Emma Cosens: I just went through the drive thru here. I waited for about three minutes before someone came outside and told me that the speaker was broken and I had to order in the window. Okay, no big deal. I asked for two whopper meals and they said they didn't have whopper buns. Again, weird, but no big deal. I got it with the buttery bread instead. I then asked for an impossible whopper meal about four times before they looked at me and said "so you just want the two whopper meals?". I told them no, I also need an impossible whopper meal. They ring everything up and tell me it's $50. Thought that was weird but didn't say anything. She gave me my food and then almost forgot to give me my debit card. And then tried not to give me my receipt. I asked her to give it to me, and then looking at it, they charged me for three meals plus an extra burger. Looked in the bag, only three burgers in there. They also gave me the wrong size of fries for one of the meals, whatever. My friend went inside to get refunded for the extra burger, no one knew how to do refunds and tried to repay us with a large fry. They ended up just giving us cash. I'm not usually one to complain but that was just ridiculous

Mary Music: Wednesday, March 14th, @ 2045, (8:45pm)....I had clocked out of my Healthcare facility, to pick up some dinner orders, with a mere thirty (30) minutes, to make the entire round trip....Well....perhaps, too much is expected, for fast food management, in 2023..... Were I the out-of-town manager, of a Burger King franchise, that had (unexpectedly) closed down the grill, had only one employee on duty, and could not fill the order, of the one car, in the drive-thru ----I would have considered darkening the building's lights, and close for the day....After 13 minutes, I backed out of the drive-thru, leaving the unfortunate driver (preceding me), to wonder, "What the Hay, is going on...!?"Went into the store, was met with snappy, defensive attitudes, and told the visiting manager (from St. Joseph), was having issues......Could not (even) order, inside... Grabbed some beans, from Taco Bell, and returned to work.... The universal chorus of disappointed Healthcare workers, was deafening....

Patricia Drury: I ordered a whopper value meal. Asked for mozzarella sticks instead of fries. I was told they couldn't substitute BULL I order this ALL THE TIME. So I had to pay extra for an order of mozzarella sticks and then after 15min in drive through (during dinner time at 530pm on a Saturday) the fries I DIDNT WANT were ICE COLD. Never going back there!
