Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Union Station: what do users think?
RedBullKC: A blessing of a location to be in Union Station! We were exploring and visited the exhibit within a short amount of time! ⏲️ We looked the chocolate 🍫 treats over and decided upon ice cream 🍦 instead! The ice cream was locally made, and okay, flavors! 👍 The server wasn't very friendly, and I suspect she meets indecisive kids each day, but should be used to it! You'd think!
Taylor Collins: I really hate that the beautiful chocolate items we purchased were not edible:( looks good, taste awful
LisaJ Davis: Great efficient customer service and fair pricing on all things chocolate covered.
w.e. s, jr.: Amazing products, great service! Made my call in order so quick
Billie Evans: This place has insanely good looking chocolates. We were just going to browse, but decided to split a candy apple, 4 ways. I can't remember which flavor we chose, but I do remember it was probably one of the best sweet things I've had in quite a while. But, get this...what REALLY blew me away was how they sliced the apple. I have avoided candy apples since about the age of 10 because they're such a mess to eat. Well, the guy just took that apple like it had no stick and sliced it 4 times, like it had no stick...just like you do it in your kitchen. I know, right? Four of us looked in amazement at the simplicity of that task. If you don't get what I'm talking about, I really can't explain it. All I know is that the four of us, aged 30 to 65 were flabbergasted!! Call us crazy....Anyway, YES! GO!
Tyanne Johnson: So much chocolate to choose from! Everything we got was very good and the staff was really nice.
William Vivian Jr: Thank you SO much for having sugar free options! Amazing candy store!
Lucila Cejas: Yummmmm chocolate 🤤
Annette Landwehr: This delightful place deserves a resounding 5 stars! Many sweets, beautifully displayed, it was hard to choose only one. My son and I purchased chocolate (a cluster and a dipped ding dong), both very tasty, but the grand children got caramel apples and let us taste them, heaven! If you are anywhere near Union Station, make a point to drop in here. A plus from me.
Courtney Carter: Visited this location, when I got back to St. Louis I realized the half pound of fudge purchased was not in my bag. When I called to let the location to let them know the response was bring us your receipt. When I said I was in St. Louis I was told oh well have a nice day. Not the response I was looking for.
Nicole Broome: Average chocolate
David Hayward: Matthew and the caramel apples are awesome.
Ciara Hernandez: Workers were so friendly and patient with my annoying kids not being able to decide what they wanted. I got the black cherry truffle and chocolate covered Graham cracker and haven't stopped craving it since! My crew and I will deff be back!
Rudy Hernandez: Staff was super nice and friendly! The ice cream was deeeeeeeeeeelicious.. and they did not kick me out like at insomnia cookies.
Dav1d9I3: Ice cream was good and workers were helpful, me and my Patnas loved it
Madeline: The staff is super nice and the desserts are delicious! Would absolutely recommend it!
Leah Lambart: This is a cute little candy and ice cream shop within Union station. They have caramel apples, many candy choices such a truffles and turtles, hand scooped ice cream. We love stopping here while at Union station for a fun treat. They have a couple tables just outside the shop. Otherwise there's not really a place to sit.
Nicole Jackson: I still think about the pretzel stick covered in chocolate and caramel and rolled in M&Ms, and its been over 2 years.
Elina Lindelöw: Friendly adorable staff, great treats! Must try, Chocolate dipped candied orange slice!!!
Tammy Dial: Their chocolate is SO GOOD! The variety is awesome, and hard to decide what to buy!!
Jeff Kovar: Delicious. Friendly staff

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory: what do users think?
Kelli Hylton: Mother’s Day weekend and you aren’t open at all today. Was wanting chocolate covered strawberries but not even a note on the door. Doubt you will be open much longer letting your business run like that
Amber Farr: Just went to go buy a apple. I am gluten free and tried looking the nutritional information up online but couldn’t get it to load on my phone. I asked the employee behind the counter what is GF. She went and asked someone in the back (I’m assuming a manager) and I was rudely told she doesn’t know anything about what’s GF. It’s insane that a manager wouldn’t know what’s In their own products or have such a lack of customer service they couldn’t be bothered to help me find out.
Lisa: Wasn't too good. Customer service was great but the things we got didn't taste fresh. The pistachio ice cream according to my hubby was too strong tasting. The apples are like 10.00 a piece but that's if it's loaded with toppings. We went to the Zona Rosa location awhile back and we didn't care for it either. Oh well. Not going back. Was looking for some fudge but don't have it.
Ciara Hernandez: Kids working here were so helpful and nice. Hubby got Cold Stone ice cream and I got the truffles. I only wish this location carried the black cherry milk chocolate truffle.
tony m: Always awesome peanut butter buckets and the place smells like chocolate heaven!
Mary Manning: The staff is very nice. The selection is not there. No fudge, no buckeyes. This location is more an ice cream parlor than a candy store. I was very disappointed.

Bliss Chocolatier: what do users think?
Tamara Kitchen Haviland: We love Bliss! Everything I've tried here is great— bon bons, chocolate bars, ice cream, etc. I've always loved chocolate, but my experiences at Bliss have helped me slow down and appreciate the nuance and complexity of flavor of chocolate. The owners are some of the kindest people around, and all the employees are friendly. We're glad they're in our community!
Monica Jones: Absolutely delish ice cream and chocolate!
Bailie Schnackenberg: I had a minor issue with my order and Jessica and Pat went above and beyond to make it right! I’ve been a loyal customer since Bliss opened because of the high quality of their products, but I will definitely be a lifelong customer because of their amazing customer service.
Jamie McPhail-Gabbert: Absolutely divine and delicious!
Jacques Bazinet: I love chocolate. I’m actually in Italy looking for amazing chocolate. Jessica the chocolate chief from Bliss Chocolatier is on a tour here in Italy and she shared some of her chocolates with us. WOW, I mean life changing. The Bliss Chocolatier chocolates are better than anything available here in Italy. If you like chocolates this is a must have. If you don’t want to get addicted don’t eat them. The best ever.
Ron Elkins: Very good chocolates, friendly staff, and such a cute store! Loved my time in here and will be back. Highly recommend!
T R: Fantastic chocolate. A little pricy but worth it
Kristin Smith (Rembolt): Bliss has become my husband and I’s go-to place to gift one another a beautiful and delicious treat for special occasions. Also love gifting Bliss chocolates to friends and family- can’t go wrong with their bonbons! So glad to have this gem of a place here in Blue Springs.
Monica Rush: The staff is friendly and welcoming. They offer a big selection of chocolates in several forms. The chocolate is DELIGHTFUL!!!
Nathaniel Golden: Small store, pretty limited but very good. Picked up some bon bons for someone special.
Stevie Phillips: The little shop is nestled off a main highway. You don't want to miss checking out the ice cream case. But the real magic is the delicious bon bons and other chocolate goodies. The staff are great and knowledgeable of products and specials. Go shop local.
Donne Mckimmey: It's a nice little place with different chocolates available. These are higher priced due to the high quality chocolate that is used.
Ryan Dahlquist: As they say the best make the best. And they are the best at making hand crafted chocolate. Their ice cream is a must as well.
Charlotte Lloyd: I received a birthday package of these delicious, melt in my mouth choclates..so smooth. Delightful. Sure glad there were not any porch pirates.
Don Rush: We received a beautiful box of chocolates from our children from Bliss Chocolatier. It was packaged perfectly for travel and were such a delicious surprise. We highly recommend for any and all gifts. Don & Nancy ❤️
Anna Jackson: Been dreaming about their chocolate ice cream
Airiana Shaffer: Received an assortment of 9 as a gift for employee appreciation. I feel very much appreciated now! So tasty, melt in your mouth! 10/10! :)
Jennifer Clark: Cute little shop with a good variety of sweets.Very friendly service. You have to try the ice cream.
Christy Petrosino: Staff is so nice and patient while I picked chocolates. So many flavors to choose from makes it hard to narrow it down. I will be back!
Sarah Starks: A perfect special treat!
