Kiersten Bachmann: Russ was true to his word and provided high quality service. He called me before making any changes to my computer, offered multiple solutions to my problem, and had my PC running better than ever all in one day.
Joshua Brison: Pc was having issues with the hard drive, called the business and was able to take it in that following afternoon. Got a call the next morning with the diagnosis and a price quote, and the whole thing was ready by that afternoon. The process from being unable to boot to completely fixed took less than 24hrs. The price was fair and the hard drive he gave me was even better than the one I started with (and he was even able to save the data). Will be going back to him in the future!

scotty: I was very happy with the service from Russ and how quick it was done. After I had some issues with my pc and my graphics card went down and as a gamer thats just bad news, Russ fixed the problems and help get me set up with a graphics card that was in my budget and also was better for my specific games I play. He knows a whole lot about what games and parts go best together to get your pc to peak performance. He also builds some crazy fast gaming computers. Jennifer Ward: Best service I've had to date. He will be my go to PC repair guy for as long as he is in business. He fixed my gaming computer in just a few hours. I had taken it to another shop and they told me the problems were fixed but they weren't. When I took my PC to The Computer Guy he listened to what was wrong. Diagnosed it for me for free and then gave me a great deal on the new parts I needed. He also kept me updated with his work via text message and videos which was great. Like I said. I will never use another PC repair shop. The Computer Guy has me as a customer for life.

Hungeren: I love going in to a store, walking up to the printer, and it just work. No hassle, no fuss. No arguing with someone who has no idea why the toner is low or the paper jammed or dose not know what a pdf. file is. You can use google docks or your thumb drive. Good selection of goods. Not a big big store, but one to stop at if you just need to get a binder or some ink or just print something off.
