when we went to clear out his cubby.The staff is non friendly my son learned nothing but the F word in on there care I since quit my job to help improve his learning ability( I in no way have had training ) but my son has learned over 50 new words In 2 1/2 months he has improved motor skills and social skills, he no longer has behavioral issues. This place is to expensive to not do anything to help a child developmentally wise.

D. Tillman: We like that the student/teacher ratio is low. We also like that we receive daily updates, when our son in in school. The children are not forced to sit at a desk all day, but are asked to be creative and express new ideas.

Wendy Wilkins: I like that my child is being taught a variety of things. This is not a day care where she is just left to play with toys all day. Being with children her age and interacting in age appropriate learning activities is improving her developmental progress a lot. I also like the detailed daily report that I can access throughout the day from an app on my phone. Any questions or concerns I have are quickly addressed and communication with staff is awesome. I highly recommend this learning center for your day care needs.

Amber Windham: My son and I love the teachers at Creative World! They are wonderful with all the children and they are great at what they do. My son has been going to this preschool for approximately 6 months and his speech has greatly improved. He learns so much everyday and will be ready for kindergarten next year! I would definitely recommend this school to everyone!

Gerardo Zamora: The staff actually teach the children good curriculum and have treated the classrooms like an actual school. This will make an easier transition into Kindergarten for my little one. There are a lot of daycares out there that will just "babysit" your child but this place will actually help and develop your child for an easier way to transition into school or just to socialize a young child as well. No complaints thus far and would recommend this facility to anyone in the search for childcare.

Leighanne Weir: Really high priced for what you get. Especially for part-time care. The actual daycare workers were really sweet with the children. One thing that bothered me was that every project my child did, when I asked my child about it, they always told me how they did a little bit but the teacher did the majority. On literally every project. This facility does not give much independence. I mostly joined for the pool, but my child only got to do it a few times total the first summer, then maybe 5 times this summer. Also, no report ever of how your child is progressing. They send home a "daily report" but my child's report, the same things were circled every single day - ex. "Mood" they always just put a :)

Amanda Lewis: If you are looking for a daycare for your children this is the place. My oldest son started attending when he was 18 months old, he is 3 now and we are still there. Before Hand in Hand we were in an in home daycare and they didn't really do anything with my son. He was always sick and it just wasn't good enough. After we started Hand in Hand we saw a huge improvement in my son's social skills, he is still shy but he is much more open, also- they do stuff from the time the kids hit 1 year old they are always learning, creating, singing and staying active- did I mention they have a pool? For my youngest he started at 12 weeks, when he was 4 months old he caught a nasty virus, I didn't realize he was running a fever and took him in. 30 minutes later I got the call to come get my baby, I panicked because he was so little but when I walked into the infant room, there was my baby cuddled on one of his teacher's shoulders fast asleep while she rocked him. I have never worried about either of my children after seeing that. When my oldest had to start wearing glasses, I worried that he wouldn't wear him, the other kids would make fun of him, he would break them. I expressed my fears to the director and assistant direction and what did they do? The same day they had an older kid who was there for their summer camp talk to my son about why it was important to wear glasses and how to keep them safe. I have not once had a problem with my son and his glasses. Every issue I have had has been solved the same day I complain, they are cheaper and cleaner than any of the other centers in the area. Every single day my kids come home happy and with all kinds of projects. The teachers are like family and I can tell they all truly love their jobs and the kids. As far as my children's development and their academics they are light years ahead and I owe the majority of it to the wonderful staff at Hand in Hand.

J D: After a tour of the facility I would highly NOT recommend this facility. Upon arrival a “teacher” was yelling at a child in the bathroom near the entrance, after bringing the issue up to the staff I was told they are having “trouble” with staff. When asked about their curriculum/schedule it seemed that very little teaching is done and a lot of “gym/free” time is done instead. Cleanliness of the facility was poor from a visual prospective. After touring the facility we definitely decided to go elsewhere.
