I nearly walked past it because when you are exiting from the mall, you normally walk past 2 sets of doors to lead outside, but you have to walk past one set and take a right. It's not the store's fault, just looks absolutely wonky and weird.The only thing I can think of that's meh, was the size of the bowl of food, yet I really am not complaining because the food actually tasted excellent. Sunni Miller: The staff are nice, the food is delicious, and I'm seriously impressed with the manager, this gentleman couldn't complete our order because of a recall but went above and beyond making it up to us even though we weren't upset. Great place!!

Katie Fordyce: Be prepared this is going to be a long review but I'm heartbroken! Tonight me and my husband celebrated my birthday here like we have for the past 8 years because of the fabulous bday coupon! Well tonight was my last time ever doing that. Why? Tonight was the first time in the 8+ years I have went that there MONGOLIAN BBQ SAUCE was gone. How does Mongolian bbq take away bbq!? This is the only sauce I used! Not to mention a few months before this they took my husbands favorite sauce the Caribbean jerk away. Here are my other issues:- The chicken is way different now. It tasted and felt like the imitation crab!- There prices have went up & quality has gone done! Use to be $14 for a bowl & $18 for unlimited. Now it's $19 for just a bowl!- The changed the way rice is served. Someone ended up changing there mind on the rice they wanted so the cook just dumped it back into the rice pot to give out again. After the girl had already touched her bowl & leaned over it.- They keep the restuarant way to cold! It was a very unpleasant dining experience.I really hope Mongolian will take into review there customers concerns because this place use to be amazing! I've tried reaching out before addressing my concerns and never got a response..
Marjorie Moore: Very delicious as always. You make your own bowl of meats, veggies, and sauces, then you go and they cook it on a grill in front of you. They have cards for the sauces so you don't get overwhelmed with all the different choices, it will tell you how many of what sauce to add and what meats pair well with it. When we had an idea of getting wine and putting it in growlers for our reception they even let us purchase an empty one! Such a neat experience and definitely kid friendly!
Jackson Boynton: I used to frequently come here all the time before 2022, and the food was always great. However, went back this past February and the food has gone extremely downhill. The beef is EXTREMELY fatty now and tasted a bit funny. The sauce bowls have gotten smaller, and cook staff was not very pleasant to be around. Overall, I’m not going back to this location, which is disappointing considering how much I used to frequent here.
Sunshine Bee: Nice ingredients bar, amazing beer selection BUT the cooking needs a ton of work. The meat was closer to raw supermarket raw than rare. It looked like it barely touched the grill.

Ricky H: A very interesting experience, you make you own little bowl thing. I skipped all the noodles as you pay for a bowl that you can fill up with whatever you want. Has a ton of options to choose from, did steak, shrimp, bacon, with onion, bell pepper, mushroom and paired with a Korean bbq sauce.The one thing that is a little tricky is knowing how much salt to add, I had to add a little at the table.
Scott Strahl: Went tonight and the food had had black char on it after it was cooked which caused a bitter taste. I am giving it 2 stars because of this visit. Every other time that I have been there the food and service was great. I normally get unlimited but tonight because of the taste only had 1 bowl. I always look forward to going to eat there but after this experience I don't know when or if I will be back.

William Tate II: Burnt.. The grill is too hot too on the middle and outer ring. The guy grilling simply did not care and said to just get a second bowl and that it wasn't his problem. What was salvageable had charred flakes all over. Even my daughter's plate that didnt have any saices in it was charred and the noodles were burnt to black. This was the worst BD's I have experienced. The waitress Jenna was polite and apologetic, that's what salvaged an all one star review. Leaving with charred bits in my mouth and on my teeth, and the need to find lunch elsewhere now. Not worth the time or money.

Frances Meeks: We had reservations for a Birthday celebration at 6:30pm. We were there on time as reflected in a bar bill receipt that read 6:19. We did not leave until 8:45pm. We were sitted at 6:50. We waited 40 minutes before we got our salad. We were serviced our meat before our rice. The food order contained errors. When we complained to the management, they said our party was not there on time. The customer service went down hill from there.

Fish or oyster sauce is not vegan friendly, so I'll be eating my Thai food elsewhere from now on. Very disappointing for me, but if someone with allergies gets the wrong information it could risk their health - or their life.

Peter Yang: Accidentally ordered to this location instead of the KCMO location. Ordered some pho to go and let me tell you, this pho tasted waaaaay different than the KCMO location. It was great at first but then became too sweet. Granted pho tastes different depending on what you addd to it but I think I prefer the KCMO location to this one. Still recommend this locations pho though. I’ll have to try this location again. Maybe it was me and my ingredients. Regardless, still top tier.

Kia Fassaei: Food is ok. We ordered couple of items one was an appetizer. Their sample appetizers come with 3 items (spring rools, egg roles and tiny crab Rangoons) first of all took a long time to serve it. 2nd when they brought up the sampler plate had only 2 out of 3. Egg rolls were missing. We asked for it, the server said I'm sorry we are out, but we are preparing them. So after waited a long time and almost were finished with our dinner we asked for egg rolls again. You can not even imagine what the server's reply was!!!! Well She said; are you sure they weren't on the plate!!!🙄now think about it. 2 older people 65 and 72 years old lie about 2 egg rolls 😅Well naturally said. No ma'am we did not have the egg rolls. The 2nd server came back and said our cook says no way plate didn't have egg roles. So literally they called us liars. So we are lying about 2 miniature egg roles!!! Lacy Rueff: Yesterday I ordered a rice dish (the Thai Spice Rice, I believe) and I have to say..they do a really good job with their rice dishes! It came out hot, flavorful, & a very decent portion. The meat was perfectly cooked too. Even though I love curry, I've found their curries to be a bit on the thin side so I won't order those any more. But other dishes - definitely, yes.I was also impressed with how quickly they delivered food. And not just to me, but to everyone. The cook is on top of it! As is the waitress. She did a great job of welcoming customers, taking orders, filling drinks, etc. Even more impressive was that she looked to be handling the whole restaurant by herself with ease. Great job.

We had a table of 5 adults and one child, so we did wait about 15 minutes before we could be seated (booths and tables both available, but smaller parties are able to get seated a little quicker.) The wait was totally worth it! Tables were presented very clean and classy. Food was AMAZING! I ordered a side of fried rice and the beef pho. Also shared 2 plates of crab rangoon, which were so creamy and delicious! Good prices and great portions. Will definitely be back!
Ches: Phad Kee Mow, Thai spicy with extra chicken. Tied for my favorite restaurant. The other is a Thai restaurant in Brandon, Florida. So glad I found an amazing Thai place 1200 miles away
Heath Church: Thai Kitchen is the best around. You'll be hard pressed to find better Thai Food in the area. The Massaman Curry is simply delicious as is my other favorite the Pad Gapow. I love spicy foods so I typically order the "Hot" spice level but I think "Thai Hot" would be too much for me. The service is always fast and the restaurant is clean. It's a great date night stop. The staff is wonderful and always kind. 10/10! My go-to spot.

Rue Pamyu Pamyu: Amazing food, great service. My niece’s first time having Thai and my my moms third, they loved it. Crispy Catfish, Yellow Curry Seafood, and Seafood Pad Thai were all fantastic. The Singha was cold and the lemon tea was yummy and rich. The mango sticky rice at for dessert was absolutely delicious. Will most definitely be returning.

All Things Bre: I've visited this restaurant about 4 times total. Each time I'm greeted by the lady at the front counter in a less than pleasant unenthused manner. I brushed it off because they are literally located 4 minutes from me and the food started out "ok."During my last two visits, when I asked to substitute one item for another(gladly offering to pay the upcharge) I was met with a roll of the eyes and a heavy sigh. I explained that each time I make this request it's usually fulfilled by HER! She proceeds to go to the kitchen then come back and charge me more than usual on this occasion. After looking at the receipt and noticing this I decided to bite my tongue, and hold my composure as I knew I would not be returning. Got home only to notice that my food was very overcooked. Waste of time and money. Threw it away. Won't be returning or recommending this place! Gave two stars because my first 2 visits were ok.
Derek Carter: Been coming here for years. Some of the best crab Rangoons I've ever had. I do miss living close by for the delivery but we still make it there from time to time. It's a small hole in the wall joint, but the people are friendly and the food has always been fresh. They package it well so it stays hot when you do takeout and it is usually packed well enough that everything is intact once you get home.
