Lori Beverly: My family wanted a 20x25 multifunctional concrete pad poured in our backyard for BasketBall, Pickleball, future swim spa, etc.The owner Derek Wilson was there every step of the way, literally from bid to completion. He was a great communicator, very thorough, patient, and extremely hands on!The entire crew was courteous and professional! They were meticulous, they took care of our grass and ensured excavating left very minimal landscaping for us to finish! Our job was done in 90-100 degree heat mid-July, and we had no ruts, just minimal grass yellowing on the surface but all green new growth! Also, no debris was left, not a single cigarette butt!We did get other bids, all of which were pretty comparable in price but some were doing the job in a day which seemed really rushed to me. Wilson Concrete took their time while still completing it 100% in 3 days. That included mapping out the location, excavating, removing 2 dump trucks full of dirt, setting forms, setting rock & rebar, pouring, brushing, sealing and setting the basketball goal!We are overjoyed with the process, price and end result, we wouldn't change a single thing if we did it over agin!Thank you Wilson Concrete & Construction!

Both the driveway and the patio are rock solid and sloping in the direction that they need to, to ensure that rain water does not flow back to the house. The crew did the job and then some - they installed a new gutter downspout PVC tube underneath a new concrete sidewalk square, and they added new dirt/soil to all surrounding edges of the driveway, patio and retaining wall. And we like how the stamped edging of the patio looks too! Casey: Joe sent out a couple crews who did the contracted work, but their haphazard use of the seal coat got on some vehicles in the area. Attempts to handle this with the owner went terribly. Joe is incredibly unprofessional and chose to yell, curse, threaten and then hang up on me multiple times, refusing to even look at the issue.The unprofessionalism from the owner is absolutely unacceptable and I'd avoid using JDI at all. Stuff happens, but this is NOT the way to address a customer issue.

Sign reads Talon, raw material deliveries.Scale house is located on left hand side (#6) This is a one way scale, go past and make a U-Turn. Scale tickets are located in the gray mailbox in front of scale house.Driver must fill out scale ticket. Scale digital read out on side of scale house. After scaling, pull off scale, make a U-Turn, follow road to stop sign, turn left.Go up steep hill, take next left located at the top of the hill. Take an immediate right go under conveyor belt follow road curving left to back of building (#5). Dock is located on the left indicated by 2 yellow bumpers.After unloaded, weigh empty, place top copy of completed scale ticket in mailbox.

Lee Hite: I called on a Monday, I was told they didn't schedule out that far ahead of time. They told me to call back on Thursday and they would set up my pour. I called Thursday and they said they did not have anything available for Friday and probably would not work Saturday. If you do not have an account with Penny's, don't even try to schedule concrete because they will screw you over. They give priority to their account holders and do not care about cash-paying customers.
Jeff Brush: Terrible customer service. Told one thing one day and then called back when they told me too and was unable to get concrete delivered. Wasted vacation day because 2 different people with the same company had 2 very different stories.

Peter DeVoe: They rebatch all there concrete do not buy any concrete from here this place sucks if you order 10 yards of concrete and you have two left over they'll put it on another truck and there's no way of telling if you have concrete that's been sitting for 5 hours before it's been poured

Rudy Nigro: NO INTEGRITY or ACCOUNTABILITY:I watched 2 chunks of DRIED concrete fly off their truck and strike my vehicle. The first one hit the side of my car and the second broke my windshield. I contacted the company while following the vehicle by cell phone. I have called multiple times before they would talk with me. Finally, their decision is to do nothing. It is said when local companies don't take responsibility for their actions. The concrete that broke my windshield was not from the road but dried cement from their truck which obviously was not cleaned before entering the highway. This all occurred not more than 2 miles from their location on banister road. I guess INTEGRITY and ACCOUNTABILITY means nothing to them.
