Mo Taylor (MOluv): Vic used to be very reliable but that is no longer the case. I prepaid for services from Vic. I was looking to get a new hard drive for my computer with more space as programs were crashing due to lack of space. I paid in advance over $300. He told me he would call me when the hard drive came in and he never did. I have been put off by him on multiple occasions sighting personal matters but have never received the services or my money back. When I call he does not answer and does not return my calls. He essentially scammed me out of my money in October of 2021. It is now December of 2022 and I still don’t have my computer fixed and I lost out on $300 with no attempt from Vic to make it right. He has fixed computers for me in the past so I am highly shocked and disappointed by this behavior and I now know I cannot work with him in the future or refer anyone to him due to this lack of respect and professionalism. Zero stars from me going forward.

Sincee Farris: I was in there this morning (3/4/23) at 10:25 AM to have my battery replace on my iPhone due to it not holding a charge. Battery was replaced and you returned it to me 5% charged. As soon as I left your store I plugged the phone into my car charger and then at home, it's been plugged in for 3hrs and it is completely dead and will not charge. NO my charging cords are perfectly fine. Here I am on a Saturday night without a working phone and you are not open on Sunday. I can't come in Monday because you will be closed before I can get to your store. So I am left to go to another store to find out what you did to mess it up, luckily there are stores open on a Sunday. When I do get my phone fixed I will bring you the bill. Not sure why or what you did, but I am not happy.Are you going to be open tomorrow (Sunday 3/5/23)? As I stated in my post you will be closed by the time I get off work! I can’t go without my phone for that long. Ask the guy who replaced my battery what he did wrong!Why do you require my phones passcode to change a battery?Update- went to Apple to find out what the problem is. They will put a new battery in and see if it will charge, if not then it’s going to cost me over $500 to repair it. Next update soon 😒Update- it was the Battery (Thank God!!!), unfortunately Apply would not return the battery so I could take it back to PC Cellular Repair for a refund. Hopefully the owner will do the right thing and reimburses me for the faulty battery, we’ll see. I’ve been communicating to them via FB Messenger.Final update - Chris said to bring my receipt in, showed up Saturday and he refunded me the full amount. I appreciate his integrity.

I was the only other person there, was taken care of immediately, had my service done in 10 minutes and was out the door happy with a new-to-me device! Got a call the next morning with the diagnosis and a price quote, and the whole thing was ready by that afternoon. The process from being unable to boot to completely fixed took less than 24hrs. The price was fair and the hard drive he gave me was even better than the one I started with (and he was even able to save the data). Will be going back to him in the future!
